This company replaced my roof over 6 months ago. They never had it inspected eventhough we paid them almost the entire balance. I waited to pay the balance until it was properly inspected. Jon rector failed to have our roof inspected until I brought it to his attention over 6mos later. Then, the inspector shows up and it doesnt pass as shingles were not installed properly. So now, after 6+ mos they are demanding I pay double the remaining balance or they will place a lien on our home. Terrible experience and will make sure I spread the word

After experiencing my 1st major hail storm in CO, I was lucky enough to be contacted by Jason from Bear Bros. He had done the roof on my house prior to me moving in and he was contacting his previous customers. He has been extremely helpful guiding me through the process, coordinating with insurance, and getting my roof replaced in a very timely manner. He really went the extra mile whenever I asked a question or needed help. The roof turned out great, and his crew was very good about cleanup too. I highly recommend BearBros and Jason.

I had an incredible experience with this company, particularly Stephen. The level of customer service I received was so amazing. He stuck with this project from start to finish, communicating all the details along the way. Day of installation, he stayed on site all day to make sure it all went like it should. I can't recommend this company and Stephen enough!

I was very happy with Bear Brothers Roofing. They came right over when I called looking for an estimate. They worked directly with my insurance company, USAA, and came to a reasonable estimate. The work was scheduled and performed in a short amount of time. There were no surprises or cost overruns. The roof looks better than it ever has. I highly recommend Bear Brothers Roofing.

Justin and the Bear Brothers team were great to work with. This was the first time to file a claim and Justin was super helpful in navigating that process and working with our insurance company. The roofing crew was very fast and when they left there was virtually no sign that we had a multi-level roof removed and replaced in a day and a half. Bear Brothers Roofing is a local roofing company that has been in business for 20 years, and they are amazing. Justin was our contractor and we were nothing but happy with our experience with him from start to finish. He is not only super friendly, but also knowledgable and informative. He always took time with us to answer any and all of our questions and was just an email or phone call away when we had more questions :) He was quick to reply to any email or text when arranging logistics too, which was awesome. The crew who came out were very professional, friendly, and hardworking and did a completely stellar job. Both of my brothers are contractors (in another state) and schooled their sister on all the things I needed to make sure were done :) Bear Brothers absolutely met and exceeded our expectations. Bear Brothers just replaced my roof today. They started early and were done by 2pm. You couldn’t tell they were even here as their cleanup was awesome! Wes was my main point of contact. He was always on time for appointments, responded quickly to any of my texts and kept me informed throughout the day on progress. I was very pleased with Bear Bros Roofing. The crew was fast, efficient, courteous. They tore off and replaced my whole roof (which is very steeply pitched) in 2 1/2 days, with minimal disruptions, and did a wonderful job with the clean-up. I was very impressed.Justin, our project manager, is super-friendly and thorough with his inspection. Very knowledgeable and took time to answer our many questions. He handled all of the paperwork and calls with our insurance, which was not an easy task! I highly recommend.

I spotted their roofing crew working up the street and asked them for an estimate on my garage roof. One of their project managers, Justin, noticed that I had hail damage on the garage and on my main roof as well and recommended I put in a claim. As it turned out the claim was approved and they worked with my insurance company to replace both roofs with minimal cost to us. We found the roofing crew to be very professional, courteous, and meticulous. They carefully cleaned up after themselves and we saw almost no debris left on the grounds after the installation. I would like to highly recommend Bear Brothers Roofing. When I first reached out to this company, I was nowhere near writing this recommendation. There had been a very large hail storm in the area and a project manager was assigned to manage our roof damage. After several phone calls to see when our repairs would begin, I was not getting the customer service we deserved. A phone call and visit from the owner, led us to a new project manager being assigned to address our roof damage. Justin Gonzales from Bear Brothers roofing was absolutely incredible. Justin did an amazing job addressing all of our needs including resulting cosmetic damage to our roof soffits, that couldn't be repaired by the roofing company. Justin recommended a separate contractor that repaired the soffits before the rood repair had begun. If you are choosing Bear Brothers Roofing, please request Justin Gonzales. One of the best in the business and Bear Brothers Roofing is lucky to have him.

Bear Brothers replaced our roof June 2019 after a hail storm. They came highly recommended by Allstate. Everything has was done quick & painlessly with no problems. Fast forward to today and we are selling our house. The inspection report came back requesting a minor repair in the attic. One of their service techs, Steve Riedesel came out the same day. He was courteous & quick. Dan provided an email documenting the adjustment for the new buyers. Justin Smith was also helpful in providing a warranty confirmation that the new owners can have transferred to them since it is good for 4 more years. We were very happy with their quick follow through on a warranty item. Thanks guys!

Neighbor recommended Bear Brothers as he was having work done by them at the time. I asked for an assessment and Justin found more than our insurance assessor had and incorporated that into the quote, (which was more than the insurance wanted to commit for repairs). Justin promised a 3 week start to finish project with him dealing with the insurance company and city permits, he also had them agree to pay for the code upgrades without any additional out of pocket expenses for me. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who is hesitant to commit to a company, they made the whole experience very easy. 5/5

They responded to our request much more quickly than any of the other companies that we called. Our project manager, Justin Gonzales, came out within 2 days of our call and walked us through the whole process. He coordinated everything with the insurance company and our job was completed within 2 weeks of our initial call! The workers were polite, and extremely careful with the landscaping around our home. They worked fast and their clean-up was amazing. You couldn't even tell that they had been there! And to date, we have not found even ONE roofing nail anywhere on our property! I highly recommend Bear Brothers. Fast and professional!

Justin did an excellent job. He was extremely knowledgeable helping us find upgrades, select materials and make the roof better than it was before with no additional cost. His crew was friendly and surprisingly quick. Delivery of materials was timed just as planned and then in 1 work day, his crew removed the old roof, put on the new one, cleaned up all the nails and scrap, replaced the gutters and rolled away. Granted, it was great weather that day, but wow. Justin was communicative throughout the process taking care of our HOA and the city. The timing and the estimate were exactly what he predicted and we have already recommended Bear Brothers to our friends and other neighbors.

He is very professional, knowledgeable and helped identify areas of the roof that needed to be brought up to code. Justin worked closely with me and my insurance company. Bear Brothers did a great job on my roof a few years ago. Ended up needing a few repairs recently and they have come back twice to get everything fixed and have stood by their work. Bear Brothers Roofing replaced my entire roof which had 3 different high levels and was quite complicated. They replaced it to high quality, on time and with no issues. Great communication throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend. Left the yard clean of debris too.
