Not thrilled at all. One of the contractors stopped by our house since we had a recent hail storm. He did not listen to our concerns about a new roof and what we said. He took a few pictures of our roof and said we have damage every where. The contractor pushed us into signing some paperwork, otherwise I'm sure he would not have left. We were already late for work and did not respect talking to us another time. We contacted our insurance company who sent out their people within a few days. We were told that our roof is in great shape. The biggest piece of damage was from someone scraping the shingles of our roof with what was probably their boot!!! The only person who has been up there since the instillation was M4 Roofing. I am highly displeased that they caused damage to get a job done. We had the original contractors come out to fix this damage, and they did it for free! If asked about M4 Roofing, I will anti-refer them!!!

We were in a really tight spot and needed our roof replaced quickly. Kevin came out and was able to get everything put together quickly and also made sure the insurance was all set up. His team did the roof and we were able to stick to the short timeline we had been given. M4 really saved us and did a great job on the roof. We were very grateful.

You can trust M4 Roofing. They professionaly replaced our large roof in 6 hours. Warren goes above and beyond what others would do for a client. He met the insurance adjuster to make sure adjuster would replace or do what was needed for and around the roof. He explains things in detail and is very patient, kind and works hard. Warren steps in to finish smaller jobs when other contractors are tied up. We wouldn't use anyone else.

M4 roofing was helpful and professional. The project manager, John, was very helpful and explained the whole process. The day the the roof was going to be replaced, workers arrived and got right to work and had the roof replaced very quickly. I am satisfied with quality of work and professionlism.

The service that we received from this company was top notch and in a very timely manner. We were able to talk to Tom at any time of the day. If we had to leave voicemail, he was very prompt in returning our call. The roofers were great too. They made sure that all nails and trash were disposed of. You couldn't even tell they had been! I would definitely recommend M4 to anyone.

Our project manager made it so easy to get our roof and gutter hail damage fixed. After our initial phone call he worked directly with my insurance company to get the whole project paid for as easily and painlessly as possible.
