This company was incredible to work with! They came out on a Saturday for the estimate and were very helpful in assisting me through the claims process with my insurance company. They also came out to meet the claims adjuster to make sure everything was taken care of. Since I was in the process of selling my house they ordered all of my materials quickly and were able to complete my roof prior to my inspection resolution deadline (less than a week). I was very impressed with their service and will definitely be using them again if the need arises. Thank you to Great Western Roofing and Construction!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!We used them because, out of the few companies that called us back, they were the most affordable. The contractors didn't finish the job and actually left early to work on a house down the street. They left trash and extra roofing supplies on our front lawn and didn't come to pick them up when they said they would, so we got a notice from the city for having it out there. They were supposed to install a solar vent above our garage, but STILL haven't done it a MONTH later despite us calling them multiple times to at least get a time estimate. The contract states that we don't have to pay the company until 7 days after the inspection has cleared, but the owner threatened to send us to collections if we didn't pay NOW. He claimed that there was a backlog of inspectors in Aurora, which wasn't his problem and that he couldn't afford not to get paid for the (remember, *unfinished*) work that had already been completed. Not wanting our credit score to get tarnished, my husband paid, but now we have no leverage on them to finish the job or get the inspector out here. Without an approved inspection, we're forced to have crappy homeowners insurance that covers our former, crappy roof instead of the brand new one.Our real estate agent friend who helped us purchase the house, has already blasted the company on Yelp and Angie's List (two other places of many I plan to go to) and is telling other agents and clients NOT to use this company ever. If we don't get some satisfaction SOON, we fully plan on reporting them to the appropriate authorities, including the BBB.If you're okay with being treated like a criminal for trying to enforce the contract that Great Western devised, then sure. Go with them. But sadly, we got what we paid for.

Our property managers, family and friends all over town have had dozens of hail damaged roofs needing replacement over the past several years. The good folks at Great Western did a very professional job and handled all the insurance follow-up too. Some of the best looking roofs on the block!

Bad experience, This company took my check promised me to paint my house and put a new roof on there supposed to paint the gutters and all these other things they never did any of it I did get the roof done but it leaked water and caused damage of which he won't fix, he told me for 8 months that he was about to paint my house that I was on the list then one day called and said no I owe him more money to paint the house. do not deal with this company run the other way there complete scammers my insurance company also warned me about them after it was too late.

Have gone through the better business Bureau with complaints and the company is now no longer rated with them because of my claim never being attended to as agreed upon. They stood me up multiple times for appointments to fix a leak, then agreed to refund me the money for the certification since they never fixed the problem and I have waited several months for a refund. Next is small claims. Do not use this company.I urge you to report them to the state attorney general if you have had the same experience we have. (which it sounds like others have)

Literally the worst company I have ever witnessed. I am a Real Estate Agent with a top group, and I referred several pieces of business to this company. I highly regret it. I have several clients stuck. They are waiting for work to be completed, but the company doesn't get back to them. One client, Pam, hasn't heard back in over a month. Another client, My Mom, hasn't heard back in a couple of weeks. Pam needs an estimate to replace her siding so she can decide if she wants to do that and pay for her roof. My Mom had work done on her roof, but part of it was faulty. They came by, checked out the roof, and determined that part of the roof was done wrong. The Sales Manager said someone would be out in 24 hours. It has been 3 weeks now. Nothing. Plus my Mom is waiting on her gutters, exterior paint, and new shed. The employees say only the owner can move the job forward, and they give me his number. HE NEVER ANSWERS OR RETURNS CALLS. He is the most incompetent person I have ever had to deal with. He finally ANSWERS and says he is going to submit the estimate to Pam, and that he would call my Mom. 2 weeks have passed since then, and he hasn't done either. Then he tried saying that someone went out to my Mom's house and re inspected the roof and nothing was wrong. Liar! My Grandma lives with my Mom and is home 24/7 and they have 4 dogs. There is no way that some guy snuck up on the roof without the dogs going nuts! Also, why didn't they knock and announce their presence? It is because they weren't there!!! Wow. And my Mom, Grandma, and the sales manager all can see where the shingles are lifting. The owner is just a cheap skate and completely incompetent. Then I text him how upset I was with his company, and how his company is making me look bad for referring him, and then he texts me back an expletive filled hate message. A 7 page text cussing me and my clients out. I am reporting him to every one who will listen. Even the employees who I have spoken too all hate him. He is always late paying his employees and sub contractors. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

We were so happy to have found Greg at Great Western. He was available on short notice to meet with the insurance adjuster and be present through the entire claim inspection. He responded quickly to the claims adjuster. The work was started and completed when promised and all necessary permits obtained. We would not hesitate to use them again or refer them!

They were great! I needed a roof done and had a window leaking that insurance did not cover Greg and his team worked with my insurance to get it covered. They came out and got it done in a timely manner and did great work. Very happy with this company. Thank you.

This company will not return calls signed contract and never showed up. Dropped off used supply and never came back to pick them up. The owner is not a bad person. But Is not a business man he just blows you off and you never hear from him. He wanted half down am sure glad I didn't give to him.Find a more reliable company to do any work.Tim

Greg Wyatt is probably the shadiest and most worthless excuse for a business owner in Denver. I had this fantastic project manager named Sean who really helped us out tremendously. Greg was a dirty, grubby little twerp and tried to bamboozle me for over $12,000. I recently found out that he is also refusing to pay his employees and owes upwards of $2 million in outstanding legal debt. This guy and company are the epitome of #Depolorable and I just want to get the message out to everyone: BUYER BEWARE - GREAT WESTERN AND GREG WYATT ARE CON-ARTIST AND SCAMMERS.

terrible customer service, was referred to by my insurance company, I called set up time the 1st time, the individual never showed up, set up a 2nd time and the individual had a meeting was running late, never showed up, tried making calls and have never heard back since....good luck if you can get them out to help
