From start to finish, I could not have been happier. Landon was so helpful and took the reins with the adjuster. He made sure that we got everything we needed for a new roof from Farmers, and he stayed and did the walk through with the adjuster. The team that installed our roof and gutters was fast and accurate. They cleaned up so well that I didn't find anything left behind. The owner. Tom, came by during the installation and at completion and talked with me. Such a great company, and I highly recommend it.

When a June hailstorm caused significant damage to our roof, Tom Ross of Journey Roofing recommended that we get repairs done before rain and snow caused interior damage. Tom worked quickly and well with our insurance adjuster, and his crew arrived the first week of August. They did a wonderful job.The roof of our 80 year old home is not an easy one to work on. It's built into the side of a mountain. It's steep. It has lots of peaks and valleys. The material had to be carried in by hand and up to the roof on the backs of the workers. We've never seen a crew work so hard for so long as did the six guys from Journey Roofing. They were an impressive bunch.Last, but also first, Tom himself showed up before his crew to remove some decorative knobs used on the peaks of our roof; we've kept these over the years as a nod to the original look of our home. After the crew was done, Tom himself returned on a Saturday afternoon to replace those knobs. You've gotta like an owner who spends part of his weekend finishing a piece of work that the insurance claim didn't cover.We'd hire Tom Ross and his company, Journey Roofing, again in a heartbeat. Journey Roofing, Landon and Tom, were awesome from the very start. They met the insurance inspector and went over everything, including some things that the inspector missed. They were on time, finished in one day and were meticulous in the cleanup. This was the 2nd time that we have our roof replaced, the first with another company, and I will never use anyone else...hopefully will not need another roof again! Journey Roofing was wonderful to work with. Landon helped me navigate through the entire insurance claims process after we had a huge hail storm. He explained how putting a class 4 impact resistant shingle on my home would save me money on my insurance premiums, while further protecting my house from future hail storms. Wow. What a great company to work with! Tom came out and repaired some damage to my roof. He declined payment and simply said to think of them when we need a new roof. I called Tom about roof damage and he came out and inspected the site same day. It was raining when he came out, so he could not perform the work but we agreed he would follow up when the weather cleared. A few hours later the sun was shining and he was back at my house to make this repair happen before more snow/rain could move in- which probably saved me from a real issue.
