What a dog and pony show. Joe told us his crew would have the roof done in 3-4 hours. On the day the job was scheduled to be done one lone Mexican gentleman showed up. Later in the day this guys wife showed up with the trailer and helped him clean up from the tear off. First day he was here for 12 HOURS. Second day this guy had a helper, appeared to be his son. After another 10 hour day the job was finally completed. This gentleman told me he does not work for Joe, he just sub contracts jobs.Roofing nails were left all over my yard and one of my dogs ended up with a nail in his paw.When the job was done I asked Joe when the inspector was coming and he stated he wouldn’t schedule the inspection until he was paid in full.Lastly, he came up with almost $1800 in”extra charges” after the job was done. A $7000 job ended up costing almost $10,000.I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Joe was very professional and had his contractors finish re-roofing our house after the hail storm in a timely manner. Our house also needed painting and new gutters which he was able to arrange with good contractors to complete. He was able to work with our insurance company and mortgage company, both of which required paperwork to be completed. The contractor he hired to complete our gutters especially did an excellent job.

After a hailstorm, I needed a new roof and needed to replace other damage caused by the storm. Joe, owner of Rocky Mountain Roofing and Construction, called my insurance company and met with the insurance adjuster to make this happen. He submitted the necessary paperwork and dealt with the insurance company to replace my roof, window beading, and additional items. His crew finished the roof in a day and a half. The roof and other damaged items were repaired and look great. In addition, I was very pleased with the clean-up. I want to thank Joe for his help and would recommend his Company to my family, friends and to anyone who is looking for a new roof or to replace a damaged roof. Thank Joe!

We would not have had such a pleasant experience without his expertise. The reverse mortgage company was very slow in responding to our needs but Joe was patient and spent much time on the phone with the various agents.
