Our family is very happy with the work Satchel and his team did on our home addition. We had 350 square feet added to expand our kitchen and add a master bed & bathroom, completed in only 3.5 months (our estimate was 4-6 months). The speed of the project was amazing, as it was completed over the winter, and completed before our second baby arrived. Communication was clear and easy, and despite a few surprises thanks to the city inspector, we were able to flex our budget to make everything work. We will be using A2Z for all our future projects!

Highly recommend A2Z BuildersOur home in Louisville was affected by the fires. We needed new flooring, paint and a remodel of kitchen and Master Bathroom. A2Z came highly recommended through various review sites. After meeting Yuval and listening to his ideas and enthusiasm, we signed. The biggest problem we faced was getting building permits issued since local government is swamped with all the rebuilding. Once the permits were finally issued, Yuval’s team got to work immediately.Our new kitchen looks amazing, as does our new master bathroom. They even put in a wall for us as well as all the new laminate flooring, painting, tile and required plumbing and electrical, interior doors and a new front door. The people that came out were all very friendly and hard-working. Yuval and his project manager Barr were available on the Whatsapp group chat and responded quickly to any questions.They checked in with us about each part of the process to let us know who was coming and what they were doing that day or week. They consistently checked in with us to see how we liked the changes, if we had any questions or concerns. Unlike reviews of some other contractors, there was no lack of communications or upsells or deceit. Everything was upfront and no surprises. We are very pleased with the work done and are enjoying our new and improved spaces! It feels like home again!

We picked A2Z Builders based on reading reviews and am glad to add our own. We had Solomon as our project manager for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. He was better than we could have hoped for. He was an excellent listener and doer. He took everything to heart and implemented it in the best way possible. If he didn’t agree with our choices, he let us know and he was usually right. If something didn’t look right, he suggested changes. If something didn’t turn out right, he fixed it. He even upgraded our microwave to one that fit the space better- at his cost. When the cabinets were delivered, the driver’s helpers to unload didn’t show up and the driver was going to leave; but Solomon talked him into unloading with Solomon’s help! Solomon, kept us informed with frequent updates, pictures and video calls. His workers were competent and did a great job. We really enjoyed working with Solomon and miss our frequent communications If we had another project we would use A2Z Builders and Solomon in a heartbeat!

We can sum up our review of A2Z Builders with one sentence: If you are not using A2Z Builders for your remodel/build you might be making a big mistake.Our project consisted of:• Kitchen remodel and appliances• Two (2) bathrooms remodeled with vanities, fixtures, flooring and paint• Hardwood flooring installed in lower level of house, 4 rooms and stairway to landing and upper levels, including baseboard installation• Fireplace modification and cabinet installation in family room• Painting/Drywall repair in lower level of house• Removal and finish of pony walls living roomOur experience with A2Z Builders:• What stood out most was the absence of the typical “Us” versus “Them” dynamic often encountered with contractors. It was a collaborative atmosphere where our Project Manager, Tom shared and understood our vision for the project. Our kitchen designer Michelle also understood our vision and facilitated the kitchen remodel.• Communication with Tom was excellent. We knew each week what was to take place and when.• They showed up. Work was always done as planned and on time.• A few unexpected issues arose, but Tom’s solution was always the best solution in resolving the issues. Tom was always concerned with details.• After 30-50 % of the project was complete we had developed a trust with Tom and A2Z Builders. At that point we did not have to question what we were told.• At no point did we feel A2Z was cutting corners to expedite the project or cut costs.• We utilized several of their partners and were pleased with the materials and costs.A2Z Builders exceeded our expectations. I recently had A2Z Builders complete a first story addition and a pop top addition on my home in Castle Rock. The first story addition was about 485 square feet and this included a full relocation of the kitchen. The pop top was over 1000 square feet with multiple new bedrooms and bathrooms. Satchel was the project manager overseeing the project and he did a phenomenal job. Communication was extremely easy throughout the course of the project with both Satchel and the office staff and they quickly responded to any questions I had. This was completed throughout the winter where we ran into some issues with the weather, but any small problems that came up were handled very quickly and professionally by Satchel and the team at A2Z Builders. The contractors working on my house kept everything covered and clean the entire time and their craftsmanship was truly amazing. A2Z Builders is not the cheapest company out there, but for the quality and service they provide it was absolutely the right choice, especially for a larger project that has many details and requires constant good communication.I would highly recommend Satchel and A2Z Builders as a whole to anyone wondering what contractor they should use for their home remodel. I will be contacting Satchel for any future remodel projects going forward.

