After a recent hail and wind storm, we called On Top Roofing, since they had performed the inspection on our home when we purchased it a couple years ago. Although they were very busy due to the storm, Chris was able to check on our house the next day. The damage was relatively minor, and he was able to correct the issues that same day. When you decide to make such a big investment you want the best quality work for the best price.The crew was on time, they were courteous, and they cleaned up very well leaving our home just like they found it.Everything was done in 1 day, and we have 5100 sq home.Chris the project manager is wonderful person to work with. The On Top Roofing team restored our home after it was barraged by hailstorms last summer. Owner Chris came out and met our insurance adjuster; he also took time to explain the process to us clearly. They handled the roof, gutters, skylights, windows and painting. Office manager Chrissy Homes was fantastic to work with. She coordinated all the work and paperwork and dealt with our insurance adjuster to ensure all was in order on both sides. She did a great job staying on top of everything (which was a LOT) and made a stressful situation much better. After all the accounts were settled, they still sent people out to touch up a couple of areas. This is where many contractors fail--once they get paid, they won't honor their work. We highly recommend On Top Roofing and would definitely use them again.

We are selling our home, and the new buyers wanted the roof inspected. Jeremy S. From on Top Roofing and Restoration came out to inspect our roof. He was completely honest, professional, and extremely helpful! He told us our roof was not in need of anything after doing a thorough inspection. I even offered to pay for his inspection, but he refused, that's professionalism and honesty if you ask me! We have had others come and give us quotes on other maintenance/construction work, but no one was so honest or professional! I had On Top Roofing redo our roof after major hail damage a few years ago. Chris and his crew were professional, sharp and great to work with from start to finish! The worked very well with our insurance and completed the project on time, clean up was thorough and they did a wonderful job. Because of that, we even hired them to repair some of our deck as well and again, they did a great job! Getting a new roof can be a stressful, involved project with delays, problems, etc. ---- or it can be a fast, smooth and easy process like it was for us. I wouldn't choose any other company but On Top if we ever have to do it again. Thank you Chris!

Needed a new roof and gutters as a result of a hail storm. Mike Green responded very quickly, he was willing to be here when my insurance adjuster was here to ensure agreement on the estimates, and he coordinated all the work that was needed to return my house to its original new condition. I couldn't be happier with the professional and thorough way Mike handled everything for me. The crews replacing the roof and gutters did an outstanding job working in brutally hot conditions. I highly recommend Mike and On Top Roofing.

Having a damage claim can be difficult. OnTop Roofing & Restoration made the process so much better. Every department was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Whether it was the roofing expert on site or the customer service staff, this company made what could have been a horrible experience, an easy, streamlined process that is tops in their industry. The craftsmanship and work performed were top-notch. OnTop Roofing & Restoration replaced my entire roof and I am glad I chose them, and needless to say, I will trust them with my future business.

They were slow to do repairs. They sent ONE person to do the roof of a 2800 sq ft home. This guy did the best he could all day. Then when the sun went down, more roofers came to help, but they had no sunlight so they left. Due to the weather (snow), they could not come back until a week later, so, the roof sat unfinished (hence my extremely high electricity bill). A week later, a crew finally came out to finish the roof. Two months later....gutters were still sitting in the backyard. Additionally, there is another person who came out to repair other hailstorm damage who was completely deceitful in his actions.Edit: I am not a customer. I was a tenant in living in a property that was damaged by the terrible hailstorms, that you were contracted to repair. I had to deal with the actual damages, contractors and bills. Your employee told me he would do work for me cheaper on the side (in which I did not call him to do because that alone came across as deceptive and I could never trust anyone like that).

My husband and I recently bought a house that needed a new roof. Therefore, the previous owners arranged to put a new roof on after we had moved in. The crew was very nice and hard working. It was painfully hot outside and the previous owner had put so many nails in the old shingles, what was supposed to be a one day job turned into a 4 day job. I understand the delay was not their fault at all. The reason for the 2 star review is the clean up, or lack thereof. There was no regard for our trees, plants, landscaping, etc around our house. Tree branches were broken, leaves were shredded by falling nails, shingles, etc. My husband has since borrowed a magnet to go around our property and has almost filled up a bucket after walking around just one side of the house! I understand that some nails left behind are unavoidable, but it's almost like they didn't walk around and clean anything up. We've picked up SO many nails, shingle pieces and other trash left behind. I will not recommend this company as it has been a pain to clean up after them.

We had some serious hail damage from the July 2016 storm which insurance estimated at nearly 30K. Our neighbors told us about On Top Roofing. They didn't go around knocking door to door to get business. Anyway, we gave them a call and next Day, Ray Coombes came by, at the expected time. No 4 hour window, he said he would be here at such and such time and here he was. No pressure, he check the house, he came by with the insurance folks were here and walked with them to view the damage. He got the contractors here and worked around our schedule when he could, if he couldn't, he called us and we would work things out. Communication was great! I hope I don't have to go thru this again, but if I do, I'm calling On Top roofing first.

We bought a house that needed a new roof. As part of the sales deal, our seller agreed to contract with a roofing company, which they did through On Top Roofing. The day of the project, there was a concern regarding the decking so I called OTP and asked them to replace the decking so that we had a solid roof. I got the excuse of "it's old but it's still good" and because I halted work on my roof the owner, Chris Higbee, stopped by my home that day. After glossing over my concerns, he proceeded to issue a veiled threat about leaving with the contract money, not finishing my roof AND issuing a lien against our home for the laborers' pay. He claimed he would NEVER actually do that (why would you even joke about a lack of integrity in your business practices??) but the intent was there. So I was bullied into completion of my roof as I had no desire to have a lien laid against my home. Complete lack of professionalism and integrity. I will never refer anyone to them. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I'd have to say, with all of the unethical businesses that are out there, it's very hard to find one that you can trust. This may be one of the few great roofing companies. Even with tight timelines and tons of issues, they've been able to rock out the job. Man, thanks everyone!
