Restoration Solutions provided us an excellent experience on our roof replacement. John was our project manager and he did a great job in keeping us informed on the status of our claim and the scheduling of the work. John coordinated and supervised the various crafts on our job - roofers, sheetmetal, painters and garage repair. We added additional work to our job because of our experience with the initial project. John handled the one small issue with a subcontractor quickly and without our involvement beyond reporting the issue. John was very successful in dealing with our insurance company on additional damage he discovered. They did amazing work from start to finish. My house had wind damage in December. They had my roof stripped and re shingled in less then 48, after materials dropped. All I can say is WOW! This team called me when they got word I was struggling to find a business that could come out and repair my fence that had blown down in a recent wind storm. I had called several places that said the job wasn’t worth their time to come out for.This team not only came out the same day to see what I needed but got me a quote (better than any other quotes as well) the same night. 2 days later they showed up with a crew and materials and knocked out the job in the same day. If their other jobs are carried out half as fast and professionally as my fence job then I would recommend them to anyone!

Originally, the company was great and was a pleasure to deal with. I actually watched all the work they did on a neighbor’s house before calling them. They were prompt and they could get ahold of supplies that other companies were having issues getting ahold of.With assurances that Steve would be delivering the new siding in a week, and with his instruction, the crew ripped all the siding and exterior fixtures off of my house. While they waited for the new siding to be delivered, they put up a new fence and did a fantastic job! That was over two months ago… now it has been over two months and I cannot get a single person to return a call or contact me, despite NUMEROUS attempts across MULTIPLE platforms.Due to how long it has taken to get repairs completed, our home is continuing to deteriorate and its condition has become worse. The Tyvek that was installed has become to rip away and we are just a few days shy of another hurricane season. Again, I have tried several times to contact them without going this route. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that I am having to take this action.We were hit with two hurricanes, an ice storm, flooding that involved hail and tornadoes, and now we are coming up on another hurricane season and my house is no where near being put back to anything that resembles normal… I honestly thought I was choosing a company with integrity.I will say, the guys out here that we’re actually doing the work on my home, top notch guys! I really enjoyed and trusted them. Unfortunately, not sure I can say the same about the owner… throughly disappointed.

I accepted a bid from Restoration Solutions for a pergola build in my backyard. Once the HOA approved the project we scheduled a date to start the work, but they never showed up when the day came. I haven't heard from them since. Extremely unprofessional, what a waste of my time.
