JRB did an AMAZING job on our hail-damaged roof replacement. They worked with us and our insurance adjuster to ultimately get payments for damages I never knew were there. Our fence, our garage door, and the topper was our air-conditioner unit. All replaced and paid for. The roofing crew was also awesome. Replaced our whole roof in 1 day. And the gutter crew did all new gutters in another 1/2 day. 5 stars isn't enough for JRB. They went above and beyond. Update 20 April 2022: I added some stars because Jenny from JRB called me and was very apologetic wanting to make this right. She had a different painter than the one she originally contracted go out and fix the paint. I just saw the pictures of the completed work and the house is back to normal. I am appreciative that JRB was willing to work with me and honor the warranty to my satisfaction. The last three pictures are after the warranty work was done right.On 28 July 2016, many houses in Colorado Springs were damaged in a major hail storm. My property manager contracted JRB Enterprises to paint the entire house and that job was completed on 09 May 2017 with a 5-year warranty. On 18 October 2021, approximately four years and five months later, my property manager emailed me with pictures showing the paint job on the house had failed including the siding taking on moisture, paint flaking off on almost all of the siding, and nails popping out of the house. That same day I contacted JRB about the damage so they could accomplish the warranty work since it was still under warranty. JRB had the subcontractor who painted the house go out and look at it and he was stumped why the paint was failing: “The reason I said I have no idea why the paint is doing that is because I truly don't.” He also admitted the insurance didn’t pay for them to “apply a peel bond primer” to the siding to keep moisture from getting in, so one was never applied in 2017. He recommended JRB do the warranty work. JRB also had the paint manufacturer (PPG) take a look at some pictures of the house and they claimed the siding was failing and their paint wasn’t at fault. You can see from the pictures JRB themselves took in 2016 that the siding was not failing. Also, JRB pressure-washed the siding before they painted the house, so if the siding had truly been failing before the paint job, it would have disintegrated under the force of the pressure washing. I argued back and forth with Rodney from JRB, and after about three months he finally said he would honor the warranty. You can see from the pictures the quality of their warranty “work.” I actually laughed when I saw the pictures because it’s almost like a prank. You can see from the close-up pictures in 2016 that there was a sealant under the siding, but in the close-up pictures in 2022 you can tell the sealant was never reapplied and the paint was not properly applied to the underside of the siding in order to seal out moisture. Rodney cursed me and my property manager out to my tenants and you can tell from the warranty “paint job” how seriously this company stands behind its work (it doesn’t).

We had some soffit/fascia repair done through J.R.B. The project did take more time than expected, however, it is understandable with covid and everything else going on now. The word that comes to mind for J.R.B. Enterprises is "EXCELLENCE!" After we purchased a home in Colorado, the inspector recommended a new roof, so the seller agreed to pay for it. Then Tristan stepped in. He called me to talk about options. He took my calls on the weekend when he was with his family and when he was driving home from a long day. He was honest about the materials and the upgrades. The job was done even before he had a deposit! he even got the job done one day early! He accepted our form of payment after the job was inspected by my wife!I gave them 5 stars for above and beyond service and satisfaction of work completed.
