These crooks took my money and never did the job. Now their phone is disconnected.Response:You absolutely have worked with me - Sean Dennis was the guy I worked with. I have the contract and the invoices to prove it. And the phone listed here on Google and your website is disconnected - why would you lie about that? Sean’s number is also changed.Also, just because I left some reviews in Denver how do you conclude I live in Denver? I recently left reviews in California too. Do you conclude I live in California? It’s weird and creepy that you are attempting to triangulate my location based on Google reviews.Since your phone number doesn’t work and this is the only way I know to get a response from you, please, if you aren’t a crook, tell me how I can reach you so we can work this out?

I had an egress window in Wolf Ranch that needed to be higher. Remington was able to come look at the need in a timely fashion and get it fixed. I am so happy with his service and his customer service. I knew what the process was and he kept me informed of everything. It was all done within a few weeks. Sean and Remington did a great job on converting 3 fireplace layouts from outdated tile and drywall to high-quality, stacked stone with live-edge bookshelves, etc. They demonstrated a very high level of integrity and professionalism. We would certainly recommend them and would have them back for other projects in the future. Great company and team!

We found Remington Build Group through a networking group and trusted them with the build of a pre-fab barn pole kit that we were going to convert to a house. After 10 months of promises, pushing things out, ignoring messages and straight up lies about plans being held up in regional, nothing had been done from their contract and we have fired them. They are still withholding $21,000 of our deposit claiming management and plan fees. We are joing in with others who have also been cheated and are building a case with the attorney general in Denver to make sure they never do this to anyone else. W trusted them with the build of my house. After countless lies and misleading directions, we finally had to fire them. They tried to hold our deposit (for a previous contract that was made null & void by them), and eventually gave up only half of it after we saught action against them. They're witholding $21,500, stating administrative fees (laughable since they failed to do anything), and engineering fees. They refuse to give detailed billing to prove these charges. We're in this industry so we know the costs. Basically, the owner just thinks he's above the law. But we will never stop until we get our full refund.

I am a realtor here in the Springs and had a client, post close, have an issue with faulty plumbing done by a previously unlicensed "general contractor" (unbeknownst to us!) RBG was able to come out ASAP to assess the situation and get it all fixed for us. Remington was very professional and very knowledgable-- explaining what the issue was and how it was going to be remedied; I'll definitely be keeping this one on speed dial for any GC needs in the future for me or my clients!

Beware!!!! Many lawsuits against these guys. Will take money and split, then intimidate you. These guys need to be behind bars.To the owners response, do yourself a favor and check how many complaints they have. I know of several lawsuits, 1 first hand that is in process. Don't let them fool you, go elsewhere.

It's very unprofessional to have someone do work for you as a sub, and then not pay them. I'd feel terrible knowing someone did fantastic work at my house but hadn't been paid in weeks for it.Would love to hear back from the owner on this issue.
