Scab of a company! If you want a lien filed on your house this is the perfect company to go with! Doesnt pay sub-contractors. Behind the curtain contractor that cannot get the job done. John White is the only person to keep the company rolling. Ever since John quit the company went downhill! John now works for total roofing and i highly recommend going with them instead! I used to sub for Tri Lakes until he owed me over 22k dollars. I had to get a gutter machine and a trailer juat for payment because he could not pay me. He charged me retail for both and still could pay what he owes. I can go on and on but, I hightly recommend you just stay away from this company!!! We paid in full and are now having a lien taken on our property because Tri-Lakes Roofing did not pay the shingle supplier for our shingles! Apparently Tri Lakes has skipped town or something, costing us the full amount of our roof plus an extra $13,000 for shingles they didn't pay the manufacturer for! IF YOU FIND THESE GUYS, PL:EASE POST THEIR WHEREABOUTS SO THEY CAN BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SCAM!!Service: Roof installation

Lawsuit filed ! And my attorney says the truth is the truth it's not deformation of character. People deserve to know what contractors are bad news . just tell the truth . so here we go, if you got hit with the recent hail storms, don't go with Tri-Lakes roofing . they sub there work out then they don't pay there subs . it's not just me it's others as well. I have bin doing gutters in Colorado Springs since I was 11 . I know everyone and all contractors . this guy Jeff is bad news . he won't re-turn my phone calls he want re-turn my emails . he owes me a lot of money! It's bin 6 months and no communication . I have filed intent to liens and now filed a lawsuit . don't use Tri-lakes unless you want a lien filed on your house .I am going to go on every forum you guys adveratise on and say the sane thing .See you in court Jeff .I gave you such a great deal on 3-4 story high apartments, up in Parker and 3×4 steel coast a lot . you took miney out of my families mouth, my kids mouth, and almost made me loose my house ... IV worked with just about every contractor in this town and never not bin paid . you're the first . but I will get my money . I even tried to cut the almost 13,000 down to 9,000 and still no re-ply . now you use Derick with JB Masters for your gutter work . guess what, I started that company with my buddy Bob . Joe and Bob -JB Masters put it together .Customers need to know what you did and they will .Pay your contractors or at least call to discuss .STAY AWAY FROM TRI-LAKES!

Repaired siding on my house and leak that Interstate Roofing created. Replaced my roof with a Class IV shingle and it’s beautiful!
