Tony showed up at my door and his personality sold me right away. Then, they got my roof approved by handling my insurance and even met the adjuster when he came out. Finally, they completed the roof replacement swiftly and promptly, I couldn’t be happier with the repair. Don’t think twice, call them if you have hail damage on your roof!

Anthony at Best Roof And Gutter just replaced a roof for us from hail damage. I called around and he was not only the easiest to get ahold of, but also came across as the most honest without any sales pitch or pressure at all. I had a patio being built at the same time as my roof was being replaced and Anthony made sure I was aware of the code that wouldn’t allow the low pitch on the porch to be shingled (which my patio company had planned to do). So I had him and his crew roof and gutter the patio too! Everything he did passed inspection quickly and easily and he kept me updated while I was out of state working with pics. I will never use another roofer in the Denver area until Anthony retires.

Be aware! They installed one gutter, overcharged us and then had to come out multiple times to fix various leaks in the new gutter. Sad to say the gutter they installed is still leaking...

I called Mountain Reach Roofing & Gutters for a full gutter replacement estimate and they promptly schedule an appointment for me within a couple of days. Chris showed up at my house and was polite, courteous and professional. He listened and took note of what I wanted done and where I wanted changes made, and recommended an additional downspout, which I found to be a great idea. Shortly afterward, I received an estimate covering all I had asked for in my email. I accepted the estimate, as I was impressed with its thoroughness and the fact that it was a big savings compared to the other estimates I had already gotten. Shortly afterward Mountain Reach called me to schedule the work. Two installers showed up, were very polite and professional, and listened to what I had to tell them about the job. The job was done over 2 days. I am very happy with their work. It looks great and I have not had any leaks or any other problems. They also cleaned up the job site and hauled off all the old gutter system at no extra cost. The color selection is great as well I highly recommend Mountain Reach Roofing & Gutters.

I've waited a year since installation to leave this review but it's always been bugging me because it's such a weird experience. I thought their estimate was great value and at first all seemed well, but after installation the trim was installed so poorly and water was not draining out of the gutter. It looked terrible and didn't work. To their credit, they tried to fix it, but oddly it took several tries and they're still not fixed. It took many months of me having to constantly follow up and pester them to even get them out (again - to their credit they gave me Avalanche tickets as an apology...but I'd rather have working gutters). Honestly I got these gutters installed because I wanted better drainage, but it's so much worse now. The downspouts drip down to the foundation and at least one gutter end isn't sealed so it leaks down to the foundation too. The trim they put in is better now than it was, but still not what I'd expected it to look like. My last attempts to reach out to them to see if the last issues will get fixed were in the Spring and were met with silence, so I'm just at the point where I'll have to try to fix things myself. I hesitated to leave this review because Marli was nice enough to me and it's crazy how many trips out they made and things just got worse, but it's been bothering me and I at least can't be silent with this experience if my gutters are the way they are. I don't know if it's because I have a smaller house and this is small potatoes for them, or what. Unfortunately my experience was regretful.Service: Gutter installation

We are an HOA of 24 single family homes. A few summers ago we hired Mountain Reach Seamless Gutters to replace the gutters and downspouts on 12 of our homes and to do maintenance and repairs on the other 12.I had the responsibility of hiring a company to do the job and supervising it's completion. Mountain Reach not only had the lowest bid but they were super easy to work with and completed the job on time with a minimum number of issues.What I was also impressed with was their customer service and follow-up including contacting me a year later to make sure all was well.

Mountain Reach replaced all the gutters and downspouts on a home that I recently purchased. It was easy to get an estimate and I liked that someone came out to take a look at the property in person so I could receive the most accurate quote possible. I didn't even have to be home for them to assess the situation and the estimate was received via email the same day. They did top notch work and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. I really appreciate it when businesses pay close attention to customer service. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, and I'll make sure to refer them to all my family and friends. Mountain Reach installed our gutters and did an excellent job. Great color options to match the house paint. There was one small bracket missing and they had a service tech out less than 48 hours later to install it. Now that's customer service!

If I could give SIX STARS for these guys I would! I called Pete to come and give a bid for some gutters and miscellaneous roofing fixes after my previous contractor disappeared and the Mountain Reach team came through in a major way.I own several properties and am well-vetted in quality of work and the pain it can be to work with some subcontractors. This couldn't be further from how these guys do business. Pete is extremely professional, friendly, and punctual making this process painless. The installer Mike is great and does exceptional work.I am recommending these guys to everyone and will only use them in the future

I think the price of the product is fair. However during installation the installer missed two meetings where I took off work to be there without communication. Then this past winter when one of our gutters froze up and was leaking into our house, I called both the company and our sales person from the company and never heard back!! The work/job doesn't end once you get my money in the pocket but that's sure what it feels like. Never hearing back after leaving them voicemails about leaking gutters and leaking into my house was a tough pill to swallow and therefor will not be recommending this company to anyone.Service: Gutter installation

