As a property manager for a portfolio of multifamily properties, I have worked with Darby many times over the years. I find them to be very responsive to work order requests and honest with how they handle their business. Several times, they have come back out at no cost for follow up repairs if an initial repair did not resolve the issue when there was a particularly difficult leak to track down. I have worked on both small ($500 or so) to large ($400,000) projects with Darby and they have been great to work with throughout. I would choose them to roof my own home when the time comes. They are honest, respond quickly and stand behind their work. Aaron Witener has been my primary point of contact for a few years now and is really great to work with. Can't say enough about how positive my experiences with Darby have been.

My building has an older metal roof and was having issues with snow and ice coming over the one ice bar. Darby came in and installed 2 addition ice bars and resolved the problems. It was cool that they were willing to come in on such a small job at a reasonable price and do great work. I am definitely letting the HOA owners know about Darby. (we all have ice and snow issues).Service: Roof repair

My home was one of thousands that was damaged by spring hail that hit the Denver Metro area. The crew at Darby Enterprises did an excellent job with my re-roof and paid extra attention to detail with the pitches, flashings, drip edges and ice/snow guards. I would recommend this company to any of my coworkers, family members and friends as they did a great job! Thanks guys!

Darby did an excellent job on my roof! All the metal around my house looks amazing and they didn’t leave nails and trash all over my yard. I definitely would recommend them and will being using them on all future projects for my business.

I have had the unfortunate event of living in the same neighborhood as their project. The workers are rude and inconsiderate and will take up every available parking spot in front of private property, knowing full well the people work from home and that they have children that they need to transport in and out of their houses. At this point I do not care the quality that they are able to deliver on. Their workers in the way that they treat residents in private communities is enough to put me off from ever recommending them.

This is the worst roofing company I have ever exprienced and I have been a commercial property manager for 26 years. They have limited staff, will fix repairs over and over charging you every time and then leave you in a lurch when you most need it. After this recent tragic flood event, this company made us wait 10 days then cancelled the night before. The worst way to treat a customer let alone a human being. Stay away!

Totally disrespectful of surroundings. They smashed my plants in my garden, can't move those out of the way. The workers left their personal trash everywhere- disposable water bottles, candy wrappers, etc. And they were very inefficient. There are plenty of roofing companies out there, go with someone else.
