I've had my roof done several times and not just on the house I have now. This N Murphy Construction is the worst experience I've ever had with a roofing contractor. They promise the world up to the point you give them a check and then after that things begin slacking off. Calls take longer to return, things begin getting pushed out to a later date etc etc. I'm not even happy with the part they actually did. My roof used to look good, nice even flat laying shingles. Now it looks like news paper that got wet and then dried out. They told me to give it a week for it to "settle down" I've given it more than that and it still looks like crap. A ladder has been propped up against my rain gutter for the front porch for a couple days now waiting for some inspector to come inspect the roof. N Murphy says the inspector will get to it "sometime". The roofers left a mess and the guy that sold me on them touted them as being the best at cleaning up afterward. I still find a nail here and there and they dropped the shingles from high enough that they left black marks all over the cement around the house..porch, driveway and so on. These guys are great salesmen but that where it ends.

I had my roof replaced in March of 2014 with N Murphy Construction. I was and am still extremely impressed with the entire process from the beginning of paperwork to the completion of my roof. Everyone I had contact with was professional, polite and a pleasure to have in my home.The installation team was at my home at 7:00 AM and had everything completed and cleaned up by 3:00 PM. The installers were fast, efficient, polite, and I have only found one nail left behind. When they left you never would have know I just had a roof torn down and replaced in one afternoon.Don't call anyone else, this is one great team!!!!!!!Sincerely, a very happy customer;Kathy Boudiette,Colorado Springs, CO

Company never paid their supplier for our roofing material and then months later we get a notice from the supplier about an intent to file a lien on our home. This was after we paid them in full. This company couldn't have cared less and did nothing to correct the situation. My guess is that we weren't the only homeowners whom this had happened to. We had to get an attorney involved. Stay away!

NEVER use this company!! I was unlucky enough to have used this company. In all my experiences with companies since living here in Colorado, this was by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I will say they did decent job on my roof. It all went downhill after that. They were suppose to repair my ceiling which was damaged from a leak around my sky light. The repairman didn't show up at all on our scheduled day. TWICE. Turns out one time he cut his hand badly and was in the ER. The next time he was ARRESTED because he had a warrant out for his arrest. They found another person to do the repair and that guy had a family emergency. Through it all, the company had the nerve to say I was being unreasonable! HUH? How is that the case if their staff was unreliable? The work finally got completed about 6 weeks after it was supposed to be done. It sure wasn't the best job. I wish I would've gone with someone else. Avoid this company at all costs.

I am wondering where these people went. We had our roof done with some serious gaffs and no one can be found- literally the number is not working. Not happy.

I have had problems with follow through on his work. When I call for anything I never get a call back.
