Rock Solid did a great job on my roof. This was my second new roof in 3 years due to hail, and the difference between Rock Solid and the previous roofing company was night and day, wish I had used them on the previous one. Kris helped a lot with the insurance claim which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. He even fixed some leaks on the old roof while we were waiting for the claim to finalize on the new roof. I'd highly recommend them.

Always on time, went right to work and addressed all my questions so I could understand (I knew nothing about roofing or working with the Insurance company where the insurance company totaled my roof). Kris and his team were so prompt and responsive. Kris gave me an estimate (which was the lowest of 3 companies I had asked for bids) and started work 2 days later. He sent pictures of my roof during the process because it’s for my home that I’m selling and I’ve already left the state. His team worked on Saturday to finish the complete tear off and roof replacement that they’d started only the day before. I’m so thankful for the quick work, the easy and responsive communication, and ease of payment. Other companies told me my roof was damaged due to hail, presumably because they wanted me to make an insurance claim and get an easy money grab, but Kris agreed with the inspector, who said the damage was a result of normal wear and tear. Ours was one of the homes that experienced significant damage during the hailstorm last August. I was in contact with my insurance company while the hail was still destroying our roof and I had no idea where to turn next. Fortunately I subscribe to Nextdoor Broadmoor Bluffs and there was a post that recommended Kris Rubio with Rock Solid Roofing. I am eternally grateful for that post because our experience with Kris and his company has been outstanding. From the initial damage assessment through all the months of repair and restoration Kris has been in constant touch. As you can imagine from all the damage in the city from the storm, supplies weren't always available immediately and crews were stretched thin. Kris made numerous personal visits to our home to keep us updated and was always available by phone. Now that the work is completed we can say we are totally satisfied and would recommend Kris without hesitation.

I have used Rock Solid for several emergency repairs and subsequently I chose to use them for two roof replacements due to the hail storms we have had hit us recently. Kris made sure we got the repairs we needed and the information to the insurance companies they required to get all of our repairs done in a timely manor, they repaired the roof, all the damaged custom fascia, several bay window roofs and gutter and downspouts on multistory buildings and when everything was done it looked like the buildings were new again. The job sites were policed constantly through the day as they worked and every evening when they were done. I have several tenants and we have used them on several sites and have not had one complaint of a flat tire or nail in any tires even. I can't think of a better experience I've had with a contractor for anything at all having to do with our house. Kris walked me through the process of what to expect from his roofing company and ALSO what to expect from our insurance company. (I was intimidated by the thought of dealing with the paperwork, filling out forms and all, and he helped me see how to take it one manageable step at a time.) He gave me choices -- with the pros and cons of different weights of tile and what might be the best timing for the job -- and suggestions about how best to deal with the trim for longevity as well as a good look for where the roof met the walls. The prices were reasonable, and the service was simply the best I've had for ANYthing. As an example, here's an email I got from our neighbor, who is now a fan of Rock Solid Roofing from nothing other than living next door to the roofing process: "We just wanted to let you know that your roofer was great after one of the nails from the roof punctured a tire. We had it fixed at no cost, but he sent us a gift card for our trouble anyway. Definitely someone you could recommend, at least in terms of customer service." That's from our neighbor, who hadn't even gotten the help I did on roofing, and didn't know all the other great stuff!
