I highly recommend Kimberlin Family Roofing. Daniel was outstanding to work with and made the entire process very easy start to finish. Best part was he is a licensed contractor as well so we were able to keep multiple projects under one umbrella vs piece-mail. They painted our home, replaced the roof, stained our fence, fixed our porch, replaced our garage doors & other various projects. Daniel Kimberlin was great at communicating and helping us understand insurance claims processes. I had many questions and he took time to answer each one. The contactors he used did a great job and even returned when something didn't quite work. He is honest and open about his business.I didn't always have extra warning when work crews were coming, but that still worked for us since I'm often home. I also had to contact them a few times to follow up on the schedule. They always returned my calls but I was a bit surprised how long everything took to complete.

My experience with Kimberling roofing was not exceptional. They promised quite a bit in dealing with the insurance and I had to contact them to send photos a few times. When the roof was inspected, a few items were not done properly. More than 6 months to complete the roof and insurance. There was at least 2 or 3 project managers so this may have been part of the problem. They seemed to worry more about a review than the quality of their work. Others may have had a better experience.

We hired Kimberlin Family Roofing when their salesman, Jared, came to our door after the hail storm that went through our neighborhood June 2023. We couldn’t have been more happy with their service from beginning to end. Jared, Daniel, and Taylor were quick with their responses and communication. Their crew was very considerate of our property, nothing else was damaged (IE: no crushed plants) and everything was neat and clean afterwards, there were no nails or debris left on the property. The inspection passed the first time the inspector looked it at. I would definitely hire Kimberlin Family Roofing again!

I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, and to be honest, I thought it was going to happen again. I sub contractor was going to remove my old vinyl siding and replace it with James Hardie Fiber Cement siding. After a couple of weeks things turn terribly bad. I called the office and relayed the discrepancies, which where to numerous to list. To my relief Mr. Daniel Kimberlin showed up to my house to survey the problems. Once he was done looking and turning red in his face, He turned to me and said, this is not right please give me the opportunity to make it right. Mr. Kimberlin removed the siding crew and sent in the A Team, which I believe he thought he had already done. Daniel Kimberlin is a man of his word. I have never had a company go above and beyond to make things right until now. I highly recommend Kimberlin Family Roofing and I will be using their excellent friendly services in the future.

Kimberlin Roofing is top notch! We were under a timeline to replace our roof before it went on the market and Daniel and his team swooped in and made it happen. I chose Kimberlin roofing to repair the roof and siding on our home after a big hailstorm based on the reviews here and on the Better Business Bureau website. While I don't always totally believe reviews I figured that with as many positive reviews that they had (all of them) with no negative ones that was a good sign.I was correct. We met with Dan Kimberlin and I was reassured that we made the correct decision. His knowledge of the business and working with insurance companies was impressive.While our insurance company, Allstate, seemed to be intent on making things difficult by dragging their feet and trying not to cover the damage that was obviously caused by the storm, Dan was persistent and, with his knowledge of working with insurance companies, got them to cover all of the damage. Dan and his team at Kimberlin Family Roofing are absolutely unparalleled. As a first time homeowner, I was completely lost when it came time to file a claim against my insurance for hail damage. The Kimberlin team not only perfectly advised me on what the process would be, but they carefully guided me along the way to ensure I knew what to do and what would happen every step of the way. They even went so far as to read, understand and explain my policy AND deal directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to.As insurance companies do, they tried to short-change me on some of the damage that I had. Kimberlin Roofing are exceptionally responsive to calls and texts. They call you back when they say they will! These days that alone is worth the five star review, however it just got better. Within 24 hours of closing on a sale, the roof on our home and an outbuilding were both completely damaged by hail and needed to be replaced. The buyers mortgage company would not close until they were both completed and we found ourselves under severe pressure to get them both done or very realistically lose the sale of our home. Daniel was exceptional. He quickly provided a quote that came in well under the first quote we had received, worked closely with the insurance company, and moved his entire schedule and crew so as to get the job done on time for the new closing date. He got the job done in a professional and caring manner. He understood the horrendous situation we were in. Given the tight timing Daniel stayed in contact touch with us whether it was early mornings, late nights and even on a Sunday. Let's just start by saying I never leave reviews unless they are bad, but I could not give up the opportunity to sing praises about Kimberlin Family Roofing.What can I say about Kimberlin Family Roofing other than WOW!!!! Amazing Service, Amazing Communication, Amazing work, just AMAZING AT EVERYTHING. I recently moved out of state and was selling my home. Low and behold I had hail damage that I was unaware of that the inspector found. I had spoken to 3 different roofing companies and none of them were good and just wanted the money and weren't very well put together. Then I called Kimberlin Family Roofing. They were prompt, courteous, and had some great experiences. They came out, spoke with my realtor, took over 80+ pictures, etc. I worked directly with the owner of this company over the phone and through email and he literally was a general contractor for me. We had to get Solar removed, Roof Replaced, Painting of the house, and windows screens replaced and then the solar put back on. Daniel (owner) kept me in the loop the entire time and let me know the entire process and how things were progressing. He worked directly with my insurance company, my realtor and all of the different trades on the jobsite. This company was so detailed with all paperwork, pictures etc. that everything in the claim was approved by our adjuster and the owner, a prior insurance adjuster knew exactly what they wanted to see to make sure it ran smooth. This company has blown me away and I could only wish all companies were this amazing, squared away, and efficient as Kimberlin Family Roofing. OH and I can't forget they had to call 3 different solar companies because one of them totally bailed on him the night before and he had to pay one company a little extra to make it a rush service to get it done. From the first identification of hail damage to the end of the project Daniel took care of everything. I am thankful for his project management and professionalism. He followed up with our insurance, worked with EcoMark Solar to have panels removed, stored and replaced, and handled repair of unexpected fascia damage. Kimberlin Family Roofing was very professional and ensured that all concerns were handled quickly. From the moment Jon showed up to inspect the roof until the work was complete, they were constantly in communication about the schedule, and answering any questions I had.When unforeseen damage was found on my existing decking, Dan made sure to let me know, took me up on the roof and showed me the damage. We discussed each damaged piece and decided together which spots were critical and needed repaired, and which ones would be okay if they were not immediately repaired.Dan also worked with me a great deal as far as payment on the work done. I love this company!!! I had Taylor inspect my roof when we had damage from the wind and hail storm last year. I was expecting to have to deal with the insurance company myself to have the damage repaired. I only had to give about an hour out of my busy day to speak with Taylor about what was damaged and to verify that I authorized Taylor to deal with the insurance company for me. I was so thankful for Taylor's help with my insurance company. His crew was so amazing! They cleaned up after themselves and always made sure they were not going to damage my property when tearing down my old roof. I appreciated the concern for my car in my drive and my trees. I used them twice, this year my fence blew down in December with the wind storm and now I have a beautiful new fence I love!!!! We were extremely pleased with their work, and they worked with our insurance agent very well. They were always on time and their cleanup at the end of the job was super! They removed an evaporative cooler and repaired the roof and repaired the hole in our hallway to the point that it can't be seen. There was no loud music, just professionalism throughout their crew.
