Brent K was great to work with on a repair that was needed for our church building. He came out immediately to do a temporary repair, just to be nice, then got us scheduled for the permanent fix. The team was sent quickly and got the source of a bad leak covered. The customer service was awesome.

“Professionally sealed” three skylights in late February. One is leaking due to it not being sealed properly. Called to request that they come repair it, and all phone calls and messages have been ignored. This company is horrible.

Sadly, one of my closet friends established this company. It was purchased following his death. It breaks my heart to see the new owners have run the name into the ground... Peak View has put numerous roofs on my home... Dealing with them following our summer hail storms has become UNBELIEVABLE! They do not return phone calls, dealing with insurance companies is all up to you! They do not even respond to the insurance company when sent several documents etc. Following several weeks (now into months) of trying to simply have a roof placed on my home, doing their job for them with my insurance company, etc. has become too much!I have decided to start this process all over again finding a new company!!!.

They even went above and beyond on some items that were not necessary but because of the look of the finished product they wanted to make sure it was perfect!I asked a trusted custom home builder friend what roofing company to use, he said Peak View Roofing. Our project manager, Dave Cain, was great to work with. We needed a new roof and were filing our first insurance claim and Dave was very kind and patient in how he sat down and explained the process and the paperwork with us. He took time to walk the roof with the adjuster and was excellent in his followup. When it was time for the work to start, the roofing crew was there on time and made pretty quick work of the installation. The same was true for the crew installing the seamless gutters. They too showed up early and had them installed in one day. When all the work was finished, Dave helped us settle things with the insurance company. We highly recommend PeakView Roofing and Dave (in particular) if you're ever in need of a new roof, repairs and/or gutters.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

I have to update my review from 1 to 5 stars. The management at this company went above and beyond to remedy the issues I saw. I am very grateful for the attention and care that management addressed the situation with, and I'm even more pleased at the solution that was offered. I would certainly recommend Peak View Roofing, as one of the most moral and ethical businesses I've seen in recent years.Original: When purchasing a home in Sept 2022, we had concerns about some hail damage and lifting shingles so we asked for these in the inspection objection. What appears to have happened is a friend of the sellers who is an employee of Peak View Roofing, Christopher Schlumpf, came out and filled out a 5 year economic life certification for this roof. We didn't understand how he could do that with the lifting tiles, so we gave Chris a call. He advised us to liquid nails down any shingles we thought were lifting, and that the roof was fine otherwise. Shame on me for accepting this worthless piece of paper because 3 months later those lifting tiles are worse and I now have a leak and are paying for a new roof. Something about this seems like a scam/fraud. I would certainly recommend NOBODY every accept a document like this, as it is just a liability write off for the current seller.I will say Steve was very polite and professional when speaking to him today, but the whole situation is unfortunate and seems like a scam.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY! THE CONTRACTORS HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR PROPERTY! They fried/broke many of my shrubs, and badly burned my grass by using heavy PLASTIC tarps in 100° heat! They broke my alarm system sign, and left trash everywhere. I've complained several times only to be disrespected and practically called a liar by having words put in my.mouth. The foreman did a "follow-up" walk through/cleanup of my property the day following the roof install and was here less than 10 minutes! This is their version of "thorough." I even had roof shrapnel INSIDE my garage although the door had been down the entire time they were wrecking my property. The owner is coming out tomorrow to "assess" the damage (basically a CYA visit). This has been a nightmare.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation

Probably the least knowledgeable company to hire for your roofing needs. Their field staff is compromised mostly subcontractors who falsely represent themselves as employees initially, they appear to have little or no actual skill and knowledge in roofing. There is absolutely no accountability and their business ethics are questionable to say the least. Pricing is NOT competitive.

We had heard good things about Peak View Roofing, and called them when we suspected that we had hail damage. They sent someone out who verified that we needed to replace our roof. Their response was immediate, courteous, and efficient. They communicated with our insurance company and everything went smoothly.Our roof was replaced when they said it would be, and things were left perfectly clean. Jacob helped us with the insurance inspection and the whole thing from start to finish was only a few weeks. The roof went on in a few days and looks great. Chris then scheduled a date to do the work.Pete and his associate showed up on time as promised. Pete reviewed the scope of work with me prior to starting. They started working immediately and worked continually until they were done.Pete reviewed the work with me at the end to make sure it was what I expected. I can’t say enough about how good Peakview Roofing was to work with and how responsive they were to meet our needs. Another roofer had been working on our roof for 11 months without completing the job. Peakview came in, assessed the situation and within 3 weeks our roof was complete and the work site was completely clean. They showed up when they said they would with a large crew that did excellent work. After having lived a nightmare for 11 months with our previous roofer, Peakview was a welcome change that restored my faith in the roofing industry. I highly recommend Jeff and his team.

Had a good experience with Project Manager Jacob and the installation crew from Peak View Roofing. The 100 MPH wind blew off and broke up some of the tiles on our roof in February, but the manufacturer no longer makes that tile. After some searching around, some left over excess inventory of the same tile was found from another vendor, and after bringing it over to our house, the crew installed it and put the roof back in good shape.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

We recently had Peak View Roofing do a complete inspection and repair of all of the gutters and downspouts on our multi story residential/commercial building downtown. As it turned out, we needed some flashing added to our roof to complete the gutter repairs.They met with me more than once to carefully inspect our needs and then worked with us to do the work involving a lift on the weekend to alleviate disruption of our parking during the week.Our point of contact with them is Rob Cuna who has been excellent to work with. Peak View Roofing is the finest roofing company in Colorado Springs.I was a partner to a Realtor for 8 years, and a Loan Officer for 7 years. Of all the roofing companies I worked with during that 15 years, Peak View Roofing and its staff has proven to be the best. They are honest, efficient, informative when I needed information, and they are always on time with their installations, often times ahead of schedule.Recently I needed a new roof due to weather damage, so naturally I called them. They gave me a bid within a day of my call, met my insurance adjuster at the site to make sure the adjuster was noting all the damage, replaced the roof, all the while keeping me up to date on where we were with repairs, and my roof was replaced a week ahead of schedule. Had to get it replaced prior to closing and they expedited the replacement as well as made sure the area was clean and free of debris to enable a successful walk through. We hired Peak View Roofing company to repair our roof after the June hailstorm. Mike Charlie their representative was easy to work with and organized the job in a reasonable amount of time. When the workmen put the roof on they did so in a professional manner and cleaned up completely around the house. While it did take a little longer to get a skylight replaced (this was not the company’s fault there was a run on skylights due to the hail storm), Mike kept us in the loop the entire way. They also replaced our gutters and we were extremely happy with the work that they did there as well. I would recommend Peak View Roofing and ask for Muke Turley!

We called Peak View Roofing at Rhino Office Products when we were hit severely by the May 2014 hail storm. We had massive leaking inside the building and Michelle and her team were out to put tarp on our large building to mitigate additional damage until our insurance company could send out an adjuster. It took 2 weeks for the adjuster to arrive, yet Peak View kept doing what they could to keep us as dry as possible with the rains that followed.During the adjusters visit, Michelle was available and during the entire process she worked with the insurance company to ensure that everything we needed to replace our roof was covered. It was a tedious process that required significant communication between us, Peak View, and State Farm. Michelle knew what she was doing, understood the insurance process and we know have a solid roof that no longer leaks.We highly recommend Peak View Roofing!
