Patriot pros is amazing! Our first interaction with them was assuring, starting with the call center, Jeri was an absolute joy to speak with, she walked us through each and every step, and made sure someone kept us updated throughout the process. The next day after speaking to Jeri with an ETA, (Techs) Frankie and Clarissa called us 15 minutes before they arrived as our family requested. Frankie and Clarissa turned our day around and were beyond patient and understanding with our family being we were very frustrated with the previous companies that came out providing very little to no assistance and unprofessional technicians. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. We decided to upgrade our broiler system with them based on how impressed we were! For the installation Anthony P and Javi did an amazing job, and made sure to communicate proficiently. The second time we called, was for our zone valves not functioning correctly, Javier and Sara came out on the weekend!!! Fixed the problem and made sure everything was functioning correctly with our new broiler. After fixing our zone valves, Javier repaired some of our minor plumbing issues without charge!! They truly care about their customers and go out of their way to get the job done carefully, sufficiently, and take pride in their company name. It is a lot of pressure to find a company that not only provides an excellent job but also pride themselves on the people that they send out to your home! For that reason I will always recommend Patriot Pros and continue to use them for future work.Service: Heating system repair

We had first called another company to come over for a no hot water call but the representative from that company simply looked at our system and said he didn’t know anything about boilers and couldn’t help us. That company still charged us a dispatch fee even though it took 2 minutes just to get told “I don’t know”, with no direction on what to do or who to call. I had remembered seeing a Patriot Pros vehicle while driving around and decided to look them up. The moment I called them I was greeted with professionalism from their call center and was told I would have a technician over that day. I received updates on when I would be expecting a technician to be dispatched over to my home and even received a 15 minute courtesy call from my Technician Frankie. He asked if he could even pick something up for me while he was heading over. When Frankie arrived he was very friendly and respectful of my property and home. During his evaluation he took the time to educate me about my boiler and water heater system and told me what to keep my eye out for. At the end of the day my family decided to upgrade our system to a tankless unit. We were scheduled for installation the next day. Javier Jr and Anthony P were our installers and they showed just as much professionalism and respect as Frankie did. They placed floor coverings through out our basement flooring, touched base with us as they needed to shut down our houses water and gas, and were very organized while tearing down our old system. At the end of our installation our mechanical room got a major facelift, it definitely shows that they take pride in their work. They even took the time to show us how our new system works, pointed out/tagged the shut off valves and asked if we had any questions. We received follow up calls from their dispatcher to see how we enjoyed their service and also to check that our new system was running well. This company knows customer service and I recommend them for all your heating and plumbing needs.Service: Heating system repair
