Weatherproof Exteriors did a wonderful job on our roof replacement and new gutters. We could not be happier with their work and working with them. I would highly recommend them for your next exterior job. Arthur was very responsive to any questions we had and made several trips to our home to ensure we picked the best color for our new roof. His employees did excellent work and were very efficient and easy to work with. The gutter installer, took a lot of time with us to make sure we were happy with the placement of the downspouts. Very tidy on the job site cleanup. I will be calling Weatherproof Exteriors if we need exterior work done in the future.

Weatherproof Exteriors did a great job on our roof. They came when scheduled, the workers were all very polite and efficient. They used the good quality materials. After everything was done they cleaned up any remaining mess and they have remained available for any follow-up issues. We haven't had any issues at all. We contacted Weatherproof Exteriors Inc. Bill called us back and came to our house to talk to us about hail damage. We contacted our insurance company and they sent it someone to look at the roof. Bill was here. We were able to have our roof replaced and a few other minor repairs very quickly. We are very pleased with the work that Weatherproof Exteriors did. Very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again if needed.

If you are looking for a company with high quality of work and the reasonable price, this company matches both. We had siding and gutters replacement. Carlos provided with very professional consultation. He gave us several options to meet our needs. During replacing some rotten wood spots were discovered. They were replaced ongoing with no additional charge. At any time we could contact him if we had any questions. It was very easy. After work everything was cleaned-up. The job was completed promptly. We inspected very closely and deeply and couldn't fined any flaws. We highly recommend this company.

Bill was out at our house to give us a quote on some work that needed to be done on our roof. He was promptly, on time, got to the bottom of the issues quickly and had great knowledge explaining to me what needed to be done, vs what did not at the time which I appreciated. A for the company; D for it's subcontractors. Weatherproof exteriors was very efficient at getting me through my hail damage claim. It took almost a year, but the entire outside of the house, except for the windows and brick veneer elevation, was replaced. However, their subs are terrible at following through. Once they turn something over to a sub, you might as well become a general contractor to make sure things get done. Two weeks ago, I called them to replace my patio window screen. To date, no one has come out to finish this simple job or called me to schedule an appointment. I still passed my bank's inspection, even though the inspector did notice the screen had several big holes and annotated on their form 99% completion. I'm not asking for anything above and beyond the contract or the scope of the claim. I just refuse to except mediocrity from a business that's charging over $30K to my insurance. Hopefully they didn't forget anything important, like a roofing tile or a piece of vent flashing.

Overall they did a good job for me. I was redirected a little bit when I was trying to make contact, but after that I had a direct contact line. Being a smaller roofing company, they were able to respond and do the roofing job quickly. Their quality and clean up was very good and everything has a guarantee.

After taking six months to complete our house, I will never use them or recommend this company. The only person that is honest and does a good job is Bill Long. They hire subcontractors and when they do a poor job and have to come back to fix mistakes, they try price gouging the insurance to cover the cost of their mistakes. Absolutely ridiculous. They are beyond dishonest in their pricing ($400 to tape off a window AC is one example).

Weatherproof did 2 roofs for us last year due to hail storms and things seemed good until inspection time this year because we’re trying to sell one of our houses. Inspection found some needed repairs that I believe should be under warranty (not new hail damage). Phillip Rozakis, (project manager for this company)who was was so easy to get a hold of last year seems to be harder to get a hold of now. The owner Pedro said he would have someone do the minor repairs one day with no discussion of cost who changed his tune now and is now asking $450 to do these minor repairs. We’re getting a lot of run around now which is very unfortunate. I’m very disappointed in Phillip and the owner Pedro of the company as they do not care about their previous customers and do not take responsibility for their workmanship issues. In other words workmanship warranty does not exist with them. Don’t trust this company to do your roof. They will not come back and fix their mistakes.Update 11/29/19In response to the recent post from Pedro the owner who fails to listen. It is not hail damage but workmanship that is the issue. You can easily pull up our shingles like one big piece. I don’t know much about shingling a roof but I’m not stupid either. We should NOT be able to peel away at our shingles like that. There is also an issue with the flashing that I’ve mentioned before that has nothing to do with hail damage. Clearly inspection does not catch many things. We have tried to call multiple times and my husband left a voice mail last week to to show PICTURES that another contractor took to show the bad job done on our roof that we did not know of until it was pointed out in our home inspection. Pedro the owner does not want to take responsibility. And Pedro I agree you did returned our call initially when we didn’t have pictures just to tell us it passed inspection last year and what we have is hail damage but now we’ve gotten no call from you since we now have proof! Oh but you have time to make a lengthy response to my review but no time to return our call! I’m pretty sure it’s because we have pictures to show that his crew did a very poor job installing the roof. ( I wish I can upload them) Oh and his go to guy Phillip Rozakis last said he was gonna call me back has not called me back as predicted. He has excuses now so I’m done dealing with him. So all of you who gave good reviews, beware if you’re still living in your home. Take a close look and you may find problems. Unfortunately Weatherproof will not fix their mistakes. I’m really not the kind of person that complains a whole lot but I’m so tired of getting taken advantage of. I’m gonna make sure I file a complaint and I’ll make sure I tell whoever I can about this company.Oh and by the way, two of the reviews on here don’t count as they are reviews from Pedro’s front man Phillip Rozakis who is not returning our calls now.One last thing Pedro, I just forwarded pictures of the flawed workmanship on our roof to Phillip Rozaki’s email since I do not have your contact information. As you can obviously see, it is NOT hail damage!! Unless you think hail turns into little creatures that crawl under shingles and detaches it from the roof. We assume mistakes have been made to our rental property as well so now we have to plan in our budget to have those mistakes corrected too.
