My husband and I are repeat customers of RC Home. We have worked with Brisa and Hector on 3 separate occasions; each time has been for hail repair. The words that immediately come to mind are professional, thorough, and considerate. This is not a company that is just going to quickly throw some shingles on your roof and do a quick paint of your house. Their work crews take their time and make sure everything is done to an exceptional standard. The work they do is high quality and they will make sure you are completely satisfied with the end result. They make it so easy to deal with an insurance claim as they handle all of the communication. They will never ask you to pay anything beyond your deductible and they will meticulously inspect your property to ensure all damages are covered and repaired by insurance. We have had neighbors comment on the quality of their work as well as the professionalism of their employees. We, as loyal customers of RC Home would highly recommend them and we will continue to use them for our home repair needs.

Through Rafael, Jenni, and Simon, along with the help of a great Public Adjuster (Compass Adjusting), my wife and I truly got the most done on our home with the least amount of stress. The work was performed as scheduled and to our expected quality (that, coming from a finicky engineer). There were no surprises at all. I cannot express our gratitude for RC Construction. We are thrilled with our house remodel!Our home suffered hail damage to the roof, windows, doors, decking, and stucco. We filed a claim with our insurance company. The insurance company only offered to replace some windows. Like most people, my wife and I did not know what our insurance contract actually covers and how to deal with insurance companies. Rafael knows this well, studies it, has personal consultants, has years of experience dealing with insurance companies and has a good relationship with Mark at Compass Adjusting. Together, they explained the policy and expectations. One phone call and one meeting later and we had committed with one rule: RC will only repair what is agreed to with the insurance company; we want zero out-of-pocket expenses. Keeping in mind the insurance company tried to get away with replacing only a few windows, the final project (ALL covered by insurance!) included flat roof repairs, roof drainage/gutter repairs, 22 new windows, 2 new doors, all new stucco, deck repairs, interior wall repairs, and complete interior paint. RC Construction and Compass Adjusting managed the insurance company so we never had to make even a phone call to the insurance company. We just sat back and let them do their thing!Referring to a previous review: Keep in mind, most contractors use sub contractors. Some of them also use their own subcontractors. RC has a great team of subs - most of them know each other through their church. All were in our house daily for 6 months and we had no issues with any of them. They were all great people! Still, it's up to us as home-owners to know what we're committing to, set agreed-to expectations and we shouldn't be writing reviews before the work is done. Part of that work includes a walk-through and (usually) final touch-ups.It has now been 3 months since our remodel was finished. The only thing we had to call them back on was that we found the window manufacturer had 2 wrong handles on the windows. One right-opening had a left handle on it and one left-opening had a right handle on it. No biggie - their window sub came out and switched them. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. They came out to my house to estimate the damage. They never communicated with me on starting the job after calling several times and a bunch of false promises from them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, LOOK FOR SOMEONE THAT WANTS THE JOB!! This job was over 100k with all the hail damage.

