What a fantastic company to work with! Steve was very thorough from the day he came to bid our insurance claim on replacing our roofs and gutters to the end of the project! He made this a worry-free process. Materials delivered ahead of time, and he worked directly with the insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of. His entire team to include Kitty in the office where great to work with! His crew cleaned daily and completed our project quickly and efficiently. We thank the entire team for a job well done! We now have a trusted company we can call for future projects!

Steve was amazing! Service with a smile! He came out and analyzed our gutter situation. He was kind and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He walked me through every step of the process and what to expect. He told me what he saw and why whoever installed the gutters before did certain things. He showed me how things were supposed to be done. He was honest about whether or not we needed gutter guards. He tried to figure out different ways to do things as economical yet durable as possible, he even explained the gutter-making process and paint options! He completed measurements and within a few days had an estimate ready to go. I had some personal issues come up at the last second and he was able to adjust the estimate to still get the important stuff done and we planned to get the remainder done at a later date. Communication was on point the entire time of the project- Steve was actually more professional than I was at returning calls and emails. Steve was an amazing representative! I am so impressed with the service, quality and kindness of the professionals at SafeHaven. I needed a second opinion after our roofer and home inspector had differing options of the condition of our roof. Safe Haven was right on with exactly what the home inspector recommended. We highly recommend Safe Haven Roofing & Restoration! We are under contract to sell our house and the inspection came back with "considerable wear" of our roof, which is only four years. The buyer additionally had a roofer check the roof, and they still wanted us to have another inspection . We were referred to Mike at Safe Haven and explained the situation. He was at our house the following day. He did a thorough inspection and put our minds at ease. Mike provided a detailed report of his inspection, as well as a five certification for the roof. Steve and his team did a phenomenal job on our home. We had a punch list of items ranging from a broken balcony railing after a windstorm to a privacy fence designed and installed to meet HOA CC&R's. Our back porch steps were wobbling and the bottom had corroded. The Upfront team removed damaged areas on the stairs and railing, installed new pieces. I can't even tell that the areas were repaired, that's how well the work was done! They painted my weathered doorframes and doors so my house looks fresh and preserved. We recently had our home painted as well as an additional small roofing project completed. The experience was excellent! Our home looks beautiful. The crews, office staff and owner were courteous, hardworking and responsive. They were conscientious of space in the neighborhood for the trucks and trailers as we live in a cul-de-sac. The crew of Trent, Jeff and Juan were wonderful to work with and always respectful of our property. While it was challenging to complete the job as we worked through winter weather, our patience was rewarded in a beautiful paint job!
