Working with Denver Roof Systems is the best contractor experience that I have ever had, hands down! Our roof started leaking the night of the 5/8/17 hail storm. I emailed our insurance agent (Mitch McCloskey with Allstate, which was equally awesome through this experience), and he connected me with Danny Davis (owner of Denver Roof Systems). Danny made a site visit first thing the next morning and confirmed there was extensive hail damage and that the roof needed to be replaced. He helped us through the process of filing the claim and made time to meet with the adjuster on Mother’s Day, even though his mom was visiting from out of town! They got us on the schedule ASAP due to the leak and then his crew worked their tails off to get the job completed in just over a day, which was greatly appreciated due to precipitation in the forecast. Our roof looks awesome! The team was great to work with and they cleaned up the entire site upon completion.I highly recommend Denver Roof Systems! My experience with DRS Roofing was totally positive and I highly recommend them. Carmel was knowledgeable about all the issues we had to deal with like materials, codes etc. and was a very effective advocate in dealing with our insurance company. She did a wonderful job! The crew did great work, were polite, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. I have to give DRS the highest rating!

DRS was amazing. They took time to explain my insurance quote and made the whole process of getting a new roof much easier. They're super trustworthy and take into consideration what would be best for the homeowner. They definitely went above and beyond as different challenges came up in the process. Danny and DRS were fantastic to work with. Our roof was damaged during a hail storm and he installed the new roof on schedule (only took one day) and helped guide us through the insurance process. He crew showed up on time, were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job.

Communication, team work and responsiveness are all essential, and they are all there in the DRS company. I didn't think their work was that well done - nor did the 2 inspectors that inspected it, however they said it passed code and shouldn't leak. My biggest reason for the few stars is that they refused to give a quote, tell me how much more money or what they asked my insurance for after completing the work, wouldn't provide a detailed invoice yet asked to get a photo of my insurance check before providing any information, and then I never even got a detailed invoice, just a statement saying how much I paid them total. I refused to send a photo of my check after I discovered that they asked my insurance company for more money for things that they never had the business discussing with my insurance. I only asked them to replace the roof, but my insurance said they claimed to have completed gutters, windows, siding, and power washing of the fence. Everything was completely untrustworthy.

Prior to working with DRS I had only had 1 roof replaced. The difference between the prior company and DRS is night and day. I work in Real Estate so I see many roofs replaced. The #1 problem most consumers have is the cleanliness of the crew while working. DRS was impeccably clean throughout the process. Instead of just tossing debris off the side of the roof they made sure to either bag it up or throw it directly in the dumpster while demoing the old roof. I cannot find a single nail in my yard or driveway and if you've ever had a roof replaced you understand that is no easy thing to accomplish as a roofer. Also, the roof system they installed is flawless. My old roof had all kinds of areas where the shingles didn't overlap properly but that is not the case here. All of the flashing is super clean looking without any loose ends. I will not hesitate to recommend DRS in the future.

Stay away! I just received a Facebook message from someone from an older post I made on Highlands Ranch Word of Mouth asking if anyone else had a poor experience with DRS. I checked to see if I had ever left them a review and, apparently, I had not. We had a terrible experience with this company, were lied to about things large and small and ultimately had to threaten a lawsuit to get our deposit back. Beware that many of these positive reviews are fake and from "referral partners" and the like.EDIT: I am so glad you replied to my review saying you don't know who I am and you don't work in Highlands Ranch so my review must be disingenuous. It has enabled me to post an image of one of many emails from your company and show everyone what a liar you are. I sincerely hope you do not notice this for a loooooong time, you lying, shady scam-artist.If you need work done on your home, I recommend you keep looking. These guys are not worth the risk.

I just had my roof replaced from the May hail storm that hit Denver. The salesman worked with my insurance company to get me an upgrade to a 30 year shingle and I couldn't be happier with my new roof, the way the crew treated my home and the service I received. Highly recommend!