RC Home Improvement recently replaced the roof on our home as the result of hail damage. They worked with our insurance company to make sure everything that was damaged was taken of and was paid for by our insurance policy. Working with the insurance company can be very challenging. The insurance company's initial offer to cover the roof replacement was way below the actual market cost. But, RC Home Improvement took care of everything! Rafael and his crew did an excellent job on our re-roof. We had our roof taken off as part of a residing job, and weren't planning on doing the roof due to needing to save up a bit before we could afford it. Rafael secured 0% financing for our job, so we went ahead with the project.What an awesome job they did! We had them redo the whole roof and replace the skylights. The end result looks awesome! They even offered to leave extra tiles (concrete) that can be hard to find many years in the future in case tiles end up cracking or whatever. We replaced our roof with a hail-rated roof, and ended up saving about $400/year in our insurance because of the hail rating.His crew was really awesome to work with, always very nice, and got the job done very quickly. They worked from sun-up to sun-down, and turned the whole roof in about a week of work time. Rafael was awesome throughout the process walking through what they were doing, and helped resolve any questions or issues that I had along the way.Rafael communicated very effectively things that were going on throughout the project, whether it was a phone call or text, whatever I needed he took care of.We had one small issue when an unexpected windstorm blew off a skylight in the middle of being replaced. From our very first meeting with Hector and Brisa, we knew that RC Home Improvements could be trusted! We had significant damage from the 2018 August hail storm, and learned from a friend about how helpful this company had been when they filed their claim. Brisa and Hector took us through the whole process, and they also reminded us often that we would need to be patient, as working with the insurance company could take time. Here it is in 2021, and we have finally settled with the insurance company for our claim. We have made the exterior of our home whole again - with the help of RC Home Improvements staff and crew! Alex did the trim work and his attention to detail was incredible! The roofing team was also excellent! And when we pointed out issues with the stucco they were taken care of promptly! We thank RC Home Improvements for their professionalism, kindness and patience! We are especially grateful to Brisa - even with the added stress of the pandemic - she managed our case expertly! This company is amazing! The owner personally helped us communicate all the damage that was done to our house and helped us get more paid for by the insurance company. The insurance company was originally not going to pay but $8,000 for all the work that needed to be done which included a roof replacement, six windows, & siding on 3/4 of our house replaced. We have continuously needed to payout extra to get the work completed after damage has occurred in the past because the Insurance company would never pay us enough. I had no idea that there was process of back and forth that was necessary to get the money we needed to fix our house. This company worked with us for many months and finally got enough money to really fix our house. I have always been so frustrated whenever we had to file a claim on our house. Now I have a company I can depend on that does quality work, at great prices and takes the headache out of working with the insurance company. The roof was amazing and the windows were gorgeous. We decided to upgrade to a stucco instead of siding and they did an amazing job. Our house feels brand new!!

A friend recommended RC to us. RC came in, inspected our house and the damage caused by the big hail storm, and was able to re-negotiate the cost with our insurance company so that they were willing to pay for virtually everything. I saw first-hand how they worked very closely with insurance to get everything we needed done. Our own previous efforts didn't even come close. Then they came in and did the work. They fixed the roof, the painting, the windows, the doors, even a bay window that was damaged. They knew what to look for. Things we never even thought of. And the work was very good, very professional, very thorough. We were beyond satisfied. Our house actually looks like a Bed & Breakfast now. They asked if they could post their sign in our front yard while they worked. We left it up for months after they finished. Whenever neighbors ask about the company that did our house, I give them RC's phone number. Some of our neighbors have even taken pictures of the house because they saw the before and after.

RC Home Improvements help me with my insurance claim. They gave me a free inspection, explained the process very clearly, answered all my questions and my concerns.Rafael found aditional damage and helped me to deal with the insurance company. At the beginning of my claim, the insurance estimated the damage a little over $6,000.With the aditional damage that Rafael found he increased my claim to close to $24,000. With that money I didn't have to be shopping around to find the cheapest roofing company, or cheapest painters. It was a weight lifted off my shoulders. They took care of everything for me. They did my roof, gutters, exterior and interior painting, windows, and sliding door.Finished the project fast, after all the insurance approved the supplements.

They do amazing work and if you have any issues they absolutely stand by everything they do and they use above average materials which it seems like nobody does anymore just the bottom of the barrel, or the cheapest thing they can put on your house seems like what a lot of contractors do but not these people they did my stucco, soffit, facia, gutters, carport and my roof and it all turned out amazing. En la tormenta de granizo 2016 contratamos a RC Home Improvements para qué nos diera un estimado para reparar los dańos que provocó la tormenta. Esa fue la primera vez que experimentamos una situación así. Brisa de RC Home Improvements nos explico el proceso y nos ayudó a incluir mucho del dańo que el representante de la aseguradora no vió. Gracias a RC Home Improvements la aseguradora nos pagó todo el extra dańo que Brisa encontró y que el representante de la aseguradora omitió. Nos pagaron nuevo techo, Gutters, stucco, luces, fence.
