Ryan, first and foremost, is the man. Typically, I run quotes through at least 3 different companies before executing work.Ryan has been on top of everything from the get go making claim painless and the entire process super easy.The roof is immaculate as well. My last roof was just over 6 years old and the last contractor jacked up quite a few things. Ryan picked up the errors and they got them resolved. They were quick and efficient and ensured they cleaned everything up.Over all an awesome experience and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Jax Roofing company did an excellent job replacing our hail damaged roof. The roof was replaced in a timely manner, the roofers protected,branches and outside furniture. Once roof was completed they did a thorough clean up and provided us with numbers to call if any issues came up.

I experienced major hail damage to my property on June 2023 and this is the first time I have had to deal with a claim of this magnitude. I knew I was going to have to submit a claim to my insurance company and not looking forward to the "unknown". A young man, Nick wearing a Malarkey baseball cap, came to my door the morning after the storm and asked if I would like for him to inspect my roof and property...I was reluctant but I am so glad I allowed him to...it was the best decision I could have made! It was the Malarkey baseball cap that set this in motion as I had done some research several years ago on their roofing products and found it to be one of the best top quality roofing around. Nick was representing JAX Roofing Company and my experience with him and the JAX team; Adam, Jackson the owner, as well as their roofers, has been an incredibly positive one through this whole process. Their professionalism and expertise in the area of property damage is very impressive; as well as their support and friendly easy to communicate with, "will stand by me" attitude gave me the sense of security I needed to get through this ordeal. JAX Roofing staff's direct dealings and working along side my insurance company saved me from allot of "do it myself" frustration, stress, and headaches. They have stayed on top of my situation and are always quick to respond to text messages and emails. Their roofing staff did a wonderful job installing my roof and their clean-up process was impeccable. JAX Roofing have referred me to a well known 40+ years of service painter/construction company in Colorado Springs that they work along side to complete the "non-roofing" damages...a "one-stop shop" team. I would recommend JAX Roofing Company to everyone I know who is looking for a reliable roofing company...OH WAIT, I have already done that! So to all of you that I do "not" know it would be worth your while to consider them. This is one time I succumbed to "soliciting" and so very glad that I did!

Contacted Jax to discuss a home inspection report that supposedly told me everything that was wrong with my roof. After consulting with Jax it was confirmed that you just dont make repairs to bring a roof up to code. That is done during a roof replacement. The type of repairs by the home inspector could of damaged the roof. Jax offered to write up and email a professional opinion. This helped so much during the sale of our home.I'm giving five stars to this company because they took the time to listen. Offer professional advise, were honest and had integrity. If I ever need a roof replaced Jax will be who I call.

Nick and Adam came out to inspect our roof after a very intense hail storm. I was expecting the worst news, but they went up on it and said our roof was surprisingly fine. No damage sustained and not needing a replacement. They did see that we had some old, worn caulking around some areas. They removed and recaulked all those areas, for no charge! They were great, very professional and came when they said they were going to be there—not something you see much of anymore! When the time does come for any roofing repairs, Jax Roofing will be the first call we make.

Very good support throughout the roof replacement process including a couple extra visits to support questions and answers from insurance agent to make sure that all relevant questions were answered in a thorough and professional manner. Roof is top notch and workers who installed were professional and did a superb job. We were looking for a replacement shingle for one that was ripped to pieces and blown off our roof in the recent wind storms. Jackson replied to my request on Nextdoor. Not only did he provide the shingle for free (plus a few extra) he offered to climb on on the roof and install a new shingle where we had lost the old one. FOR FREE!
