Lance Higbee does not pay his subs. I wouldn't recommend hiring him for any projects. He has owed over $3400 since Marcb of 2023 for plumbing repairs made on a job site and passes it off ad the homeowner not having paid. The work was hired in by Lance directly acting ad the GC, not the homeowner.
