I had used Aspen 5 years ago to replace 2 hail damaged roofs and was pleased with them. After a big hail storm in July damaged them again, I knew whom to call. Lewis Johnson has far exceeded my expectations by not only making sure the insurance company covered everything properly but also coordinating the input from my window and painting contractors. He has been very patient helping me understand more about roofing and my options.The crew who installed the first roof were extremely professional and efficient.

We got a quote quickly...and then had a huge pain getting my solar panels removed (different vendor, not Aspen). This delayed the project by 3 months. Aspen was super cool and continued to check in every couple weeks to see how things were going. Once we were ready, they got the new roof installed quickly, sent follow up communication and pictures. Overall, a very professional and personal group of people. Shout out to Abraham, super patient despite all the delays from our side and a really nice guy.

Aspen Contracting did a great job replacing our roof. They met every promised deadline they proposed. The shingles and associated materials were delivered on time. Their crew of five began the removal of singles in a timely manner. The replacement of the shingles proceeded in a workmanlike and systematic manner. I was pleased that they picked up the roof debris fully, including the nails that are part of the removal and installation of a roof. I was given a walk through of photos showing the results of their work. I would highly recommend Aspen Contracting for roof replacement.

After our insurance carrier denied our claim for a new roof due to hail damage, Lewis followed up with them persistently and as a result, we have a beautiful new roof. We were under contract to sale our home. Then we were hit by golf ball size hail. Mike Austell with Aspen had our roof replaced the next week ! Aspen did a great job, even stayed in contact with us while on a already planned vacation. We appreciate their quick service, it made moving out and the new people moving in to our home less stressful. Thanks

My Husband and I were very please with Aspen Contracting and all that they did to get our house and garage back together after the bad hail storm we had in Lakewood last year. We had a bad insurance inspector that was not qualified to do the inspection and miss a lot of things that needed to be done. But Michael Austell with Aspen challenged the inspector with State Farm and got the job done right it took a little longer to get done but that was because of the inspector not Aspen Contracting.We were very happy with the job and repairs the guys were great I would call them again . Aspen Contracting is a very good agency to work with ...the initial representative Joe Farris is outstanding. Communication from corporate office a little shaky at first and got a lot better once I went through Joe to handle that problem. Corporate office personnel didn't speak loud enough on most phone calls and too fast so had to play the messages over and over to get phone numbers and names, etc. They delivered the supplies almost 10 days before starting on garage and most supplies delivered were stolen due to delivering them in the alley and then taking so long starting the project. Joe handled that specific problem with professionalism and swiftness! He called and checked in often and took care of the communication issues with the corporate offices in Texas? I think.

This company is incredible. Not only did they look thoroughly at all the damage the hail caused, they also walked me through the process of how filing a claim works and accompanied the adjuster when she viewed the damage.Ron and Mark were incredible and so respectful and professional.I can't say enough about the integrity of Aspen Contracting!!

What an extreme disappointment aspen contracting has been. I have been waiting 2 mos to see how they would handle my issues before submitting a review. From day one - this has not gone well. They showed up early, despite my request the install be done a week later to have powered attic vents ready to be installed. Other scheduling issues arose when dealing with the fixes; for example, being told the gentleman delivering the material in the morning saying he will be back later was transferred to another division yet shows up again later looking perplexed when I asked about him being transferred. I have been dealing with quality control and city failed inspection issues caused by a poor sub-contracted roofing crew since the day of the install. Drip edge flashing had been put on incorrectly, nails shot through porch roof (and more nails after the last fix of the valley),a leak in valley and other fixes promised by gm that still need to be addressed. The latest person out to fix the issues, said I would receive a call back personally by him that evening for the items he did not finish as well as come get the material he and the previous crew left, even though he insisted I sign off on the work order that everything was completed. Items failed by the city still need to be addressed.

This is the 2nd time we used Aspen Contracting. The quality of their work is amazing. Their materials are always the best. The people that work for the company are always kind and professional especially Troy, even when you the customer is stressed out. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Aspen did the roof and the siding. The roof turned out good. The siding did not. The siding was ordered some were around June of last year it was installed somewhere in January but it had to be reinstalled at a prior time because it was the wrong siding. Now the siding is coming off looks terrible. I’ve been contacting Lansing the siding supplier and Aspen the contractor trying to get it fixed Lansing said it all in aspens court they gave the OK to do it but nobody from Aspen will call me back it is now July of the following year. No word on when or if they’re going to fix it or reimburse me I will do a follow up if they ever follow up on the house

Mike Austell and his team did a great job on my large and complicated roof. They completed the job in a short time/on time and passed inspections with no issues. The building department inspectors even commented that they were doing a good job.

Brian Palmer was great to work with. Once the materials arrived the job was promptly completed. Great help with insurance claim that might have taken me forever to understand and likely would have missed some damage due to hail

A sales girl came to my door, knocked on my door but was preoccupied on her phone. Her phone never left her ear. She asked me of my roof was already done, which it had been completed for a few weeks now. Our community has a no solicitation sign clearly posted... On her way to our neighbors house (still on her phone call) she stumbled over the rocks beside our driveway kicking them onto the sidewalk. Rather than move them back, she kept walking. Really?!?! Even if we needed our roof done, I wouldn't use this company. How unprofessional.

The local account/project manager we dealt with was excellent. However, communication from the company comes from some call center in another state who have no idea what is happening or why. They are told who to call and what to say but when asked questions all they can do is repeat the same thing.

Terrible customer service and very dishonest management. They failed to return to complete a job after receiving payment. The project is from a May 2017 hail storm and they still haven't completed the job.

They did a job recently. Not only is not up to code, they also did not use new materials. They skimped on all industry standards as well. Be warned.
