What a great experience!Confession... I first met Gerry last summer after a big hail storm. He did everything right, but after getting multiple bids, I went with another company who promised the moon. It was a long, drawn-out headache, and I regret that decision.When I suspected damage to my mother's roof, I called Gerry. It was a completely different experience. The whole staff has been very kind. Communication has been on point. The crew were efficient and very respectful of the property. Gerry was able to work directly with my insurance company when needed, and he was able to accommodate my schedule when I was called away for a family emergency.There was even a Final Touch team who came out to make sure there was no debris left after the job was completed.The new roof is beautiful, and I will recommend Petroli in the future.

Petrali did a great job on our new roof! They are very professional and have excellent customer service. They go above and beyond and even came out a few days after the installation with industrial grade magnet sweeps to get all the nails from the tear off from my property, which is really relieving since I have a young child who plays in the yards around our house.We had an incident where some debris from the tear off fell into my dryer vent opening. They were prompt in addressing this. Joe was amazing and so respectful of my property when he came to remedy the issue.I highly recommend Petrali for all your roofing needs!

Petrali Roofing was very nice and easy to work with for our re-roof project. They came to our house and explained everything regarding the work they would be doing. The workers arrived on time and got right down to work. My husband and I left to go to Aurora for our daughter's birthday and we were later told that the roof was completed around 6:00 pm. Both front and back yards were cleaned up nicely and the roof looks great! Today someone came back out to double check that all nails, old roof pieces etc had been cleaned up. All in all it was a very easy, pleasant and painless experience! Thank you Petrali Roofing!!

The Petrali team was great in handling my roof. Dan was quite amazing at chasing down my insurance company for me and staying on top of getting the project done in a timely manner. The weeks leading up to the roofing repair were great, very open communication with the office staff, scheduling was a breeze. The day of repair/replace was easy going, I myself was not home, but my Mrs. explained they were fast. When I arrived home that afternoon, I noticed a few small pieces of debris but nothing major. The supervisor for the project that day confirmed via phone that the job was completed.

Thank you, Jeff, for the stellar service! If I could, I would give Petrali Roofing a ten Star Rating. Living in a hail prone neighborhood, I have replaced a number of roofs, skylights and gutters on my house over the years. These past roofing companies were all five Star roofing companies, or its equivalent, at the time of service, but not one of these companies ever came close to the quality of deliverables and expert service provided by Jeff Arnold at Petrali. I am delighted with my new roof, skylights, gutters, and venting system. Jeff was really wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Jeff genuinely listens and is a man of his word. He patiently answered all my hard questions, and even offered an expert solution to a roofing ventilation issue regarding balanced airflow, which was implemented with a successful outcome. None of the other roofing companies were able to offer any solution. Jeff worked diligently with my insurance company to process any approvals, and submit paperwork promptly. True to his word, Jeff was on my roof during the installation of my roof and skylights, and not just for 15 minutes, but for all the day, providing status updates throughout. Before work started, tarps were laid all around the house (including front porch and deck), and clean up was perfection personified (not one nail could be found the next day or any asphalt granules anywhere). Everything went as planned. By the way, I really appreciated the air guns used by the roofing team in as much as they contributed to the quiet day. Pricing was fair and reasonable, and fell within the amount allotted by insurance, excluding upgrades (which were also fair and reasonably priced). I will choose Petrali for my next roofing project, and the one after that... A company that values communication and follow through with its customers, like Petrali does, is a company that has earned and deserves its reputation, today and tomorrow.

This was the first roof I've ever had to have replaced and Jeff from Petrali Roofing was amazing to work with. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and spelled out everything so I understood the process. He worked with my insurance to make sure they covered everything they were supposed to. He also was able to find subcontractors for other work which had to be completed with the drywall and gutters. This process could not have been easier. I highly recommend Petrali Roofing and will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent customer service!! Met this company at one of the home shows recently and signed up for a free 21-point roof inspection. Josh was a delight to deal with to schedule an appointment. He was on time and very professional. He made some minor repairs and provided details on some improvements. My home has two roofs and one is a flat roof that is not an easy replacement. Mr. Josh Blair, Project Manager for my insurance roof replacement was outstanding. He visited, reviewed options for replacement materials and staffing for the installation crews; worked with us in a property having a gate and several dogs and finally, worked the financials with the insurance company. There were some glitches with the payments to replace the roofs but Josh was right on it. I want to thank Dan Carlson for all the assistance he gave me during this process. He helped me pick the right color and quality for the roofing material. Another reason he was so important to me was because he explained the way the insurance process worked. He did a better job than the insurance adjuster. He was very patient with me during the whole process.Also, Lynn and her daughter did a great job at my house, picking up all the nails and cleaning up the sidewalk, driveway and all around my house and yard.
