Quick but sloppy work and did not fix our issue. Basically said "oh well, guess you need a new roof" when i complained that the leak was still there. Another company came out and tore up Victory 1's work, found where the leak was coming from, fixed it and charged us less than what victory did.

Great company. I was having trouble with my insurance company giving me my scope of work and first check. Victory 1 called the insurance company and communicated with them to get everything taken care of. When the roof got started the owners of the company were out on the job checking on the crews and making sure that the clean up was done. Very impressed with the communication and service from the company.Thank you for the amazing work and look forward to doing business with you in the future.

My house is still not complete from when the hail storm hit Fountain. I have had to go to another company to have windows, screens and gutters done. The wrong shingles have been used on my roof and it was blown off as no big deal and not going to be fixed. Roofers finally fixed the damaged shingles they damaged themselves on the roof. I was asked numerous times to get an insurance adjuster to my house and to let them know when the agent would be here only for them to never show up to meet with the adjuster. Paint was damaged on the house from roofers throwing shingles off. Nails left on the ground. No final walk through has ever been done though of course the work was never finished after giving thousands of dollars to the company. I am not the only one with this problem either a friend and neighbor used them as well and has yet to ever have a final walk through done or ever had the things that weren't done correctly fixed.

Signed a contract to have work done on my home from a storm. Approximate completion of project was 3-6 weeks. Roof was done fast and with quality work. The house being painted was subcontracted people who did a less than acceptable job. It's now 3 months later and I'm still waiting to have my front window replaced and I keep getting the runaround from the company about when it's going to be finished. I highly recommend going with a different company in Colorado Springs. There's tons of other quality places.Edit after crazy owners response: Took 4 months to do a roof and a window. Billing practices are insane. owner responds to google reviews a full year after writing them. Just avoid this mess in general.

We hired Victory 1 Roofing to replace our roof. It took well over a month to complete this job on our home, and it' was a small job. Not only was the company unprofessional, but when the workers showed up to do the work, one of the workers had no ID or no green card and informed me that he had just come up from Chihuahua Mexico. The following day he did not show back up nor did I ever see him again on the job.There were things that were missed on our house. I had to wait over two and a half months to get the few minor details addressed so the job could be completely finished.After threatening them with a DORA complaint, they cleared their schedule, came up and finally fixed the things that needed to be addressed.I did get a very good deal on the roof. I beat up the salesman over and over on price until he finally came down and met my price. That is the only reason I went with this company.In hindsight, I should have just paid the extra $1,000 to one of the other companies that I received bids from and I'm sure the job would have been completed immediately. I would not have had the headache that I had dealing with this company.This is strictly my opinion on how things went on this job, but I hope this review helps someone in the future.

This is by far one of the BEST companies I have every had to do business with. I needed last minute work done on my home to sell the property. They not only were able to get me a great price but completed the work within a couple of days from me first reaching out to them.I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any work done on their home. I’m appalled at the customer service and communication this company practices. Ryan came out to our property and talked a great game.... at first. He bad mouthed some of his customers to us which should have been my first clue. We had our insurance check in hand ready to go for our roof. Plus we had TWO other jobs we were willing to pay on the spot for and he gave us a number that sounded great for the jobs we wanted done. A week went by and we finally got our quote after some bugging on my part. After we agreed to the price he ghosted us. Pretty crappy way to do business. Thankfully we found someone to do our roof before the snow. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I had heard some not too great things about this Co so I talked directly to the owner, Lesa, and shared those concerns. After my very direct conversation with her, I chose to confidently move forward and have them remodel our kitchen. It truly is beautiful and my vision came to life. Every concern I had along the way was addressed and fixed and they still continue to work to make everything just perfect! I don’t regret hiring them and will be sending them referrals in the future

This company was horrible to work with and I was so happy to be finished with them when the project was over. The quality of work by the actual workers was fine. The poor logistics and lies by the owner of the company and the project manager were unlike anything I have ever had to deal with in a construction company before. Lie after lie by the owner, it took nearly 6 months to do a job that they promised would be done in a month.