I first contacted Mountain Reach for some gutter work, but once Pete came out he noticed the roof had quite a bit of storm damage. Pete was great working with my insurance to get everything, including the gutters covered. He was a pleasure to work with and always responded quickly to any issue.The reason I'm giving this 4 stars and not 5 is that I faced a few annoyances when it came time to do the install. Weather definitely complicated things a bit and I'm not holding Mountain Reach responsible for that. However, materials were delivered a day or two early (luckily I was home when that happened), and the roofing crew was very inconsiderate when it came to clearing snow from the roof. The crew just shoveled all the snow off the roof with no concerns with where it went after that. I ended up with a huge pile of snow blocking a walk way that then refroze and solidified effectively blocking the only way I could get from the back yard to the drive way. Also, the clean up left a lot to be desired. However, I will give everyone at Mountain Reach credit for attempting to remedy the situation the best they could. They sent some guys out to clear the walk way and do some extra clean up. I realize that issues come up in jobs like these and all you can ask for is the company shows they care about you and do something to fix it and Mountain Reach did that. I helps they are a local company and not some out of town roofers that come in after a hail storm. For that I would recommend them if you need to get your roof replaced.

Mountain Reach just finished adding new gutters to a small addition and replacing older gutters so they could change the the direction of flow. Everyone we dealt with was super nice. The quality of work seems to be fine, although we have not had a significant rain storm to test them. It was just an odd experience due to some communication issues along the way.

This company used to be called Mountain Reach Roofing and Gutters, they replaced our old gutters and did satisfactory work. There was in issue with my new gutter install and they were able to remedy it, so I naturally contacted for a roofing estimate. After an unfortunate miscommunication with the roofing estimate [doing business in the time of Covid presents unique challenges], we were eventually able to work out a solution. UPDATE 5 months later:I've updated this review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Anthony emailed me to make up the 5% difference after reviewing Mountain Ranch's 2017 reviews and noticed the discrepancy.I greatly appreciate the company taking the time to review the year and make right what went a little wrong. They didn't have to do that, but they did it anyway. That goes a long way in my book.The gutters they installed are still looking and working great.I definitely recommend these guys.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’m torn with these guys.I was quoted $3,440.00 for top quality gutters and gutter guards. At 180 feet with many downspouts, a contractor friend of mine said this was a good price.The owners that came out to the house to create the estimate was nice and polite.Then came the delays. Weather can be volatile, I know. I can’t put 100% of the blame on the company as sometimes weather just gets in the way.My project was delayed 4 times due to weather. Already a month behind, the weather cleared and I had a new appointment for the work.Then they had trouble with the truck. They called me about the trouble 2 hours after I was told to expect them at my house.The next day, again, trouble with the truck. Rescheduled for the next day.They told me I would receive 15% off and apologized for all the delays. They also said that if they can’t come tomorrow, the entire job would be free.Fair enough. They’re having some trouble, but they’re trying to make up for it. At this point, I’m still on board with them.They showed up this time and were unable to finish the job because they had not brought enough gutter materials with them. A new set of guys came out the next day to finish the job.It had been 1 month and 5 days, but it was finally done and I should have 15% off the bill.The bill came and it was 10% off instead, totaling $3,096.00.I didn’t bother to try to get the other 5% off they had promised. At this point, I wanted it to just be done. So, I paid the 10% off price without contacting them.The work they did was great. Everyone they sent to my home was polite and nice. But, there are definite improvements that could be made with the company’s operations.

I have updated this review from one star to four stars, because the owner did the standup thing: he called and asked for my side of the story and wanted to make it right. Unfortunately, we've already made other arrangements, but because he did what he did, I would have given him a second chance if I could have.Would give less than one star if I could. I called this company, I set up the appointment, I provided pictures of the issues with our gutters, and I was told by Brent that they would be out today to do the work. A sales person came out "to assess" what work needed to be done. I was understandably upset that no work would be done today. I sent him on his way and told him to get me an estimate. He then lied to Brent and claimed that I swore at him, which was a flat out lie, and THEN Brent CALLED MY HUSBAND, NOT ME (!!!!!) to "try to work this out." Fortunately, my husband is a great guy and gave me the message. I called Brent back and told him that his sales person lied, but it didn't matter, we no longer want to work with his company. I would never recommend any company who thinks it's okay to go around the woman who contacted them when an issue arises.

In less than 48 hours from inspection, I received a very competitive quote, details as to why the quote was what it was, and a quality 5 year warranty guarantee for my own peace of mind, which is always helpful. In addition, Marli and the office staff were very timely in contacting me as a follow up to provide instructions on next steps and schedule service. This is the 2nd time I've hired this organization to do a project on my property and they continue to impress me with their efficiency, timeliness and most importantly, quality. Strongly recommend for any and all your roof and gutter prrojects. Thank you!

They are wonderful in all areas except for the person (Aaron) who does the skylights. He came out to provide a bid and saw something that was incorrect regarding a recent roof install (no ventilation to soffits). When I got the bid I had some questions re: solartubes. The office person is awesome but I had to chase down Aaron to get a call back and it took over a week. I decided to do the small soffit repair and Aaron didn't show up on the day he was supposed to so I had to follow up. I got an excuse then he re-scheduled again. I came home from work yesterday, with no message, yet the work was not done. The office team and other service (gutters) is GREAT but if someone employs such a flake then it makes me distrust their business.

Great company, great people. These guys came out the day after a hail storm and did an estimate for us, rep was very honest and upfront about the insurance company process, the materials they use, and now I know why these guys are the best in Colorado.
