We had an emergency with our AC not working causing our house to be in the 80s. We also have a 1 year old. WireNut was able to do a diagnostic the same day and be in the next morning to fix it. We needed an entire AC replacement, so it wasn't a simple fix. All of the workers were super friendly and knowledgeable. We worked with Arber and Tyrus who were both great. There were a couple others I didn't catch names for but they were all pleasant to work with. Overall, it was a good experience working with WireNut.

We live in North Woodmoor; after 25 years, our home now needs modernizing. I was so surprised - pleasantly!- with the response and professionalism of Matt and the other employees of the WireNut. They were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even "Joey" came! They gave me as much time as necessary to go through everything I needed done to make my large, primary, bathroom more modern, high tech, and ADA accessible for me. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the estimates were. We are definitely moving forward with the WireNut!

My basement has water in it from a service from yesterday. Tried calling and couldn’t get anyone in the HVAC DEPARTMENT. SK I GUESS I JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS UNTIL THEY DECIDE TO CALL ME. IM PISSED! Then the rep on the phone making it seem like it’s my fault saying there is nothing can be done til Monday. Then, cause I’m upset that water is all over my new carpet from a service done just yesterday, I’m the villain. What? Yes I’m pissed and can’t get any resolution right now. The message left yesterday about respectful, professional and all that is VOID far as I’m concerned. Today with the problem I got NO ASSISTANCE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOW. LOOK AT MY BASEMENT. IM PISSED THIS JUST RE-TRIGGERED MY PTSD.

My experience with both the company and service technician, Alex, was excellent. Alex came to fix my furnace, and I couldn’t be more impressed! He was not only pleasant but also diagnosed and repaired the issue within a short time window. His professionalism and expertise were truly outstanding. Save your time and money!!! I feel like I was scammed and robbed! When I called to make the appointment I asked how much a visit would cost to get them out and take a look at my air conditioner. I was told $89 so I made the appointment. When there guy got to my house he told me the $89 was just a GAS FEE to get him out there and to do an inspection it was going to cost $300…. And then they tried to sell me a whole new furnace when I just wanted my air conditioner checked out. So I payed this company $400 for a new furnace quote. All they want to do is try and sell you stuff you don’t need and take advantage of people! Don’t waste your time or money! Definitely the worst company I’ve ever delt with!

Another leak in our 20+ year old home made us call WireNut again. This time we found a leak under the kitchen faucet after we tried to install a water purification system. Jeff, the plumber, arrived earlier than expected. He was as professional as they come. After a few minutes explaining what we needed, Jeff informed me of a reasonable quote, parts he needed, and off he went to get the parts. He returned promptly and began work. It took around 15 minutes and the leak was fixed. Jeff added shut offs where it was needed plus a way to connect the water purifier. He was pleasant to talk to and left a clean work space. We highly recommend Jeff and Wire Nut!

We knew someone was coming, we were waiting for Christopher to come. He called more than once and I never heard the call so I didn't answer, but he came anyway. I was so grateful when he came. He had put in our new breaker box and everything had worked fine and suddenly we had one circuit of bedroom ceiling lights not lighting. He got right to work. He checked the inside breaker box which seemed to be working correctly. He got started following wires through the ceiling and 1 wall in particular to find the problem. On a trip to the van for something, he noticed an outside breaker box he had not know about and sure enough in that outside box he found a breaker that needed reset. The problem was solved. If he had not seen the box and checked it out, we would not have those ceiling lights yet. He was very willing to do whatever it took to find the problem and solve it. I also mentioned something else having to do with plumbing, which is not his area of expertise, but he called Wire Nut right away to get an appointment started to have that problem checked out for us. I so appreciated how quickly Wire Nut takes care of us when something happens and the technicians have always found and had suggestions for the problems they come for and make the arrangements to get the job done.

My water heater needed replacing during a minor medical emergency. I called WireNut and they responded very quickly and worked around my minor medical emergency. Within 2 hours I had a new water heater professionally installed with mitigation improvements that were not there previously. The service was excellent! Logan came out due to my shower backing up. He gave me a couple of solutions and was very personable and explained things thoroughly. I really did appreciate him and his experience with the situation. Logan came back out to get some stubborn tree roots out of the sewer line. Very nice young man

My lighting project went very well. Jason and Emma worked efficiently in 3 different areas of the house. Some rewiring had to be done as well. The end result was wonderful! The extra lighting makes a real difference. I had some lighting installed last year by Wire Nut, and would highly recommend their services. I'm a happy camper!

The technicians who completed our panel upgrade: Charlie, Tristan and Jayden, were great. They were informative and polite.There was, some difference of opinion about wether to cut the studs or mount panel outside. Against the opinion of the on-site techs, someone in the office decided to cut the studs rather than mount box outside. Hope that proves to be the right decision.

The tech, Billy, arrived early after calling to make sure it was OK. He was very polite and efficient. After initial inspection it was discovered that further maintenance was needed. Billy checked with me before proceeding. When finished my heater works but may still need more done. Billy was concerned but happy he got the unit going for us. Highly recommend Wire Nut.

I only had a small service call / bid / consultation, but Jeremy was punctual, courteous and took time to listen to several concerns I had about work I want done and then presented me with several options and made sure I understood each one as well as the costs, scheduling, etc. So far, so good. I'll be calling Wirenut next time I need something done. A+

I had issues from my furnace being improperly installed by a previous homeowner who didn't know what he was doing. It required a replacement of the furnace along with many upgrades to make it code compliant. I was very lucky to get Jeremy and Kevin assigned to my case because they both did excellent work. They're competent, knowledgeable, well-trained, efficient, friendly and good communicators. They explained their work and responded to my concerns with acceptable solutions. I highly recommend this A-Team for HVAC projects and am grateful that they have provided me with a stable heating system that will last for many years.

It's not often you meet technicians that have to deal with people day in and day out that are as personable and knowledgeable as these two gentlemen were. These guys were the first plumbers to come through who could explain to me what the issue was in terms I can understand, gave an excellent attention to detail in fixing the issues and for a great, much more reasonable cost. Future plumbing renovation scheduled!Edit: they have completed the plumbing renovation for my drainage! It looks great, they were delightful to have working in my home and they did incredible job with explaining how the new lines would work. It was done quickly and they were efficient and effective! I have no issues with the job that my technician, Emily, performed. My issue is Mohr with the company as a whole. I requested an AC tuneup because I had a coupon. However, you guys do not actually perform AC tuneup. You only perform inspections. In my opinion,you should advertise that and not give the false impression that the AC unit was going to be worked on. Also, if things are found during the “tuneup “ I feel that if any work ends up being done that the cost of the tuneup should be rolled into the cost of the repair. Thank you for your time.

Shad came and checked out a sparking circuit that I had and let me know that what I did have was way out Dated gave me the option of upgrading or staying the same. No pressure, very, very nice man-made me feel very comfortable with everything. He was saying yes, I would recommend them.Also today Charlie came out and checked everything. Needed dining room lighting moved to center location. Wiring move was completed by licensed electrician and done right. Clean up was professional. Bryson Ni did a great job in a short amount of time. Overall good experience, will use Wirenut again.
