Ben, a co-owner of precise roofing, stopped by my house today to look at my leaking gutter. Ben is a great guy! He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. He will be returning within the week with proper tools to correct the issue. I have used Ben in the past to replace broken tiles on my roof. I highly recommend using precision roofing for any job you have whether it’s residential or commercial.

So Eric typically does a lot of big jobs and is very knowledgable when working with insurance companies for roof replacement. I had a small unorthodox job with very specific needs. I couldn't find one roofer to take on this little project. Even though Eric does mostly larger jobs he was happy to help me with my custom porch covering project. Through his contacts he was actually able to source me a smaller sized piece of EPDM so i didn't have to purchase a whole roll and had a skilled laborer do all my sheet metal and edge work that weekend. He ran down and actually picked up all the materials that day and dropped them off to be installed. Trust me, Ive worked with a lot of contractors in Denver and what you ask for is not always what you get! Eric did the job perfect and it was exactly what I wanted for a price that was probably not advantageous to him. I waited over a year to write this review and the roof is holding up perfect! Big thanks to Eric for helping out this homeowner. Much appreciated and I'll always highly recommend him.Service: Roof installation

Eric works great with insurance companies and the city inspectors. He had a crew out in just a couple days after we selected our roof shingles and the work is phenomenal. Also touched up a couple other things that weren’t covered by insurance just to make it look nice. Fully recommend. (We received his name from a home builder who also highly recommends his company)

We received several quotes to get a new roof on our home and not only was Eric's quote the most reasonable, he was extremely communicative and professional through out the process. Our roof was completed in a day, they even ran into some issues since we're in an older home and happened to have multiple unexpected layers of roofing to remove and they still finished the job that same day. We sustained extensive hail damage to our home and property and I was dreading having to deal with it. Eric literally took care of everything for us. He made sure I got fair treatment from the insurance company, managed the contractors who all showed up on time, got the job done quickly, cleaned up when they were done and did the job right the first time. It is a very professional roof repair company. The roof of my rental house is leaking. I called three roof repair companies in August, but nothing happened. Until I met this company, they quickly sent out the most professional workers to inspect and repair the roof. The charges were very, very reasonable, which made the customer overjoyed. It is so rare to find a company with such integrity. From then on I only used this company for roof repairs and recommended the company to family and friends.