I used A2Z to renovate a bathroom and convert it to a powder room. They removed a tub and created a closet and moved the door to a different wall and did all new fixtures and finishes. We used A2Z builders to renovate and update the living room of our house and they did an amazing job. We worked with Yuval to relocate and refinish the gas fireplace, paint the entire interior, replace baseboards and carpet, and more.Yuval did a great job stopping by to ensure projects were going smoothly and that we were happy with the direction and involved with next steps. Ron was the project manager and was super pleasant to work with and very patient with us. He made this process a lot easier than we expected. We did a Full kitchen remodel with new pantry, new kitchen cabinetry, new quartz countertops with a waterfall on the island, we refineshed the floor and done paint all around the house Due to Rons knowledge and experience , he was able to help make the process go smoothly avoiding any issues that may rise. We worked with Tom Siso on a total kitchen renovation and removal of a load-bearing wall between our living and family rooms. Tom is one of the best project managers we have ever worked with (and we have worked with many). He communicated regularly and always responded immediately to our questions and concerns. Our project was tough for a number of reasons including unforeseen utilities in some walls, terrible weather, and working through Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Despite bumps in the road, the project stayed on schedule and we got a beautiful remodel. We had a couple of subs that were not the best so we were so glad to have Tom there to find replacements and to handle issues. We recently completed a bathroom remodel to our primary bathroom. A2Z was the main contractor and did a great job. From the outset, they were friendly, professional, they planned well, and kept us informed. They even set up a communication group on WhatsApp so we could all text one another whenever. Wisely, they waited for all the supplies to arrive before they began work. There were some supply chain problems but it wasn't A2Z's fault.Yuval and Eli (management) came over frequently to inspect what had been done and plan out the next phase. They provided subcontractors who were pleasant and did great work. The final product looks great. We chose A2Z Builders to remodel our master bathroom based on the overwhelming positive reviews. However, the experience was subpar. One thing to note (which we didn’t) is working with A2Z is like working with a revolving door of sub-contractors. Don’t expect to be working with the same sub-contractors if the project takes a pause half way or if the main sub-contractors are tide up with another project. Be prepared to be sent another person without any prior communication. Sometimes, they finished things half way before they had to rush off to another job elsewhere. Often times, the project manager failed to bring the new sub-contractors up to speed on the tasks at hand that they had to run out to get parts.For examples:1. Tile guys showed up, wasn't aware that they were only going to break down newly installed tiles, didn’t know they had to custom cut the tiles as well to accommodate the water piles for a flowing vanity. So, they left without finishing the job and had to wait for the original sub-contractor to complete the work.2. A third plumber showed up (first one had a family emergency, project manager showed up with a second plumber to evaluate the work needed to be done, next day, a third plumber showed up without any prior communication! Sure, he showed up, but he didn’t know what was expected to complete the work. After evaluation, he had to run out to get parts before rushing off to another project while the things that the project manager said would be completed in that day was not completed.3. Though the PM was mostly communicative, and his motto was getting it done amazingly, beautifully, and perfectly, he lacked the vision and experience to account for the installation of the floating vanity, shower head, and mirror. Let's start with the floating vanity, tiles were installed that had to be broken down, reinstalled, moved up the piles, yet, not high enough, so two additional drawers had to be cut/saw to accommodate the piles. For the electric mirror, tiles had to reinstall because the electrical outlet was not cut high enough. Shower head, if you're over 5'8", you won't be able to use it.,I would not recommend working with A2Z and will next my next remodel elsewhere.Service: Bathroom remodeling

I used A2Z for a kitchen and guest bathroom remodel and am very satisfied with their work. I am not a contractor and had no idea what would look good in the space we had for our 1960s home. I reached out to multiple contractors and wanted to see what THEY would do with the space as they would know a lot better than me. Most contractors just shined me on and didn't really answer my questions. The one that did was Tom with A2Z. He told me exactly what he would do, if we planned on selling the house in the future what he would do in each area, he walked me through costs and issues that might arise, etc. From there they brought in their engineer to see what support we would need after removing a wall, they did asbestos testing to make sure the area was safe for construction, he walked us through the materials they would provide and materials that were not included, and was in constant communication through every step of the way. In any construction you hit some snags, for us it was asbestos, but Tom made sure that there were workers at my house nearly every day and that construction never stopped. I needed to consult on a possible job a while back, and from the outset, I think it was apparent to them that I couldn't afford it. Still, Zohar and the Project Manager he connected me to (Efi.. hopefully, got his name right) were so much help and even helped me understand what was necessary if I took on the project myself and what sorts of questions to ask if I got other consultations. I spoke to someone else, and though they quoted less, the other guys didn't sound like they were actual engineers. My budget has crashed hard due to issues at home but if I could afford it, I'd go with A2Z.

We had a great experience working with A2Z for our home remodel. They converted our main floor into an open floor plan, including removing walls, completely remodeling our kitchen, retiling our fireplace, fixing up our floors, repainting entire interior and exterior of the home, and adding lighting throughout the main level. Everything turned out beautifully. Issac was our project manager and he was very responsive and attentive to our needs, really felt like they wanted us to get want we wanted. The few minor hiccups they fixed immediately and we were very impressed. Even during COVID, project stayed on time and on budget, which we were very happy about. We do wish the designer was a little more involved in planning because we ended up having to make some decisions on our own, but the process was very smooth and the 3D rendering was great to have before committing to the design. We shopped around a bit and A2Z was very competitively priced.
