Reliable Roofing definitely lives up to the company's name. The leadership from the top down knows their stuff and are extremely knowledable and helpful. They're a great resource for the community. They're a reputable roofing contractor local to Colorado Springs and Colorado. The work performed on our property was exceptional. They were always available and tangible and worked closely with our insurance company. Work ares were kept safe, organized, and cleaned up daily after each days work. Job cleanliness appeared to be one of their emphasis points. We would absolutely recommend and been recommending to anyone who asks if we know of a reputable roofing company. I reached out to about 5 roofers to get my roof inspected and replaced after the hail we had this summer. Several of the contractors didn't even want to bid the job given some skylights I have. Reliable Roofing was great to work with. They looked at my situation and came up with all the solutions specific to my situation. We had some new vents installed and gutters replaced. Both the roofer and the gutter installers were great to work with.Bonus: I have hardly found a nail in the yard. So far, found more nails from a neighbors roof replacement than I have from mine.Couldn't ask for more.

After some hail damage to my rental home in Divide, I called Reliable, where sales rep John Bryant inspected my roof right away. When the insurance adjuster did his inspection, John was there, too, and everything John found was confirmed - and the adjuster even approved the upgrades John suggested. John was very helpful in product selection, and he was right there both days for the crew's tear-off, dry-in, and new installation. He even took a bunch of photos and emailed them to me. GREAT JOB! Very, happy with Reliable Roofing's professionalism! NO STRESS!

From start to finish this was the one of the easiest jobs done on our house. Cori was out within a day after placing phone call to inspect the roof. Hail damage was found Cori stated that he would drop whatever he was doing the day the insurance adjuster came out to the house. I called Cori, let him know the date and time and true to his word he met the adjuster. New roof was approved and within in a week we had the new roof and met all code requirements. There was no skipping out on permits or having the County come out to inspect. This was first class service and work all the way. They added a roof to our addition. The gentleman that came out was very competent. They know what they are doing. They do it fast. The roof looks great, blends in perfectly with the rest of the house. The price was very good, not gouging us since we live outside the CoS area (WP). My water heater vent was repaired quickly and has not leaked during these past extremely heavy downpours.They also went out of their way and repaired a different problem I've had for years. I asked who they suggested to repair the window/overhang leak since I have had numerous companies out to fix this problem. The answer was "We're here now, let us look at it." They did and the decades long leak has been fixed. I highly recommend Reliable Roofing Systems for all of your roofing needs. They are wonderful folks!Service: Roof repair

Not entirely sure what happened to our estimate but 2 weeks later and have not heard a word back from this contractor, girlfriend was present at the time of the estimate and the guy doing the estimate suggested we get an entire new roof due to light hail damage, what am I supposed to get a new roof every time it hails? Needless to say the guy seemed pretty disappointed when my girlfriend declined an entire roof and told him we only wanted our hole patched up (tree branch went through a small section of the roof). So I guess don’t call this company unless you got some big jobs for them, although they advertise repairs It made it seem like it was a waste of time to get someone out here after no interaction after the salesman came out here!

I worked direct with Shane McDonell and would recommend Reliable Roofing Systems to anyone who needs a new roof or repairs.I do not give reviews but felt they required a shoutout. In this day and age it is almost impossible to find a company or tradesmen who both care about the customer and their craftsmanship.My questions and concerns were handled in a timely manner and the finished result was fantastic.Reliable Roofing worked with me and my insurance company for a wind/tree damage garage claim. Wanted to take the time to expand on my review. My husband and I purchased our first home about 3 years back, it's from the 50's and has a flat roof. It had a brand new roof, barely a year old, and we had an inspection done before purchasing the home. A month after we moved in, on Halloween day after the first snow storm of the season, we noticed water leaking from our ceiling in the living room, then the hallway, then our bedroom, even from light fixtures. Insurance wouldn't cover it due to faulty workmanship, the roofing company that did the new roof no longer existed (gee I wonder why they would've gone out of business), and we couldn't go after the roof inspector either. Our first time home buying experience had turned into a nightmare. After several quotes from roofers and doing research on other company's, we decided to go with Reliable Roofing even though they were a little pricier than other roofers. I wanted this done right, I wanted to have peace of mind, and a good warranty on it so the next owner of our home wouldn't go through what we went through. They were amazing guys and did a great job. Our roof is over 2 years old now and is flawless and holding up through every storm thus far. Since the roof is a higher rated roof, we also get a discount on our home insurnace now. They discovered we had 2 roofs on our home, the old one and the new one the previous company slapped over it, they took a sample of both roofs and also discovered they weren't up to code and were not made with fire rated material! The roof sample was completley saturated with water. This whole situation was a nightmare and just crazy to go through, dealing with the insurance company and trying to find a lawyer to go after the previous roofing company that no longer existed, it was a high stress situation for months. We are super grateful for the guys at Reliable Roofing working with us, being honest and trustworthy, answering all my questions even months after the roof was done, providing quality work, and working with us with our financial situation as well. I'll always recommend them.

