They were super responsive and attentive to all of our concerns, and just made the entire process much easier than we expected. We were very pleased with the turnaround time—the entire project was completed within two weeks of our initial meeting. Someone recommended Lifetime roof & Solar to me for the replacement of our roof. I contacted them and a few days later met Brian Z from Colorado Springs branch. He was very professional and provided us with excellent information and options. He made some suggestions as well that we found them very helpful. We decided to proceed with this company and everything went as expected and scheduled. Brian kept me posted of the installation and delivery dates. The guys came to work seemed highly experienced guys and were managed by Brian to complete the installation in one day. Brian was very responsive and asked me about details such as installed dishes on the roof and how they should handle them. He kept me posted with some photos of the work progress. Jeff and his crew was awesome to work with. I have a large house with a complex roof and his crew stripped the old roof and installed a new one in only one day. They were cleaning up at 8:30 at night. The gutters look great and also went up very quickly. I couldn't be happier with Lifetime Roof and Solar and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We had hail damage on the house and extra garage. Lifetime Roof and Solar were very fast to inspect the damage and get us a quote and we're there with the insurance adjuster. Brian Zimmerman was our Sales Manager and he and his worker's did a excellent and speedy repair. Could not of had a better experience. Top notch company! We were referred to them by our neighbors to fix hail damage on our roof, replace gutters and redo our decks. Don came out the next day and brought color samples for everything and within 2 weeks the entire project was complete. We had one little hiccup with the refinishing of the deck and it was resolved within 24 hours and looks perfect. Don was at our home during most of the time the work was being done and was extremely easy to contact with any questions we had and to make sure we were happy with the progress. I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again if we ever need to. Professional work. Brought their own dumpster and restroom to minimize contact during Covid.I worked with Don and Jeff who were both professional and helpful!Roof workers were also professional. They cleaned up each night. Specifically, they went around the house cleaning up all the little nails, which is very appreciated with young children.

Lifetime Roof and Solar (LRS) was everything you'd want your roofing company to be. No matter what time I emailed or texted, LRS was immediately responsive, both before and after the sale. Their roofers showed up on time and finished our entire house roof in less than 1 day (actually about 8 hours total). Moreover, LRS beat others estimates and when they were all done they cleaned up completely. I can completely and wholeheartedly recommend Lifetime Roof and Solar.
