Justin and his team were absolutely wonderful!We had damage to our roof after a bad storm. Justin was able to come out quickly and get us the information we needed for our insurance. He then came back to cover areas to prevent further damage until his team could come out. He kept us informed throughout the entire process making replacing our roof stress free.When the team came out they were able to finish in 6 hours!The roof looks great. Justin with Vector Roofing went above and beyond the call of duty to assist our family in dealing with our father's estate. I live 1200 miles away and not only was Justin exceptionally responsive, friendly, courteous, but he advocated for our family on behalf of the estate.He was able to assist in getting us quotes, dealing with the insurance adjuster, get the damaged roofed repaired with a very good-looking replacement roof, but he did all of this in an extremely short amount of time that will allow us to close on the home for sale for the next family to move in.I explicitly would trust Justin and the quality work that he and his crew provided. He was outstanding! He helped with the application and processing of our insurance paperwork, real roof work, and he also pulled all the office duties. This entire transaction took place via text, email, and phone from 1200 miles away. Vector Roofing is The Best! Upon losing a major portion of our roof in the Dec 2021 wind storm in Colo Spgs, our insurance agent gave us the name of Justin Evenson, owner of Vector Roofing. Justin was her the very next day. He is courteous, prompt & totally ethical. His professionalism in working with our insurance company, communicating with us regularly & clearly, & protecting our home until the job could be completed was outstanding. The quality of his crew was top rate & the job they did was excellent. Even our neighbors called to tell us what an amazing crew we had. The two of his staff with whom we interacted the most, Tyler Scovell and Arturo Madrid, were also very professional & courteous. Arturo went "above & beyond" in making sure everything was cleaned up and taken away when the job was complete. Justin at Vector roofing really stepped up and got me out of a bad situation. I had hail damage from the 2018 storm and in 2019 I had a company come to replace the roof. The company I hired simply took my money and hired out a crew he did not know and that was not part of his company to come do my roof. To put is mildly, the crew had no right to be called roofers. They did not complete to work to code (per the inspector), the roof went from not leaking with only cosmetic damage to leaking heavily in many areas ruining my wood stained roof interior and log walls. After speaking with many roofers to correct the problem I met Justin. Together we got up on my roof I showed him the damage caused by the other company and Justin took on the task of fixing another companies mistakes. Justin had to replace 50-60% of my roof to get the problems corrected and he did it for the price he quoted and under the timeframe expectations he gave me.I have been through a full winter and quite a bit of heavy rain most recently with no leaks. My roof now operates as a roof should. My roof recently received hail damage, and we hired a roofer prior to meeting Justin Evenson and knowing about his company Vector Roofing. The roof we received from the prior company was appalling, and caused many interior leaks. After much back-and-forth with the prior roofer, we were finally fortunate to meet Justin. We learned from Justin that the prior roofer never completed the job, but charged us for an entire new roof. They installed only the tiles which were visible from the ground (and they did that improperly). They never pulled required permits, they left all of their food, trash, and roofing debris, including endless screws and huge metal roofing panels, all over our rain gutters, driveway, and yard, and they damaged our house and personal property in their careless work. When Justin came in, it was a very busy time of year. Still, he calendared our job promptly, as we were heading into the heavy rain season. Justin was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, professional, immediate, and very sensitive to way we had just been defrauded by our prior roofer. I had been trying to schedule other roofers for many months to fix our “new” defective roof, and Justin made time for us. We had a beautiful new proper roof within just over a week. Justin knew how to communicate with our insurance company, and he handled our job with the utmost respect. I was more than grateful. As a Realtor, I also gained an excellent roofer as both a trusted member of my extended team, as well as a great referral for my clients and colleagues. Since then, I have worked with Justin several times. His honesty, reliability, and the quality of his work remains outstanding. He continues to well-earn my ongoing confidence. In my real estate business, Justin also busts his tail to complete the work timely so that our contracts and our closings are not impacted. Justin came out quickly and gave a thorough inspection. Rather than try to sell us a roof that we did not need, he let us know it was still in great condition. Very ethical company. Wow Wow Wow is all I can say about Justin. He is the contractor that will call you back the same day. I was is a mess with trying to close on my house and had to have the roof replaced before closing. He only had a few weeks to get me in plus deal with a mess with the insurance company. He grabbed the bull by the horns and got it done. It took several calls to the insurance company to get it all worked out. He fought for me with them and did all the heavy lifting so we could get the house packed up to move.
