Had an amazing experience with this company! Beth in the office was always prompt, and very thorough. I was in a crunch and needed to get my roof done asap. Matt came out and assessed my roof and within 10 days it was done!! My roof looks awesome, and the customer service was exceptional. I recommend this company 100% If I could give this company 6 stars I would.

I would not recommend this company. First, it was an ordeal getting their supplier to deliver the material. Once they did, we had some bad weather and they couldn't install the roof. When they did come out, after a lot of pestering on my part, they couldn't finish the job because their supplier had sent some bundles with the wrong color shingles. The roofers left a mess of food and drink and plastic and tacks in our yard. The final straw was today. We made an appointment at 3pm for Matt to come by and go over the warranty with us and pay off the final portion of our bill. 3:20 came along and I contacted him and he said he wouldn't be coming over because he was doing an install and had to "run some material." I asked him to send us the bill.

Wow! Had already pre conceived notions on the dozen or so roofing salesman that had interrupted my dinner with my family and shown up at inopportune times to sell me something that yes I knew I needed which left a bad taste in my mouth with ALL roofing companies but with the few leaks and general ugliness of my roof I knew it was time to handle the situation!. I was referred by a trusted neighbor to this outfit and took the chance, after setting an inspection with Matt in the office he was not only on time but even brought me to the roof to show me the trouble areas of my roof which I thought was very professional. I am an extremely involved homeowner and was WOWED by what he found. Their were two layers of shingles overlapped which they informed was more of a baind-aid left behind by the previous owners of my new family home.The office was incredible handling our insurance and our deductable was absolutely fair.All in all the whole process took less than 3 weeks from start to finish. Matt also took the time to show back up after completion and ask if everything went smoothly, I ama realist and knew their was noise to come but honestly the way the company handled everything was TOP- NOTCH I opted for a more expensive longer lasting roof that I am confident will keep my family safe for years to come. But if you need. Roof or simply an inspection give this outfit a try ..I hope your experience is as good as mine and I applaud the communication and resolve for which it was handle. To Matt and all the crew involved I would like to say THSNK yOU very much and this company from here on out will be my go to roofing company, thanks guys/gals for all your help and keeping this previously thought stressful situation professional and completed in time and within our limited budget. Thank so much to all the 5280 employees and and have and will be a lifelong customer of their truly honorable and polite company.

Beth and Matt were very communicative. They answered all my questions, gave me frequent status updates, and worked with my insurance company. It was a seamless experience and great work on my roof.
