Building a new deck and decided to install a waterproofing membrane that drains into a gutter to keep the patio dry underneath. I called around and got some quotes on the gutter installation. My father in law recommended Pristine to me. I went with them because their price was fair and they were very responsive and professional. Terrible workmanship. Owner said he would fix the substandard work, but has since stopped responding to calls or texts. He said he would show up to inspect and fix the work personally, but did not show or call on the day agreed upon.**Update**Owner said employee no longer worked at company. All issues were fixed and partial refund was issued by company owner.

These guys just replaced my roof and I decided to leave them a review because they did such a phenomenal job throughout the whole process. The actual replacement was the simple part. As a fairly new first time homeowner I’ve never filed a claim on my house before and both Darrius and Steve helped me by talking to the insurance agent for me to get it filed properly. They also dropped what they were doing and came to my house within 20 minutes when the insurance adjuster made an impromptu visit. There was tons of communication, the job was done in a timely manner, and they took care of everything so all I had to do was pay my deductible. Great guys and great job!

This business was fantastic. I had old, clogged gutters they managed to clean out, repair, and installed new gutter guards on two of my houses in Colorado Springs for a reasonable price. Very professional, fast service, and good quality work!!I called them after another company I called cancelled the job via email after waiting for months for the work to be done. Pristine was able to get me onto their schedule immediately and complete the job within a couple of days of the call.The work was completed with precision and they also went around the yard with a magnet to ensure that there were no nails left in the driveway or yard.I also like that they are veteran owned and operated! 5 stars! These guys do a fantastic job. Not only are they quick and responsive when we originally called for a quote, but they were great at working with us through the entire process of getting updated/new gutters and roof. The installation team (Greg and Nique) spent a couple of days working on our gutters - they were extremely flexible with the timing, as I moved it on them about 3 times and they were very accommodating. They finished quickly, came back the next day to clean the gutters and inspect their work with me, and fixed a few outstanding issues on the spot.I would call Pristine again for their services.Service: Gutter installation

I was lost when I had to make a claim and Xavier made it super easy. I forgot about even having to deal with the insurance. They handled everything for me. Initially to make the claim they were present and walked me through it. They came out again when the adjuster came and worked with them and made sure they didn't miss anything. They completed all the work very quickly and at a high standard. I was very impressed with the efficiency and high quality work that was provided. Xavier walked me through all the paperwork to better understand what was covered and what work was being done. And then after the work was complete Xavier did a walk through with me to ensure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Pristine. I will surely use them again. Thank you.

Greg and Nique looked at what needed to be done, we discussed it for about 5 minutes and they went to work. The job is flawless. We had a hail insurance claim and due to time constraints on our part wanted to have it done ASAP, we got insurance approval on a Friday afternoon. We called a few places, everyone said Monday(didn't even get a call back until Tuesday) for an estimate. Called Pristine and spoke with Xavier, he made an appointment for the next morning and arrived 10 minutes early. He pointed out some extra damage the insurance company missed and submitted the claim for us.Once we got our first check from the insurance company they had our roof done in 2 days on a saturday. Gutters were done on Monday. They pulled out this cool machine and made seamless gutters to size for my house. They look great.We have a shed in the back that needed roof repair, not covered by insurance. My husband tried to fix it and had all the materials but he's no roofer. Xavier took a look at it and because we had everything his guys fixed it for free.He also put new legs on our swamp cooler free of charge. He made a special trip out and did it himself.All in all I'd say our experience with this company has been very professional. Xavier was prompt and went above and beyond what we were expecting.

Steve was top notch, I dealt with roofers in the past and they over promised and under delivered. Steve said he was going to take care of the whole claim process and he kept his word I truly forgot that they were working on my property because I work a lot, and every time I came home something different had been completed. My roof, gutters, fence and a full paint job on my house was done in a week. I only thought my roof was damaged but he got all of that approved from the insurance company. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We had two downspouts that drained directly into the ground in the back of our home. Since we aren't the original owners, I have no idea what material was used underground or if there were leaks or cracks underground, causing water to go into our foundation. Greg and Nique assessed the problem when coming out to give me an estimate and knew exactly what to do to resolve our issues. They came out the next day and routed our downspouts under the deck and away from the foundation. They routed the gutters/downspouts in such a professional manner, that it all looks original to the house. They also fixed an issue on the gutter above the garage, added an extra, smaller downspout and then increased the size of the original downspout. This will help alleviate another drainage issue and work was top notch and fast. I'm very happy to have such great work done quickly and at a great price! I will recommend Pristine as often as I can. Stephon & Tim were a true Blessing when I was overwhelmed the most. About to move across the country trying to get 2 home closing dates to line up & these were the best partners I had in the whole experience. Called another roofer 1.5 weeks ahead of closing & after a week still hadn't had the roof looked at. Tim was over the day I called, Stephon directly dealt with adjuster & had the roof & gutters done a day ahead of closing. Absolutely incredible! This was our second roof in 2 years due to hail damage. Our last company, Total Home Exteriors, would never return our calls, wouldn't provide an updated estimate before they just showed up to do the work (at a time we told them didn't work), the roof they replaced didn't pass inspection, and they were very rude when we did finally get ahold of them. Pristine (i.e. Tim who we worked with) was the opposite. Tim always called/texted/emailed us back in a timely manner, he took the time to get us all the documents we wanted before starting the work, he made sure we all agreed on a work day, and the new roof passed inspection. We were definitely a little more high maintenance than we normally are due to such a bad experience with our last roof but Tim did a great job working with us.
