A very pleasant process with Tim working with the insurance company. He explained what we were needing and guided us through our options.The crew were all hard working guys and finished our roof in less than 6 hours. As a previous reviewer said, there wasn’t any loud radio noise and the crew leader explained what they were doing. Before they left they did a great job cleaning up and making sure no nails were left on the ground.Hopefully we won’t need to do our roof again anytime soon but would definitely use Rampart Roofing again.

I had at least a half dozen estimates before reaching out to Rampart. They were able to put my concerns and requests at the forefront as opposed to them and the insurance company. Sometimes the real customer gets lost in the mix of insurance payouts, not so with Rampart Roofing. I upgraded to a class four quality shingle as well. The roof was on in a day and the work and attention to detail was top notch.Chris, my estimator and main contact was also a great person to work with. No high pressure sales tactics or shady shenanigans I have run into in the past with some other roofers, a good person to have out front representing your company.I would definitely recommend them and keep them on my shortlist. I will probably call them first in the future.

Derek did an outstanding job. I showed him the wind damage and he advised, do not worry, I got it. He fixed the damage in 30 minutes and advised on the results of a complete review of my roof! I will use Rampart again and recommend to my neighbors and friends. I will also recommend Derek.

My service representative with Rampart Roofing was Derek Buehner. Rampart Roofing is a very professional company. They talked me through every step of the process and answered all questions. Derek allowed me to pick out the shingle color for my house. The weather wasn’t the best, however, they communicated with me through emails and texts when the weather temperature was high enough to complete the work. After the roofing crew completed the project, Derek returned to inspect and do a quality control inspection. He assured me if I have any issues, let him know and he would address any issues. Rampart was a great company to work with for our hail damage. We contacted them after our insurance came to appraise the damage. Once they started on the project they took care of all the communication with insurance. It made the process go very smoothly. They were also very patient with explaining the whole process. I highly recommend Rampart. Derek was amazing in coordinating things. Our roof had damage from a hail storm at a time when there was significant hail damage to most of Northern COS and he kept us updated on what choices and materials may take longer to get. He also walked us through the insurance claim process. The crew that replaced the roof worked tirelessly to get our new roof put on and they cleaned up pretty much every speck of trash or nails. We got our roof replaced before almost everyone in our neighborhood. There were some hiccups with the company that replaced our gutters and although it was not Ramparts fault, Derek quickly stepped in to advocate for me and have the company correct the issues. Derek went above and beyond what was needed in order to correct the issues of the gutter company and have our home looking spectacular. Derek is an exceptional person and contractor. Even though it was a roof, Derek's actions really touched my life, to know that there are still good hearted and hard working people. Ramparts office staff was also great at keeping me up to date and were always friendly and responsive.

Rampart Roofing has replaced the roof on my house and kept the 125 year old roof on the church where I am the priest leak proof for years. Derek Buehner was our salesperson and he is a BIG part of why I chose Rampart Roofing to replace our roof. Derek is very friendly, not high pressure, he listened to all of our concerns, he responded quickly and always made us feel valued as a customer.Continue reading if you are interested in more details from our experience...We had to replace our roof in fall of 2023 due to hail damage. I contacted three roofing companies in Colorado Springs area and asked each to come to my home and provide an estimate. Of the three, Rampart Roofing was the only company to provide us with a written estimate. Neither of the other two companies provided a written estimate. In fact, one of the other two companies didn't even bother to get on our roof. The other companies just said they could replace our roof for whatever the insurance claim was. In contrast, Derek at Rampart got on our roof, inspected it, provided a very professional written estimate which was emailed to us. He even included Class 4 shingles in our estimate where the other companies charged more for Class 4 shingles.We also used Rampart Roofing to subcontract the replacement of our gutters. Their sub contractor did a great job.We had an issue with our Gas Fireplace (it would not stay lit) after the roof was replaced. Derek quickly resolved the issue. A normal furnace vent cap was used on our fireplace vent pipe instead of a Fireplace ventcap. Easy mistake as the two ventcaps look very similar. Derek ran to a local fireplace store and bought the correct vent cap and came out and installed it.I also asked Rampart to remove (delete) one of my turtle-type roof vents when they replaced the roof. I suspected that this particular vent was allowing snow to be blown into our attic resulting in water spots. I had been taping over this vent to prevent the snow issue. As I asked, Rampart removed the vent but after a big snow this winter a water spot returned on our ceiling. We called Derek to report the issue. Derek researched the issue and spoke with the owner of Rampart Roofing as well their roofers, he even contacted the manufacturer of a ridge-cap vent that was designed for high snow climates. Derek suggested we install the ridge-cap vent on the part of our roof where we removed the turtle-vent. I was expecting the new ridge-cap vent to be an additional charge but was very pleasantly surprised when Derek said they would provide the vent and install it at NO additional charge. He sent a crew out the next day and they installed the ridge-cap vent. So far, this appears to have resolved the issue I had with water spots following a big snow with wind out of the north.I know this is a VERY long review. I wouldn't have taken the time to write this if I wasn't so happy and satisfied with Rampart Roofing and Derek Buehner in particular.

Once we were on the schedule, everything went super fast. The team was very nice and quick and did the entire roof in 7 hours, including 2 sheds. The cleanup was excellent as well. We had a big snow soon afterwards, and didn't see any problems.

This is the second time I have used Rampart Roofing. The first time a few years ago was for a small project for them to fix a leak where a previous roofing company didn't seal the flashing correctly. Rampart did a great job then, and treated me with professionalism as if I had given them a huge job. This time, I needed a whole roof replacement. Once again, Rampart was nothing but professional, and did a great job.When I initially was looking for a roofer this time, I did what insurance companies recommend, and did call two other roofing companies besides Rampart. One company never returned my call, and the second one came out and looked at my roof and tried to hard-sell me by saying if I didn't choose them immediately, the materials might not be in stock - they also never did get back with me with a quote. I wasn't able to have Rampart come out until a couple of weeks later due to my work schedule, but I'm so glad I did not let the other company pressure me into going with them!My salesperson, Derek, goes above and beyond! He actually climbed up to my attic access in the garage to look at an area where I had a concern - the other company that came out refused to even look! Derek not only kept me updated with the project, but called me each time he came out to let me know he was on his way. I learned later that he even came out during the re-roof to check on the job - what roofing company does that any more?!? Derek returned after the roof was replaced to personally replace a vent that the roofers had accidentally damaged (the workers notified Derek of the damage, so that absolutely tells me they do not try to hide anything!), and even did a favor for me without hesitation by getting up on the roof to cover my sunroom return grille vents with winter canvas covers. I'm not as young as I used to be and don't relish getting up on my roof anymore.During the job, the roofers laid out tarps on the ground around the house to catch debris. After the job was done, the roofers picked up every scrap of debris and nails! I have no fear someone is going to step on a nail when walking on my property! Also, the guy who came to pick up the dumpster used a flashlight (it was dark by then) to check my entire driveway where the dumpster was to make sure no nails or debris were on the driveway!I will ALWAYS use Rampart Roofing for any of my roofing needs, and have recommended them to friends and family!

We had some concrete tiles that kept falling off side of roof. Derek was able to use a different method to keep them from falling off. Derek was very friendly and informative. He even replaced a broken tile that was not part of our issue. I REALLY appreciated that he didn't upsell for an entire new roof. Highly recommend Derek Buehner and this company.
