After a recent windstorm we had roof damage and spoke with many roofing companies in Northern Colorado about a roof replacement. Accurate America is AWESOME!! I had a great experience from beginning to end. When there was a knock on the door and I looked out and saw a guy at my door I figured I would tell him "I'm not interested", but Casey was great. Casey assured me that I wouldn't spend anything out of pocket except for the deductible. The process was so easy, I really didn't have to worry about a thing. Not only did he get my roof and carport covered, he was able to get my two sheds in back done as well. Casey stayed in touch with me through everything. I was told they would start on the weekend but even came a day early. The crew was great as well. I couldn't believe it only took one day and they cleaned up everything afterward. Their rep, Jacob Hartin, came by after a hailstorm and asked if he could take a look at my roof. I am not a fan of door to door soliciting, but I had seen some of the roof grit on the concrete around the house after the storm. I am very glad I said yes. Jacob found damage and handled the entire process with insurance. He met with the adjuster and was even able to get coverage for hail damage on the fence as well as other damage on my property. They filed all the paperwork and did a great job on the roof replacement, including some extra ventilation for the roof. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I researched the company before signing up with them and am glad to know they have been serving Denver for many years. Accurate America was working on my neighbors home when they approached me about mine. I knew that the roof was getting bad and needed to be replaced within a few years. We worked with the sales rep, Roger Thorpe, to file an insurance claim for hail damage. Once approved he helped us find homes they had worked on with roof colors we were interested in so we could narrow down our color choice. They arrived when scheduled, and were able to replace the roof in one day. Roger followed up with us after the work, and arranged for some minor repairs that needed to be made (gutter leak and fascia board painting). When our roof and home were damaged by hail earlier this year, Accurate America (and specifically Roger Thorpe) made the repair process easy, they worked fast, and provided high quality workmanship.Initially, they came to our home to show us shingle samples and provide a 3D mock-up of our new house colors and shingle style/colors (since both our roof and paint needed repair). Not long after, a large and experienced roofing crew arrived around 7:30am and were completely finished by lunch. They laid tarps down, in addition to taking time to carefully gather stray nails. When the city inspector came out afterward, he commented on the quality of the work done by Accurate America.Mr. Thorpe helped us every step of the way—meeting with the insurance adjuster, helping us pick shingles, checking in with us regularly to provide status updates, coming out with roofing crew, and communicating with the insurance company on our behalf. I was a victim in the Colorado wildfires outside of Boulder 12/30-31/2021 ... while my house survived, my roof was severely damaged and all shingles needed to be replaced. Someone from Accurate America called right after our huge hail storm, and Dylan Friedman came down. He called my insurance people and got that all set up. The roofers came and did a fine job, passed inspection and all that. Then the best part - the painters came and prepped the entire house and the shed and painted it exactly like we wanted it.
