Damon and the team at Pierce Roofing did a great job replacing our ancient tar and gravel roof with shingles. There is no attic on this old house and when one of the ceiling boards received some damage Damon and his team communicated clearly and worked fast to make the necessary repairs. You can't even tell anything happened. Pierce Roofing is an honest and reliable company with wonderful communication. I would absolutely hire them again!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I have a flat roof over my garage that has been leaking for years. The material was torch-down asphalt shingles and was pretty good, but for the HVAC folks who installed our mini-splits ended up making invisible holes in our roof by tipping the condenser unit on a hot day allowing the angle-iron feet to mush right through the roofing material.Pierce roofing came recommended by a General Contractor whom I trust (Joe Hunt). I generally like to see some “grey hair” out there, but he told me not to let Sam or Shain’s youth negatively impact my decision. Boy was he right. I worked with Shain and he was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He recommended EPDM for the roofing material.Well, as fate would have it, we had a hail storm the day before Shain came out for the estimate and I asked him to take a look at our house, pitched roofing shingles for hail damage. He suggested there would be claim. And he was correct.We had Pierce roofing do our shingled roof in one day! It was amazing. The flat roof, is much more complicated and the team that did that job led by Mariano, did an absolutely perfect job. I watched them like a hawk for the first day, but when I saw how careful and meticulous Mariano was, I knew he was going to do a good job (and he did.)

I used Pierce Roofing (Brian Pierce Roofing then), about 10 years ago on a previous house, and was completely amazed at the quality of work. The roof on that house had a design flaw, and Pierce re-designed the problem area, and install a 'cricket', which corrected the flow of water off the roof. Sounds simple, but LSS, Pierce went so far above and beyond I told them then they would always have my business. Now, 10 years later they just finished a complete roof replacement on another home, new gutters, and window screens. Once again, above and beyond. Pierce Roofing installed the roof on our new home in Colorado Springs. Our roof included both flat areas and pitched standing seam metal areas. After we moved in, we decided to add snow guards in certain places to prevent large chunks of snow from sliding off. Pierce did a great job on the roof, the snow guards, and on a couple of follow-up visits requested by our homebuilder. They were on time, kept us informed, and their installation personnel were friendly and courteous. I got their contact info from from a the contractor at a new custom home being constructed across the street from my house. We had an awning that had to be rebuilt and the last piece was to do the gutter and downspout and reattach it to the existing drain.It was a relatively small job but unlike others, Shain came out and provided an estimate. It was hard for us to find someone to do a skylight install in town. From the start, Alex and the Pierce Roofing team were responsive and got things scheduled right away. Edgar did the install and he worked tirelessly - great guy. Being in an old house has its challenges, and we ran into an obstacle during the install. Alex and Miguel came to check it out, and we figured out a solution that we felt great about moving forward that resolved the issue. They took care of it, no problem.
