Storm Guard helped us pull together a new roof for my house and my mother-in-law’s house after a major hail storm. It was very easy with Doug’s help. He walked us though the process and was very responsive if we had questions. We have 2 new great looking quality roofs now. I would definitely use them again but hope it is several years away with no hail storms in the immediate future.

I contacted Storm Guard for help with replacing our roof, patio cover and gutters and downspouts. Unfortunately they are no longer replacing siding, otherwise we would have used them for that too. They made working with our insurance company extremely easy, they were very patient when I couldn't decide on colors and were always just a text or phone call away. We have never had to do a project to this extent on our home so I'm grateful to have had the help of Danny, Sam and Tony.

Called to have a small job of caulking on our church spire. Others came, looked and never called back. Brad came with another gentleman to look it over and discuss. While they were up there they just got it done. They were very responsive and fixed my issue. I will definitely be calling them when I need other things done.

This company is very professional and good-natured, and they are also located in many states. Our roof had been affected by previous hailstorms and the storm guard company took charge and helped us with the insurance procedures. They stepped up to help us and do all the procedures taking into account that there were quite a few claims. They explained to us the differences between the different types of materials; they were very friendly and attentive and we were very satisfied with their work. We highly recommend them.

Storm Guard did a terrific job on our new roof, and Will Ziegler the Production Manager came by afterwards to see if I was satisfied with the job. Will even picked up all the nails in the yard that came off the old roofing. I loved it:)

Danny Rankin was a huge help and wealth of knowledge when we had a partial ceiling collapse and major roof leak (from a different company). We had to get our roof and some gutters replaced after hail/wind damage and are incredibly happy with our experience! I was initially recommended by a friend and Stormguard was very responsive with any questions/scheduling and the work was scheduled and completed very quickly. They worked with us and insurance to make sure we didn’t pay any more out-of -pocket than we needed to and everything went smoothly. I worked with Mike specifically and couldn’t recommend them more! Have to give credit on a quick job when they replaced the shingles on my roof. I haven't checked the roof yet for quality of work, but the cleanup was horrible. There are a lot of nails in the driveway and yard.

I just found out recently that the collar around the gas vent pipe had failed for many years, which led to roof leakage during the past rain storm last week. I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism and knowledge displayed by Storm Guard of Colorado Springs. I had never had a home insurance claim and they walked me through the process from start to finish.We had obvious hail damage on our roof from a recent storm. Storm Guard came out to take pictures for us to submit to our insurance company. The original insurance adjuster denied the claim, regardless of the photos and obvious damage. Storm Guard walked me through the process on requesting a second opinion, which ultimately determined that there was hail damage and the entire roof needed replaced.After the new roof was approved by my insurance company, every step of the process was seamless. The shingles were dropped off exactly when they were supposed to be and my roof was installed all in one day. Storm Guard even came by after to ensure no rogue nails had been missed in the yard.Brad even went through the insurance payment numbers with me to make sure I received the correct payment - I know this sounds minor, but for someone who has never made a claim before, it was a bit confusing.I literally cannot say enough great things about them. I truly can not sing the Storm Guard team's praises loudly enough. When water was coming through our ceiling in a bad storm, they were here quickly to assess the damage, tarp the leaking area (while it was still pouring buckets!), and permanently repaired it shortly after while demonstrating top-rate customer service and professionalism every step of the way.
