Michael and Wyndhill roofing recently replaced our roof that had hail damage from this summer , from the first day i spoke with Michael till the walk through after the job was completed everything was communicated perfectly and professionally. The roofing crew that was here worked proficiently and did a great job at cleaning up and making sure there were no nails or debris left anywhere in my yard ( with having 2 doggies i was very appreciative of that) ! It's not every day that you come across a roofing company that prioritizes honesty and customer trust over profit. Our recent experience with this roofing company has left us not only relieved but also profoundly grateful for their integrity and professionalism. After a very stressful encounter with another roofing company that claimed there was severe hail and rain damage to our roof, we reached back out to Matthew who came out to our house a few days before. Matthew had been so transparent and informed us that we didn’t have significant damage which was so different from what the other company told us. Matthew quickly connected me with the senior project manager Jayson who promptly arrived, and he was also truly remarkable. After a thorough inspection, Jayson assured us that our roof was in excellent condition, with no significant damages from hail or rain. His transparency and quick response were a breath of fresh air, putting our worries to rest. What truly sets this roofing company apart is their unwavering commitment to honesty. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Consummate professional.We were in the process of selling our home and an area of the roof and gutters had been flagged. I reached out to Jayson, who stopped by the house, within a couple of days to provide a thorough assessment of his findings and recommendations. I wasn't able to meet him so he sent me multiple photos and videos to identify the areas of concern.What I appreciated most is that he provided multiple, acceptable, repair options, at different price points, and allowed us to decide which fit our needs (and wallet) best. We ultimately chose the best repair option since we were selling the house and wanted to provide confidence to our buyers.His provided the same service when assessing the gutter issues/solutions.The repair was completed in a day, within two weeks.They left the job site completely clean.I would highly recommend this company for roofing services.

I had a new roof placed over my new deck by Wyndhill Roofing. I love my new roof. It looks like it was the original roof. Michael is very responsive. The guys did a great job. I have since needed to have the vent for my new fireplace to go through the roof. I called Michael and I had to coordinate timing with the fireplace company. Michael made it effortless. I called Wyndhill at 8am to see about having my roof tarped before a possible storm so drywall repair could take place. I was working with multiple companies over the past week to get someone out and Wyndhill was the only one who had someone out within a couple of hours on the same day to cover my roof. I could not be more happy with their customer service and responsiveness. I will absolutely have them complete the roof repairs once my water damage work has been completed.

My kitchen ceiling leaked during this past hail storm. We had an insurance guy come out and he said it was fine. The ceiling leaked again and I called Wyndhill Roofing. Jayson came out , immediately saw the problem and fixed it. While fixing the issue he took his time to educate me on how to fix this myself in the future. Jayson was fantastic - I’ll be using them again if the need ever arises

Older home with metal front porch overhang leaking. Wyndhill roofing sent Jason to inspect the roofing issue. Jason was professional, on time, courteous, and in great detail explained the problem area causing the leak. Jenna the office manager was exceptionally helpful and understanding working us into the schedule. One week later Jason personally fix the roof leak. Resonable rate, will use them again.

I experienced a roof leak after the last large storm here in Colorado Springs. I called Wyndhill Roofing (they did a repair job to my roof a few years ago and did an excellent job) and they made it out a few days later. Jayson was the repair tech and he got right up on my roof and found 4 cracked tiles. He offered to repair the cracks at no charge since I was a repeat customer.These guys are great! My roof was damaged to the point of complete replacement in a windstorm, and after the first contractor came and went, flaking out with no communication, I found these folks. Thank goodness! Once Wyndhill got involved, a really stressful and rough situation turned around completely. They worked directly with my insurance company and ironed things out there. Every time the insurance asked for more documentation, Wyndhill was right on it. Communication with me was clear, timely, and always explained to my satisfaction. I called Wyndhill to replace an old cracked plastic skylight with new Velux skylight (they are Velux authorized installers). I live out of their area and could not find anyone in my area who does skylight installs/replacement. Wyndhill agreed to do the work for a reasonable charge considering the significant extra drive time.I ended up replacing 2 skylights, since the additional cost to replace an additional skylight was fairly small. We did the measurements and found one was slightly larger than a standard size. Wyndhill was able to provide a solution.The workers who did the install were respectful and professional. The did the install fairly quickly and the results look good. After subsequent snow fall and melting, they look good and no leaks.I am satisfied and would recommend them.Service: Skylight installation
