Do not, under any circumstances, use this company for anything. They take forever to complete the work. They do very poor quality work, and they do not stand behind the work that they do. I had my siding replaced, and they told me the job would take 10 days. It ended up taking over a month. As a part of the job, they replaced my gutters. They did a horrible job. The gutters were not hung properly and they were pitched incorrectly. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until I had to have my roof replaced (who looks at their gutters unless they have to clean them, which I do not because I do not have trees in my yard). Now, they are telling me they will not stand behind their work because the warranty in only for a year. They are more interested in their warranty then taking care of their customers. I would strongly advise that you look elsewhere for your home improvement needs. This is not a reputable company.

The only thing I recommend is to go somewhere else. My window experience has turned into a nightmare. I’ve been dealing with leaking windows for 6 months. When I think it’s finally going to get taken care of, I find out I’ve been lied to and the majority of the issues I’m dealing with can’t easily be fixed. They keep wanting to blame it on the high winds in north eastern Colorado. My windows leak even when there isn’t wind so when it is windy they leak like crazy. Also, if it was due to the wind in north eastern Colorado, my friends 20 year old windows down the street would be leaking, as well as the brand new Anderson windows across the street right? Nope. Theirs don’t leak at all like these. This video is after their latest “fix” and that crack happened when they adjusted the windows. I didn’t realize it was broken until two weeks later when another project manager came out. Of course no one told me about it. Why hold themselves accountable? This is what I’ve been dealing with ever since the windows were installed. I should mention that a lot of the leaking stopped when they filled in the 1in gaps left above the entire length of the second story windows outside that I hadn’t noticed for 5 months so rain, snow, wind and whatever else got into it. They filled it caulking but have yet to complete it. Wind getting inside from around the trim because of that tells me they did a poor job at sealing around the window frames as well. I recently spoke with Jordan and he wants me to take my BBB complaint down because “It’s not Dabellas fault and they’re doing everything they can to get the manufacturer to fix the issues. I should be happy to be working with a company that is willing to work with me”. What would make me happy is to be working with a company that puts out quality products and hires people who know what they’re doing when they install that product. Put out quality product and have professional installation and you’d never have to hear from unhappy customers or deal with BBB complaints. It’s that simple.

My appointment with Dabella representatives Kim and Austin was great they listened to what I was looking for my bathroom and I cannot wait to get this started.Answered my questions and listened to what I wanted done and exactly how much money I had to spend. It was great working with someone that knew what they were talking about and they made great recommendations. I can’t wait to get started working with Dabella on my new bathroom.My project is done and this was the best experience I could ever have Thank you Austin Venice , Thank you Jason Fry who installed my new shower and went above and beyond to do a great job Austin was very helpful along the way and was totally honest with all my concerns, I would recommend DaBella to anyone who asked, I’m so excited!!! and here are my pictures

100% would not recommend DaBella to do home renovations. We are having siding done and it has been a nightmare. From the way they would leave at night to breaking a window and killing my rose bush. This crew and company did not care to pick up the nails or blades they would leave on the ground and I live across from an elementary school. After the window was broken the contractor said it's Murphy's Law. Seriously, who says that to a homeowner that you are doing work for. The lack of common sense they have shown is astounding. They first covered my water access panel and that was after I told them what it was and that I need as a door so I can get to the water heater, they removed the paper wrap from it and framed it and then cocked it closed. Find another place to have your work done fingers crossed who you choose will do a way better job than this joke of a company. The lead on the project was John, his main installer was Carlos. The sales people to not trust are Slater and Brennan. The project was supposed to take 2-3 days and went well over a week. And they still have to come back to finish work. Project started February 12th we are now in March.Time for an update:Part of the siding fell and other parts are flapping in the wind🤣🤦They also put the door bell at my eye level. Little kids cannot easily reach it.Update:Dabella is reading my review and things are getting fixed. They moved the door bell lower, and secured the siding until they have more in stock to replace.

