I hired these guys recently to repair a very large window at my house and it was a smooth, easy transaction. They came over and took measurements in one visit and let me know that it would take 6 weeks for the window to come. Then about 4 weeks later, the window was delivered to my house and they came and did the install in a day. Hired the Oak Leaf Team and began working on a bathroom addition . A few unforeseen difficulties such as timeline and some inspection adjustments had caused a bit of frustration at times. They remained professional throughout and in the end we are happy to have worked with Oak Leaf. This is the absolute worst company ever. I hired them for a entire house remodel in May 2020. I was supposed to be able to live in it by July and project complete by August 31. They didn’t even pull the permit until late June. I had to fire them early September and my house was finally livable October 7th after I hired other contractors. Much of the work having to have been redone. Now, they refuse to sign the permit transfer over to me and will not give me the information to pick up windows that I already paid for so they can be installed and project completed. Let me say again that I hired them on May 1. It’s late October. They also provided me with a false invoice and did not pay the plumber for almost 3 months, delaying my ability to get them back in to finish the work. I would give them negative stars if I could.Service: Remodeling

My husband worked for them and they have horrible communication thru employees and start several jobs before finishing any. My husband quit their company and they refuse to pay him his last pay check. Would never recommend them to anyone and they talk bad about their employees to coworkers.
