Paid for my roof to be done finished my last payment never received my write off and I am in the middle of trying to sell my house and I need confirmation that I paid off my roof which they will not give to me. I’ve left numerous phone calls and emails with nothing in return, I am beyond frustrated! Not to mention, I was told I would be giving referral visas in exchange for referrals to all my neighbors which I’ve never received and they did replace their roof. It’s a bummer our sales guy or rep whatever you wanna call him was super awesome and I really liked him but like I said, I still haven’t received something saying I’ve paid it on full. If I got that I would’ve given them a five star I’ve used them twice to replace my roof.

Premier Roofing replaced roof and gutters and were paid in full by my insurance company. Well, gutters were not installed properly, had low spots causing rain water to overflow the gutters. I have to place 3 barrels to collect water and the barrels also overflow. Premier refuses to return and correct the the problem by making adjustments or replacing the gutters. Their reason was, they contracted out this work but wouldn’t share the company name that they hired. Either way, I am out thousands to replace the gutters or hundreds to adjust them. No referral will be given by me, nor will they get a good review. Highly do not recommend!

Premier (Alesi) was absolutely wonderful throughout the replacement of my roof. I was spared the stress of having to worry about getting quality workmanship, and the best materials for my needs. He helped me with all the paperwork and advised me throughout the process. He constantly reassured me that I would be happy with it, and I am. He made a frustrating situation less stressful. All I can say about Adam Kubalski is AWESOME! We were in a desperate situation (two leaks inside our home after a hail storm) and he literally held our hand through the process. He and his team were absolutely incredible. It is Premier's policy to be present when the insurance company inspector comes to look at your roof, but Adam had to come twice because our insurance inspector failed to show up the first time. He went out of his way to make sure the inspector saw what he saw. My whole roof, was done in a day and he followed up with me and provided everything my insurance company needed to file the claim. My roof - from start to finish was done in less than 1.5 weeks, but only because my insurance company wasn't as fast. Even my insurance adjuster said Adam was one of the best contractors he has ever worked with. I think that speaks for itself. The county inspector came, put an approval sign on our door, all within 5 minutes of looking at it - It was that good!! Adam made the process as fast as he could, easy and we were able to find some peace of mind knowing we were in good hands. Thank you Premier for hiring such an awesome supervisor! I am keeping Adam's information in case we need him for our new home. We just sold our house for 50K above asking, and I truly believe Adam's attention to detail, the quick installation, quality, and warranty made all the difference in the world! This was my third roof in 19 years and this roof is perfect! Alesi Osorio was absolutely the best from start to finish, he took care of everything. The crew was beyond belief, they were very professional, fast, friendly, and did the roof on the hottest day of the year in Colorado Springs! They fixed areas on the roof that were wrong from initial construction in 1969, they painted all exposed ductwork to match the red roof, and the shingles are perfectly lined up. I think they left my yard cleaner than when they showed up. I think future customers should get on my roof to see the quality of materials and work, it would be an instant sale!

Someone by the name of Jason called me around 11 a.m. July 23, 2023. His purpose in calling me was to set up a time for roofing inspection.First of all. Do not call me and be rude and disrespectful. I hung up on (Jason?) because I will absolutely not tolerate any disrespect for which I did not ask for. I am nice until I am not nice.Jason was talking rapidly and cutting me off because he said he had a long list of calls to make in setting up appointments for roof inspection due to the hail damage which is not my problem. I was really interested in setting up an appointment until I decided that I would absolutely not tolerate his rudeness and unprofessionalism.Make sure that your representatives call demonstrating respect. From start to finish the entire experience was absolutely painless. Justin and Noah were a dream to work with, and handled everything without a hitch. The materials arrived exactly as planned, and the project was completed as expected in the time frame I was given. The crew was clean, and did an amazing job covering my plants and garden fixtures to avoid damage. I still have not found a nail on the ground.These guys know what they are doing. Had one of their "salesmen" pound on my door today wanting to inspect my roof with a drone. When asked if he had an FAA Aeronautical Knowledge Test certificate, which is required when using a drone for commercial purposes in Colorado, he didn't have a clue what I was asking. Buyer beware, if they are willing to break rules to get the business, can they be trusted to follow building code rules when it's time to start pounding nails...doubtful. Also, a reputable roofer doesn't need to knock on doors to generate business, you're not selling Girl Scout cookies. A roofing company that has been around in Colorado Springs for over a decade should have plenty of referrals from past clients if they did a good job...just sayin!

These guys were great. Brad Young and Daniel especially. They handled all of the hard stuff and went above and beyond for us as younger homeowners getting a new roof for the first time. I'd definitely recommend them. If anything, it was our insurance that was the difficult part (Farmers, definitely do not recommend them). Other than being quoted extremely low on that end, they were able to get the job done anyway and backed up everything they said they would. Got our 1800sq within about 4-5 hours once everything was good to go. If you're looking to get a new roof and stay local these guys are great.

My friend recommended Premier Roofing to me and I am very happy to share my experience with you! Noah Studebaker was our Premier Field Supervisor. I contacted him on June 18th and he was able to come over the very next day. He was professional, while also friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable right away. He explained the process to my husband and I and was there from beginning to end. He helped us with the initial call to our insurance company and came by on the day that the insurance adjuster was here to ensure that everything was seen. Noah was always available via text or call and answered my questions promptly. Our roofing materials arrived on Friday and the job was completed on Tuesday. The entire process only took one month! The guys who dropped off the supplies, the roofers, the project manager, our insurance provider and Noah all made this experience one that I truly recommend if you are looking to replace or repair your roof. Getting a new roof is something you may only have to do once in your lifetime and it is an important investment in the integrity of your home. I am normally suspicious of anyone going door to door, but I was actually very impressed by these guys. Noah was my rep and he was upfront and reasonable the whole time. I had some concerns about shady business practices from other reviews, but he didn’t hesitate to be flexible with me to alleviate those concerns. In the end I ended up with a brand new roof that the inspector said was excellent for the cost of my homeowners deductible, as promised. Everything cleaned up, workers all treated me professionally and minimal time and effort on my part. They shouldn’t be going to homes with no soliciting signs posted, but I don’t have one, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Field rep Christian was great. He patiently worked with us over a couple of weeks to make our decisions. His follow up was timely and informative working on Job number 2151820Project manager Kaleb was on site several times during roof replacement and made sure we were happy with progress.The installation crew were fantastic, arrived on time and were finished way ahead of our expectation. Their clean up was far more thorough than a previous year crew. Premier roofing just replaced my hail damaged roof with a beautiful, high quality roof! After 20 years of Pueblo hail storms my "45" year old roof was done. Christian Nezbeth inspected my roof, we contacted my insurance company and job # 2151821 was begun. Dealing with Christian easy, he delivered on everything he said- and more. He said they would probably install a higher quality roof than my original ( which was of good quality), and they did. He said he would call me on certain days, and he did. He said they would delivery the materials on a certain day, and they did. He said they would start work on a certain day, and they did. He said it would cost a certain amount, and it did. Its so refreshing to deal with companies that actually do what they promise. I am very picky about the work done around my home and I could not be happier with the quality of the singles and the appearance of my new roof! The work crew was efficient and completed the job in one day. The entire process was easy and the informative videos are excellent. This company is serious about customer satisfaction and I couldn't be happier with the results.I would recommend Premier Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.