After having several window companies come and give us bids to replace with prices ranging from $16k to $41k we chose DeBella Exteriors. We were very impressed with Austin and Preston in regards to their knowledge and professionalism. They will have the windows install in about 2 months as opposed to the 6 months we were given by another company. We are excited to get the windows installed.

He got us a price that we could confidently agree on then and there even thought it was far below the inital prices. Devon and Slater came out and did a 40 point inspection of our siding, windows, and roof. They were very enjoyable men to talk with and were very supportive of the issues my partner and I were having. Unfortunately it was not our decision on who to sign with, and another company was chosen, however if it were up to us we would have gone with Slater and Devon at DaBella. Their products are quality, their contractors are knowledgeable and insured, and it was obvious that they truly care for the people and families they talk with. I sincerely doubt the company who we're having to work with will be as compassionate or quality work as DaBella. I would choose them over the competition any day, if I were able. We recently had the pleasure of working with Geoff and Steph from DaBella. Their professionalism and expertise made the process smooth and left us without any questions. They were also extremely personable. The sales tactics were a bit pushy as we said “no” the first two times, but I expect that is a company policy. I am still giving 5 stars as they were very accommodating and willing to provide four different quotes to account for our indecisiveness re the added features.I will provide an update on the company and quality of service/products after the windows are installed.

The fellas who came to the house were perfectly nice and gave a good presentation. We were upfront and told them straight off that we would not be signing anything, that they were the first company we were talking to and that we 3 bid everything and had 2 more appointments over the next two weeks. They then proceeded to use horrible tactics to try and pressure us into signing that night - calling the manager, getting the quote lowered, - the price went from 30K to 16K in a matter of minutes. Then when we still said no, he scratched out the lower quoted numbers and handed me back the quote at 30K and left. So you were willing to rip us of 14K if we had agreed to the original quote?!

We worked with Slater and Jordan. They were very cool to talk with and they knew what they were talking about. It seems our experience is a lot like other peoples experience with the phone calls and price reductions. I'm a new home owner so I don't know much but I guess a lot of people are saying its a very aggressive sales tactic. I didn't feel that way. I told them we had a couple of other estimates we needed to do first and they seemed fine with that. We did start a contract but they said if we decided to go with another company it would be fine and they could cancel the contract with no problems. Slater was very knowledgeable and thorough when talking about our windows, which are very very old. The product seemed really good to us and we were really considering them for our windows. The next day a pipe broke in our plumbing so we had to cancel with dabella. Unfortunately we couldn't make payments to both. They called us a few times with a couple of other offers like, "we won't start charging payments for 6 months" and then "we'll make your first 2 years of payments" which would've brought our windows down to like $10k maybe.. but sadly we just couldn't do it. In the future though when we do get windows we will go with dabella. The windows are really cool all the way around in my opinion.

Brennan vocate and Justin Flores were very thorough with explaining everything about windows and installation! Actually best salesman I have encountered here in 17 years! Justin maybe not so much cool water and Brennan might want to keep some water around for those hiccups 🤣 Great couple guys for sure!Review edit. First off I gave a 5 Star because that’s what Brennan had put for me. Yes I was impressed with their knowledge BUT both boys really pressured me into signing a contract and seriously wouldn’t give up. Then next day I try to cancel and Justin for 30 minutes he just goes on and on about why I need his windows. Comes for me to sign papers to cancel contract well an hour and a half later convinced me to sign a different contract. Next day Brennan calls and tries to get me to sign loan. Later that day Justin is persistent I sign loan documents again. These two just totally kept pressuring me to sign. I am just not happy with them and don’t recommend actually. Very high pressure sale. Also tried to pressure me on getting top of the line when they knew I didn’t want. These two don’t know the word NO. Also lied about financing. Said I would have 15 months after install to pay but actually it’s 5 months from signing contract. Bunch of lies
