We had a bunch of hail damage after storms in July 2023 and used covR Roofing for the repairs. Connor was our contact and we had a great experience. He was professional and personable and provided remarkably good communication as well as excellent flexibility and willingness to work with our schedule. The work was well done, on time and as scheduled, and Connor even paid us a follow-up visit, which is almost unheard of. During the follow-up, he took the time to do some touch-up paint on one of our roof stacks, to make sure everything looked just right. It’s really nice to encounter such a high level of service, especially when so many industries are all about getting in and out as quickly as possible—very much a “time is money” approach that makes you feel like there’s zero customer service or care for the customer’s needs. Connor’s service was far from that, which was refreshing. He had an easygoing yet efficient demeanor, didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured in any way, and I can’t emphasize enough how good his communication was. That’s a rare find, especially in the construction business. Well done!

Jeff and Jennifer were excellent people to work with.Jeff was very knowledgeable with the insurance process and thorough with the required documentation from the start.Jennifer reviewed multiple quotes from our adjustor and caught very specific mistakes - saving us money.When it came time to do the actual install, there was an email notification three days before, the crew showed up on time, they worked around our HVAC team to ensure no flying debris hit them, and they finished within a day.Overall, we would highly recommend Cov'r roofing and were very impressed with the work.

Added benenfit is their coming back, after several months, to reinspect their work to ensure everything was still perfect as we had storms since they installed. They also alerted me to the fact that the chimmney cap concrete had cracked and needing replacement, even though they do not do this type of work.Great value added.I will use them in the future and highly recomend them.

Great work. Insurance paid for the roof but didn't pay for the gutters. However, covR replaced the downspouts as part of their work. We live on a big hill, and our neighbor agreed to share her driveway on snowy days with us ever since we moved in. Their trucks couldn't make it up our driveway because of the angle, so we asked if they could share hers for this job. She said ok, and they offered her a free inspection of her roof, too. They came all the way down from Denver for our job and helped her out, too. They got there at 7 am and were done by 3 pm. They left our place clean as they found it. A day later, a windstorm came through and lifted a shingle, so they sent someone back down to look the whole roof over again to be sure. Thank you for your thorough job. Well done.

covR was our insurance company's choice to repair our roof after a hailstorm. They also handled the gutter and window damage through subcontractors. They were professional and did great work. A few times I did have to reach out to get updates when we were over estimated timeframes, but each time they were responsive and professional. The subcontractors they used were great as well.When our gutter was making strange noises during high winds, they came out 4 separate times to fix it, never with a complaint. They were apologetic that it had to be done multiple times, but sometimes that happens, and they were very on top of it, so I wasn't upset at all.Overall we were very pleased with their work and communication and I would recommend them.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

We have used this company in the past with excellent results, so when it came time to replace our last three contractor grade, leaky windows, we called Jenn to ask if this is something they would do. This project started out by noticing some water stains in the bedroom closet ceiling. I reached out to several roofing companies for quotes and covR was the only company that showed up on time. What really impressed me is that both Jeff and Ryan were the only ones that took the time searching in the attic and found the real issue why there was condensation in the attic. They found that the exhaust pipe had come apart and was blowing heat and exhaust into the attic causing the condensation which damaged the underside of the decking.