In the recent blizzard on March 13th, 2019, we had one of our skylights damaged from flying debris. Winds up to 97mph! We called Victory 1 Roofing on the following Friday (2 days later) to get an estimate of cost to replace and install. Lo and behold and lucky for us they just happen to have our skylight in stock!! We were so pleased! They came out the same day and replaced and installed our new skylight. We came home from an out of town event and were SO very happy our new skylight was in! Wow! AWESOME COMPANY, AWESOME EMPLOYEES AND AWESOME SERVICE! Thanks Victory 1 - A+++++

Victory 1 was the ONLY roofing company that responded to us when we had a hole in our roof. They tarped the whole roof to make sure we were protected. We had some issues with some of the repairs that were done on our house by a few of their sub-contractors. The workload for the contractors in town was overbearing I'm sure after the storms we've had. Mistakes can happen when its that busy.To the point;The owner promptly and personally came out to look at the issues. They didn't hesitate to agree to correct the situations from the Sub-Contractors and will be making the repairs soon! I am very pleased they are standing behind their product, as a lot of Contractors pack their bags and leave state afterwards, with no luck. Which is why you should stick with local companies like Victory Roofing.Thank you Victory Roofing for helping keep our home beautiful!

Took several months and a few reschedules to get roof completed. They broke a window and patio table. They did repair and replace them but took way too long. Then had them get basement up to code to pass inspection. They replaced some breakers. They kept tripping. They couldnt figure out why. Had another electrician come over and fixed it in a matter of minutes. There werent great at communicating or scheduling. Will not use again.

Do not recommend. Extremely poor communication and follow thru. I paid an almost $4K deposit on Sept. 14. Check was cashed and I was given a date for when work would start which was about 10 days later. After weeks had passed, I contacted for an update. Long story short, we did this dance for 3-months! They finally finished the work mid-Dec!? Weeks at a time with no communication from them unless I contacted them asking what was going on.I understand there was a storm and it was busy. The part of this relationship that is unacceptable is the lack of upfront and continued lack of communication. You could have told us we were in your que and to expect a date far into the future. Sitting on $4k for 3 months without completing the work is also unacceptable.7-days after the the work was finally completed Lisa had already contacted me 3 times and left a message threatening to put a mechanics lien on our property. I called to discuss this situation and rather then having a discussion, she yelled at me and hung up on me.

I Sub-Contracted with this company to do gutters on a church in Pueblo. After repeated communication to receive check owed to my company after work was completed (6 Weeks past due) I called Tia and asked to receive owed money and she responded with telling me that checks get cut when they get cut. I explained I would have to charge a 3% late fee she then stated that I can contact her lawyer and she won’t pay it and hung up on me. Beware of sub contracting with this company it my experience and opinion it’s that they pay when they feel like it.

I called and set up an appointment for my roof weeks ago on the recommendation from a few people and looking at a few reviews on google (should have looked further down the list of reviews), no one showed or bothered to call, wasted an entire afternoon and after talking to a few friends that had similar experiences I was told that they either never showed or jobs were not done properly or were messed up, A few said that the owner seemed more concerned with taking monthly vacations and buying new Cadillac's. So went with a different company.

I left a review quite a while back in regards to some repairs that needed to be made that was contracted by this company. I originally fixed my review because they quickly responded with words. Yet, here we are over a year and half later with no action. Which is why I am back here again changing this review.I am currently seeking other avenues to resolve this issue. If you choose this company for repairs be very diligent in all aspects of working with them.

I needed new gutters put on my house, a pine tree had toppled onto my house during a huge wind storm and took the gutters right out! Victory "1" was very responsive and got the job done for me quickly. I was fortunate that they roof was spared that time but I know a time will come when I will need roofing done...and I know exactly who to call....yes, Victory "1". Poor poor service! We have been waiting since the end of June on a bid for insurance job because of hail storm damage. Since inspector Jamie came out to inspect damage and at least eight calls later to the inspector and owners still no bid. Guess they only want the real big jobs that are convenient for them.

I’ve almost been plowed into by two of their gaudy company vehicles on two seperate occasions. If their driving skills are any indication, I’d never let them anywhere near my roof.Also, for the owner who has said on several similar reviews that people don’t have anything better to do with their time, I find that incredibly ironic considering he’s scanning Google reviews and getting defensive with anyone who has a negative thing to say, of which there are many. Perhaps it would be in his best interest to reinvest that time into ensuring his employees drive company vehicles responsibly before someone is injured. Or focusing on the other host of issues they seem to have. Whichever.

First off, waited a whole year to get the work done, then I have to manage the project cause they wanted to do it backwards. Then they didn't notify me of the last part of the job and left a mess in the backyard. Very disappointed.
