Got this company’s contact info from a neighbor, was gonna talk to them when they arrived at the neighbors house which was scheduled for a certain time, never showed till a later day RED FLAG. Called to schedule for my house, was told I’d get a call back RED FLAG. No call back or any type of communication RED FLAG. Great business to contact if you want to waste your time.

The sales representative was misleading about who does the work and stated that they will take care of any of little things that might come up durring installation without extra charges in attempt to get our job. However they have a disclaimer in the contract that states verbal promises are not binding. Make sure you heed that with this company. Once you sign the contract with them they are not interested in further communication or returning phone calls and become annoyed with your questions. The actual work crew did not speak english which made communication durring the job impossible. Triton had them working into the night with headlamps because they did not want to return the next day to finish. I was concerned about their proficiency and and ability working in the dark. The next day I was picking up all the trash they missed and found a hole in the stucco. They argued and denied responsibility which went on for weeks causing us much undo stress. They refused to repair the hole they put in the stucco until the county inspector told them to. Two months later they sent a handy man to fix the patch. It took abou 15 minutes to fix. This is a company doesn't care about their customers or customer satisfaction. We thought we were doing a good thing going with a family owned buisness owned by veterans as stated on their site.

Triton Roofing was recommended to me by my property manager. From the first contact Triton was great. They were professional, had a first class presentation of how they would completely replace my damaged roof, were very timely in providing an estimate, and then moved quickly to purchase materials and get started on replacing the roof. Once done, they immediately sent me pictures, and cleaned up the property above and beyond my expectations. Then they quickly sent me the final invoice so that I could submit a claim to my insurance company, and they also provided me with GAF rebate information so that I could take advantage of the manufacturer's rebate for active duty and retired military personnel. The solar panels I have were installed by Triton a few years ago so I called them for an estimate for roof replacement.Their estimate was the lowest I could find, and that included the R&R of the solar panels.They kept me informed of the progress at each step even when they ran a little late completing another customer's roof. I understand that and the fact that they kept me informed eased my worries significantly.As they had done with the solar panels, they did an excellent job on the roof. We had an overall great experience with Triton Roofing. We made an insurance claim from the last huge hail storm. I picked Triton mainly because of all the great reviews but also because they are veteran owned and operated. The roof was promptly replaced. The work was great. When I went to sell my home there were some questions raised by the potential buyer. Todd the owner personally came out to address the issue and even went a step further to make sure the buyer had piece of mind. Triton is fully invested in their customer’s’ satisfaction and it shows. Triton Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof/gutters and skylight. From the first phone call they were responsive and consistently followed up to provide me with updates on the work being completed. I may not be the easiest client to deal with as I am picky, but Triton Roofing was patient with me and they went back out to the property several times to do additional work to make sure I was happy. I cannot say enough good things about them and would highly recommend to anyone needing a roofing contractor. Their customer service and communication made me feel more comfortable with the process as I was not present during the time the work was being completed.

Triton Roofing & Solar did an excellent job throughout the entire process. From the beginning, their representatives were extremely polite and helpful. When we called, they scheduled someone (Blake) to inspect our damaged roof and provide us a quote within two days. Of the six roofing companies we called, Triton were the only ones to arrive on time for our appointment. Blake arrived and inspected our roof and was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was providing us. He answered every question I had and genuinely provided great service. I referred him to a friend and he too was impressed with Blake's knowledge and service. I will continue to recommend Triton to anyone looking for roof repairs/replacements.

I used Triton Roofing to replace wood shake shingles in 2012. They were extremely professional and polite and offered an exceptional product. I had tons of questions that they patiently answered to help me learn about my roof. They were never pushy and were honest in all of their work. Once the weather cooperated, they attacked my wood shake shingles and completed the new roof in three days. They were awesome!! I have since watched them replace wood shakes on two other houses near mine and did excellent jobs as well. Triton replaced my roof, gutters and skylight. They were there when they said they would be and did the work they said they would. The work they did was fabulous and they cleaned up great. We couldn't even tell that there had been roofers at our home. Great customer service. I worked with Joe and he kept in communication with me and got the work done in a timely manner. Todd came out and looked at my roof and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. After I contacted my insurance company Todd came back out with a presentation of what he would do. He was very flexible in what he could do and had prices for each option. He explained all aspects of the roofing job to my satisfaction. After selecting Triton Roofing, the crew showed up when Todd promised. The crew went to work and really did a great job. They cleaned up every day. I was really impressed with the job they did. Triton roofing replaced our roof on our house as we were trying to sell it right after the hail storm in July. It was very stressful to get everything coordinated with the repairs that needed to be done on the house, but Justin and his crew made it easy to trust that the work would be done in a timely and professional manner. I know that when they put on a roof it's going to stay down unless a huge tornado or hurricane rips up the entire house. I highly recommend Triton Roofing for all your roofing needs.

I chose Triton Roofing and Solar from a co-workers recommendation and they support Vets. We started off getting a new roof due to hail damage. But since they also are in the solar business, we requested a presentation and decided to use them to install solar panels as well. Since they are a roofing company first, they put on the new roof but also prepped the roof in such a way to ensure solar panel installation was ready to go. Then the solar panels were installed. What a great experience. Their entire team did a great job for both projects. Triton took care of the paperwork for the Colorado Springs Utilities rebate for solar panels and I couldn't be more pleased. Every person I met, was professional, warm and they truly want to do a great job for their customers. I absolutely would use them again. I got to know the owners very well throughout this process and they are genuine people. This is a small local business to support!!

Triton roofing and Solar did an excellent job in replacing our roof. They identified and repaired serious structural issues that would have caused serious damage if let go, , and corrected a cosmetic issue (pre-existing) that I pointed out. In addition, they had to remove and replace our solar panels. This invalidated our solar installation (workmanship) warranty, but Triton provided an equivalent (25 year) warranty. I have had roof work done 4 times, by 4 different companies, and Triton was far and away the best. Triton Roofing was highly recommended by my handyman so they were one of two contractors I called for a roofing estimate following storm damage. Todd, one of the owners of Triton, came to inspect my property and give me a roofing estimate. He was very thorough in his presentation of what needed to be done and of the GAF roofing system and master elite options offered by Triton. Triton's estimate was below the other contractor for a superior product and guarantee. Todd made himself available to answer my questions in detail throughout the process of completing the job- from the initial visit, getting the contract signed, completing the job, through making sure my property was cleaned up of debris. There was an unexpected need to replace most of the roof decking, and Todd worked with my insurance claims adjuster to be sure that proper documentation was provided so that the additional costs were covered by insurance. Triton's communication with my insurance adjuster was critical in getting the project done within the confines of my deductible. I opted to upgrade my roof to a hail resistant shingle and the gold star package and I am very happy with that choice. I would definitely recommend this company and would use their services again in the unlikely event that it should be needed. My new roof is beautiful!