I highly recommend Reliable Roofing Systems! Shane and Cori were really great to work with! I have a very unique 1929 southwestern style home with a flat roof, multiple elevations with parapet walls and two buildings. My home had extensive hail damage from a storm and unbeknownst to me the previous roof, installed by a different roofing company, had not been done properly, which made the roof replacement much more complicated and labor intensive than originally planned.Nonetheless, Shane and Cori worked tirelessly on my behalf with my insurance company to resolve a number of issues in a very extensive hail damage claim, much to my complete satisfaction and total appreciation.I also want to commend them for be being so willing to make sure that the work that was completed was to my satisfaction. The house is pretty unique and they were flexible and creative in coming up with solutions regarding how the roof met the edge, implementing a customized solution to keep it waterproof, protected and attractive. It was a tedious process and a member of their team Nicholas would often work into the dark to finish the work, he did a beautiful job.Lastly and most importantly they stand by their work and that of their subcontractors to insure that the work is done correctly and if it isn't they will redo or fix it to make it right. The amount of work that had to be done was extensive and often times that alone can be stressful for a homeowner. We had a relatively small job of replacing 2 roof tiles and a roof ventilation cap. We received a estimate from Total Roofing with what we thought to be a outrageous quote and made 2 calls leaving voicemails to Chris's roofing and never received return calls. Reliable Roofing answered the phone and scheduled an appointment on the same day of our inquiry. Cori arrived on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job. The final cost was fair and quite a bit less than Total Roofing. Thank you Cori and Reliable Roofing for an outstanding customer experience!

We purchased a home with an older roof. A new roof was included as part of our offer. Reliable Roofing Systems was there two days after we closed on the house and finished the job in just two days! Reliable Roofing is HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY and AMAZING!!! Jamie Wilson has saved me not once, but twice!! She is a lifesaver and an amazing business owner! My house was under contract and a week before closing I needed to get a new roof due to hail. I called Jamie and she calmly told me "no problem". I could not believe she was able to work me in to her schedule in such a short time! She made contact with the new homeowners and not only made sure I was taken care of, but the new owners buying the house were able to directly work with her to pick out shingles and colors! She had the roof completed a day before closing and the new owners were happy as could be. Then the amazing part came - my insurance company was being less than ethical in their payment to my so she took them on!!! She got me another payment from the insurance company and my claims rep called me immediately to tell me he talked to Jamie and would make the adjustments she recommended! SHE IS AWESOME!!! But wait, that's not all!! I moved and a week later the hail storm from h*** hit my house and totaled the roof! I called Jamie and once again she calmly told me "no problem". She inspected my house within a few days and we started the process all over! I highly recommend Jamie and Reliable Roofing!!!!

Reliable removed an old tar and gravel roof and installed a new flat roof on my southwest style home. I was concerned about collateral damage to my fresh, white stucco. I am happy to report that they took extreme care and left no trace of their work. while we had some subsequent problems with drainage, they were prompt and thorough in fixing the problem. I would definitely recommend them. Overall their work quality was excellent and their prices were very competitive.

Reliable Roofing came out and took a look at my roof after a hail storm, and when it came time for the insurance adjustor to come out they met with them and walked through the whole inspection process. Shane even project managed a few other aspects that needed to be complete. I had a ton of questions (it can be difficult to deal with a persistent person like me) but Shane answered all my questions, and never made me feel like it was annoying or frustrating. I even had them come a couple days ago to check something out and they came quickly and got it taken care of for me. I am really happy for such a reliable company to call on!
