I do NOT recommend, avoid at all costs! Brothers restoration gave us a quote for water damage from the hose that leaked into our basement. They were quick to come out for estimate and take our down payment. After having our money, they did not show up FIVE times. Every time they confirmed appointment, then like clockwork, backed out a half hour before the DAY OF. They never picked up the phone to explain, just hid behind emails and texts. Excuses included broken truck, Covid, equipment was not ready or did not have enough workers. I have never dealt with so many empty promises ending in frustration. They finally said it would be a couple more weeks until they could get it done. This was about a month of wasting everyone’s time, arranging to be home when they said they would come. They also said they would give $250 to us for wasting our time but surprise, surprise, that never came either. We now have to start all over with another company, but it’s for the best. Can’t book properly, can’t show up, I wouldn’t trust their work anyway

Keith did an outstanding job on our home when our refrigerator sprung a leak over several weeks. My husband and I were so impressed by his cleanliness as he worked. Although half of our hardwood was torn up, he made sure not to track mud or mess into our home and We really appreciated his organization and cleanliness. His response time was great too! He able to squeeze us into his schedule last minute. We would recommend him and his company to anyone! Very fair pricing. Great guy!

Keith got right out to our house to begin the restoration process when we had an unexpected water leak in our home. My wife and I are very particular and he was so careful and clean in his work and tear up of the kitchen floor and basement bathroom. I really appreciate the clear and constant communication during the work and he checked on us multiple times to see how things were progressing. What an awesome experience with a local independent company. Every interaction was professional and prompt. Keith goes over and above to make sure that any restoration was taken care of thoroughly. Brothers Restoration was amazing, Luke and his team took amazing care of our home. We recently had a flood and was given there information from our insurance agent. I called at 8:00 A.M. and they were at our home within 15 min. Yeah, the company and especially Keith were a total disappointment. I initially hired the company to go through our new home and make it safe for our family by remediating black mold since we didn't want to purchase the home with a 1.5 year and another one on the way with the problem. Well, on closing day me, my husband and realtor were promised they would finish it the next day since they did not complete by closing day. Brother's restoration promised to finish fixing under the sink and applying baseboards to the wall where they removed. Needless to say, the day came and went.Then we realized there was leaking under the sink where they disassembled the sink unit from the wall. Keith came out and said he would reimburse us for the cost of the Plummer to fix leaking under sink since he wouldn't be able to get anyone out right away. So we hired a Plummer and had the leak fixed. When I called Keith to see when underneath the sink's cabinet area would be completed along with baseboards and reimbursement for the Plummer he wouldn't answer or return phone calls for several days. I used another number to call on and Keith did answer the unknown number and said he would send a couple guys out to fix baseboards and sink, but when they came out they only had wood board for bottom of sink and didn't have anything to replace the top portion where a child lock needs to go to keep our toodler out. Also, they didnt know anything about baseboards. So called Keith and he said he would be out the following Friday with men to finish under the sink, baseboards and reimburse for plummer.Well, he never showed up or called. I have called since and he didn't return any of my phone calls. Since then, I have had my baby and can't believe the company still hasn't reached out to make things right. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I had to warn other people. I had such high hopes for this company and really liked Keith initially :(

First time they came out he was super nice told us to set up a fan and he would be back to check on things in a week. He wouldn't return my phone calls, he never tried to reach out, he never came back. Months later we had a separate situation, I figured I would give his company another chance considering the wonderful reviews. He answered and made an appointment for 1 on Saturday. We planned our day around what was convient for hi. He never showed up, never called, and wouldn't answer my phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I'm not sure how he has managed so many 5 star reviews.

I called Restoration Brothers after experiencing a ground water seepage issue in my townhome. Restoration Brothers went above and beyond my expectations in many ways. They worked around my work schedule multiple times to provide service. Keith completed a report for the HOA and insurance providing the cause of the problem without additional charge. When the water came in a second time, they were here to mitigate the wet carpets and walls a second time. When the job was complete, Keith treated the area to prevent bacteria and mold growth. The inital price stayed the same even though the needed service increased. Besides all of the great service, these guys demonstrated integrity, compassion for what I was experiencing, professionalism and were kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a terrible experience with Brothers Restoration. They showed up late or had no-shows several times. They didn't communicate well at all. They tried to install the new flooring backwards and had to be told how to do it correctly. I was surprised at how incompetent/new-to-the-job the people who worked for them were. (They insisted that no underlayment was needed for the flooring we were using. That turned out to be false.) And to finish things off, they left without finishing the job! To this day we find evidence of their shoddy work.Highly, highly recommend that you don't waste your time working with this company; I surely won't.Notice the rambling, 🤡-response below. 50% 'discount' because they left halfway through the job. Do you want that for your house/place of work? The 2.5 years comment is irrelevant and a red herring. These people really are clowns.

When my basement flooded from a broken water main, I contacted Brothers Restoration on a Friday at 5:00 pm. They arrived at my house in 45 minutes, began work immediately, and worked into the night that first night. They came back on Saturday and Sunday too. They had all the equipment and knowledge to perform the water mitigation on my basement. 3 days later I was perfectly dry again. They saved all of my carpet and subfloor, saving me a LOT of money. The people there are fantastic to work with too: being kind, and explaining every step with no surprises. Five Stars Fellas!

I own a rental property in Aurora, Co. and my tenants informed me of a possible mold issue in the basement. I had them call a couple mold companies for bids and Brothers Restoration had by far the lowest price for mold removal.Luke and Keith the owners quickly sealed off the area and began removing the mold. They also fogged the area afterwards and helped me with the reconstruction process. They were friendly and professional people and I would trust them to work on any of my other properties if need be. We were supposed to get a vapor barrier install approximately a month ago. They have rescheduled five times. Several times, they even texted saying they were on their way and then followed up way after they were already supposed to be here saying they weren't coming. The last time they didn't show up and didn't bother to answer my text or call. Each time they rescheduled they offered a greater discount, which is why we kept trying.This was an incredibly odd and frustrating experience.

I had a huge flood in my basement I called Brothers Restoration llc. in Denver and they were super professional they came same day late at night and they extract the entire water from the basement and removed all the wet Sheetrock to prevent turning into mold they also left commercial dehumidifiers and fans for 4 days when they came after 4 days to pick the machines up they maid sure everything is good and then they picked it up I am very happy that I choose Brothers Restoration llc. for water damage restoration they were super fast and professional and the crew was very nice all the way in the process I highly recommend them to anybody that needs an emergency service thank you guys!!!!
