Absolutely amazing! RIZE Roofing is the best company I have ever worked with…. No exaggeration at all. From beginning to end this company was OUTSTANDING!!!! The roofing team showed up early morning, stripped the old roof off, laid the new roof and CLEANED extensively!!! The work was complete in one day!!! These folks are professionals and take serious pride in their work. I worked with Ben from the start. He presented me with options and guided me from start to finish and even submitted paperwork to the insurance company on my behalf! I did absolutely nothing but pick my product… So EASY and so impressive!!!! I highly recommend RIZE Roofing and as a rule, I rarely recommend anyone!!!! These people are EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!

Rize Roofing is an example of what it means to be a 5 Star local business. They just completed my roof from the July hail storms and I could not be happier. My first experience with them was in the summer of 2020 when I was purchasing the house we had been renting. At the recommendation of my State Farm agent, I contacted Ben, the owner of Rize Roofing, to come out and inspect the roof. He was a very small operation then. He personally checked out my roof and said it looked great and should last several more years. He could have easily told me I would need a roof soon and I would have believed him but he was honest and didn't try to make a quick buck. He made a great impression. So when back to back hail storms hit last summer and I had 3 broken skylights and holes in my shingles, they were my first and only call. They really helped navigate the inspection and claim process with my insurance company, ensuring that all the actual damage was covered. Travis, my salesman was always available, helpful and was a real partner - great communication. Adam, the production manager made sure the job was executed to the high standards they demand and was equally great. The crew were considerate, friendly, careful and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. Not sure you could ever find a better team for any roofing needs. These guys are just awesome. Highly recommend.

As other reviews have said this company is excellent! Just had our hail-damaged roof replaced (in one day) and every step of the process was flawless. From the initial inspection to roof completion their service is impeccable. I can’t imagine any better roofing company in Colorado Springs. Highly recommended!

I called Rize Roofing because we needed someone to come out and replace a damaged part and redo the caulking around some vents in our roof. I was worried roofing companies might think it was too small of a job to be worth their time, but Rize was willing and able to help. The woman who answered the phone when I called was very friendly, and told me they could help but she needed to call me back after checking availability. She called back very quickly and said someone could come take a look and give an estimate same day. Dave came out about 20 minutes later and looked everything over. He was very patient about answering all my questions and explaining what was needed to me. The very next morning Dave came back to the house with the new part, replaced it and got everything all sealed up for us. I highly doubt I could have had a more pleasant experience with any other company, and we will absolutely use RIZE Roofing again in the future for anything we might need.

We contacted Rize Roofing to locate and repair a small leak on our roof/skylight. Dave H. came out and thoroughly inspected the area in question. He discovered that the source of the leak was due to a small area around the skylight. Dave felt it was so minor that it was not necessary to even write a job contract. Instead, he used silicone caulk to make the repair as well as inspect our other skylights. He did not charge us for the service. Needless to say, we were surprised at his professionalism and integrity of the company he represents. First, I requested 5 separate proposals from 5 highly rated local roofing companies to repair/replace my roof, including a modified bitumen and gutters. After scheduling and while waiting for their bids, I did a thorough check into the past business history of each one.I chose RIZE Roofing because of their consistently high level of customer satisfaction on every site, A+ BBB rating, bonded, licensed, insured and I was provided very detailed/easy to understand proposal. Another significant plus, I never felt rushed or pressured to commit. Throughout the entire re-roofing process, Project Manager Ben F. maintained excellent communication with me from product selection, ordering, delivery, obtaining the required permit, installation, warranty info, in addition to providing a completed roof document requested by my insurance. Ben’s on-site presence and as well as his attention to detail provided the photo evidence need for and accepted by my insurance claims specialist. A thorough on-site cleanup was always done and added to my peace of mind. My new roof passed the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department’s inspection with flying colors. CoVid related adherence guidelines (contact free) are a must for me and I am thoroughly satisfied with every single aspect of the service provided by RIZE Roofing.

My recent experience with Ben Feilmeier and his roofing company, RIZE Roofing & Construction, was exceptional in every way. My situation: the shingles on my home were 41-years old and cracked in several areas. I hadn’t experienced a roof leak yet, but the issue that created the need for a roof replacement had to do with the fact that the flashing around a bathroom skylight and a chimney needed repair. To do this, a few feet of roof shingles would have to be removed and because the shingles were no longer available, the entire roof needed to be replaced in order to repair the flashing.I don’t have a single negative word to say about Ben or RIZE, so let me just list the positives:1. Ben answered my initial call immediately and arranged to inspect my roof and provide an estimate for a full replacement with 24 hours.2. Ben was very friendly, professional, and careful to maintain the currently recommended Covid-19 social-distance of 6-feet when we met.3. Ben pointed out other issues (e.g. missing downspout, vents) I might want to address. He explained his process, but he never talked down to me and he didn’t waste time.4. The estimate was received promptly and it came in approximately $200 lower than the estimate prepared by my insurance company (and it included high quality Owens Corning Class 4 shingles).5. When I signed the contract, Ben offered to swing by the house and go over everything with me again (wasn’t necessary).6. Ben had had experience with USAA, so he knew what to expect along the way in that regard (which gave me even more confidence in him).7. I was not required to pay any money to RIZE up front. Ben sent me an invoice for the total amount once the job was completed.8. The final price matched the estimate to the penny. There were no surprises, and never any sales pitch or pressure to do anything more than replace the roof.9. Before RIZE went to work on my roof, I sent Ben a list of about 10 questions. He answered every single one of them timely, thoroughly, and with respect.10. Great communication throughout the entire process!11. Ben handled everything. He even scheduled the inspector and notified me to expect him within a day or two of the roof replacement.12. The roof replacement was completed in ONE day!13. My yard was spotless – no debris – after the RIZE team was done. There were zero issues with my landscaping (no damage).14. Ben completed the paperwork I needed in order to update my insurance policy and receive an insurance credit on my homeowner’s policy within just a few hours of my request.I found RIZE to be a reliable, experienced local company with integrity and I couldn’t be happier to write this review for them. Roof was replaced Sept 23. I have had over 4 roof replacements over the years because of hail. RIZE ROOFING is without a doubt the BEST company I have dealt with. First, (Quote) Travis gave an outstanding and professional detailed quote that I used to compare other quotes. Second, Communication, from setting the first appointment to getting the job done, the communication was always there. Third (install/cleanup) I was blown away with the install/cleanup. The crew was nice, professional (Sayed all day to get the job done) and did an OUSTANDING job on installing the roof and cleanup. My insurance inspection failed due to the roof and some tree limbs. I called Rize Roofing and they had me on the books within a week (despite the busy hail season). Travis arrived right on time, promptly inspected our roof and called our insurance to discuss his findings. Although he was there for the roof, he asked for a saw, trimmed back the tree branches, took photos of the work, and submitted to our insurance so we can close the insurance chapter. Incredibly friendly, professional, and informative. I highly, highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I worked with Travis after a wind storm trashed my roof. Not only was he responsive in coming to give an estimate, he showed up when the claims adjuster was coming and was able to schedule the total roof replacement quite quickly. The communication throughout the entire process was stellar and the customer service is not typical of what you find. They stand by their values and good business practices. Travis went above and beyond in all areas. When there was discrepancy down the road with the roof and recoverable depreciation with my insurance company, he was patient, persistent, yet always kind and professional. He guided me through some frustrating waters and never gave up.
