After doing lots of research and getting lots of estimates, Liberty Construction was hands down the winner. Ethan was perfect and responsive. Had my house completely re-sided with gutters and paint. Best priced estimate but the service was a rare gem in this world. He went above and beyond after a few small issues. I will only deal with this company for anything exterior from here on out.

Calin and his teams did exceptional work replacing our roof, gutters and full exterior painting. Calin in particular was amazing throughout the entire process. He kept us informed every step of the way! Each job required separate crews and scheduling. All jobs were completed to our full satisfaction with no request for even one penny up front. Calin also handled every aspect of communicating with our insurance adjuster so there was absolutely no hold up in getting our final depreciation checks from our insurance company when the work was completed. Calin and the team at Liberty Construction did an excellent job with our homeowners insurance claim and repair. From the first meeting it was apparent that Calin cared about doing the repairs correctly and not just trying to take the insurance company for as much as possible. Liberty is a great company to go with for your needs on getting your home fixed. I had them do my grandmas house and it was a wonderful experience. Calin was always there when we had any questions, gave us updates on delivery of roofing stuff, painters coming and anything else that was done during the process of getting my grandmas house fixed. If you need a construction job done, Calin is THE best. Throughout the entire process, he was thorough in answering our questions and prompt in following through when we needed something to be done or cleaned up (stucco is messy!). They replaced our roof with quality shingles, they replaced damaged siding and matched the paint perfectly! Getting roof repaired in the middle of hail season in Colorado is stressful enough. Ethan and the liberty construction team made the time for me, gave honest quotes, and scheduled the repair immediately. My wife and I own a 24 unit apartment in Colorado Springs and after several months of trying to locate a high quality and reasonably priced siding company, I found Liberty Construction. Ethan Bilbo is the owner and project manager and from Day 1, Ethan was responsive, thorough and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire project. Replacing the siding on an apartment building is not an inexpensive project but we feel Ethan and Liberty Construction provided a high quality product at a very competitive price. At the end of the project, Ethan met my wife and me at the apartment building and we walked the entire building and he answered all of our questions. Our home needed new windows and window frame repairs, as well as new gutters. After two other contractors failed us by either never finishing the job or making it worse than when they started, Liberty Construction saved us. They were very professional with their quotes, and very responsive. The financing they have is really easy. They had the project completed in a matter of weeks, and fixed the issues the previous contractor took 6+ months to make. They have high quality work, and did a final walk through with us to make sure everything is perfect. We had a complex project to replace windows, to repair and replace a three story glass Trombe wall (passive solar), and to stucco our home. Since our project started at the height of supply chain issues during the pandemic we were delayed in getting started. Ethan was fantastic. He kept us up to date and informed, took the lead in making sure our project would be on track when the windows did arrive, and he managed the various crews working on our various project extremely well. Liberty Construction replaced all the siding on my house with a new vapor barrier, all gutters, and painted everything. They were amazing!! Professional, worked hard, maintained constant communication to ensure we were happy with how things were going. We hired Liberty Construction to paint our trim and other faded places on our home. We also had them repair stucco chips from hail damage. They did a great job. Ethan was very responsive and got his painter on the job quickly. Additional areas needing touchups were handled quickly. Paint matched and looks great. The stucco crew did a fantastic job also. They matched our stucco perfectly and patched many areas. You'd never know there was any damage prior. Pricing is very fair and competitive. I highly recommend Liberty Construction.
