Steve and the entire crew from ESS was amazing! After a huge amount of water destroyed virtually every floor in my house while I was at work, before I got home I was put in touch with Steve and his crew. They met me at the house within an hour, at 8pm, in VERY cold weather, and just took over and put me at ease. They were incredibly good communicators and made the entire process with cleanup and mitigation as easy as I could have imagined. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I know who I'm going to call.

Kitchen Renovation - January-April 2023Deciding to do a full kitchen renovation on our 1885 brick bungalow was an exciting decision for my wife and me to make after purchasing the home in the spring of 2022. With the current supply chain issues and labor shortages we knew that choosing the correct design/build firm was going to be the most important factor in this process for a successful outcome.During our initial meetings with Gina and Jamin (the Colorado Homes and Design/Earth Saving Solutions team) we quickly confirmed that we had chosen the right firm. As a retired executive chef, I had very specific requirements for our new kitchen. Gina took those ideas and presented us with a thoughtful design that incorporated an efficient layout with the premium materials we requested.As the project progressed we were very impressed with the emphasis on quality craftsmanship that Jose (project lead) and his team put into every aspect of our renovation, always making the extra effort to get it exactly right. When you are fully renovating a 135 year old space, you know that you are going to uncover some unexpected issues and we were certainly no exception. After some trail and error with our communication process, we dialed in our communication process between the whole team. We were able to navigate any and all issues quickly and move forward toward our project completion.From design to pre-con to final walk-through this team stepped up and made our dream kitchen a reality. Steve and crew at ESS were fantastic. Our flooring guy discovered some black mold when he came to repair the floor after storm damage. I was worried about it a good bit, and Steve was able to send his team out within two hours on a Friday night to mitigate and remedy the issue. I can't thank them enough for taking great care of our home, and solving the problem.

The pictures I added show before and after from the same location. This company did outstanding work! Ben, Jamin and Steve worked together to get me a dream space all within my budget. The entire project only took about 7 weeks, which included taking down walls and vaulting part of my ceiling. The communication was amazing, where I always felt taken care of and all questions answered daily. As minor issues arose, they took care of them immediately without hesitation. I am in love with my new space!

With all the weather and wind I wanted to see if my roof was still holding up okay. I reached out to Chris H which is an amazing man. He found one of his inspectors Igor to come out the next day to look at it. After inspection he said my roof was still doing its job and it didn't need replacing but some tree branches were hanging low that could impact the roof so he offered to cut them down for me. Who dies that? Honesty and helping keep my roof in good shape versus trying to get a sale? This company does! I will never go anywhere else after this amazing experience!

Moving across country and renovating in the middle of pandemic come with many challenges. However, Jamin and the crew at the Earth Saving Solutions made the process much easier and possible. I had interviewed a few companies before I moved to Denver. Jamin came by the newly closed house to make measurements. He noted that the water ponds in the backyard were low in water and fill the ponds with water. As I was still living out of town and was still rather overwhelm about the impending move to a new residence, the unexpected act of kindness made my day. So, I decided to work with Earth Saving Solutions. Over the following year (supplies delay lead to much longer time course from initiation to completion), we remodeled two bathrooms (including master), replaced flooring in the second floor, painted various parts the house, and replace kitchen appliance. As with any big projects, there are certainly bumps and problems along the way, however, the crew were responsive to raised concerns and made timely effort to resolve the issues. Beside Jamin, every member of the team was professional, kind, and friendly. They answer questions and reassure me each step of the way. And, the final product/result is beautiful. I would highly recommend working with Earth Saving Solutions. The human touch, effort, and responsiveness make all the difference.

Chris and his team did a exceptional remodel of our church sound booth. Their craftsmanship was outstanding. They were able to match the surrounding features of the Sanctuary its as if it has always been there. They met a difficult deadline with no complaints. We had to have this constructed and finished within 1 work week to avoid disruptions on Sunday morning. I cannot say it enough: Talented, detailed oriented, motivated to do a great job. We had a toilet leak that led to a flood in our garage. After spending a month with a separate vendor trying to resolve the issue with no success, ESS and Steve came in and helped us resolve issues that the original vendor caused and rapidly restore our house back to normal. They also helped us address questions from our insurance. If you need water problems fixed - call ESS first!

Highly recommend ESS. We bought this house last summer, everything is dated, see the first three photos. I'm so glad that we found ESS, these guys did a fantastic job, the other three pictures would tell you how happy we are. The cost, isn't cheap though, but we got what we paid for. Working with Jamin, Ben, and Andrew was great. We gave them a tight deadline to finish remodeling our kitchen before our wedding and they worked around the clock to make sure it got done. There were some hiccups and it was stressful, but I don't think you'll avoid that during a remodel in your own house! They do a good job keeping their clients happy through all of it. We are very happy with the outcome and our kitchen turned out great.We also had some other small plumbing items come up that were not related to the kitchen. They had no problem letting us work directly with their sub to get stuff fixed. Another nod to great service!

When my garden level of my house flooded in May, I contacted several water restoration companies. ESS was one of the few that replied quickly. They were able to come to my house the next day and immediately began setting up the equipment to start the drying out process. Theirconstruction crew completed the floor removal and flood cut for the drywall in one day. After the work was complete, I had a question about the invoice and Pete took the time to explain all the details to me.I highly recommend this company!!!

Earth Saving Solutions has been a godsend for us. They’ve helped solve a water leak, removed mold, replaced two showers, replaced our water heater and helped resolve water damage and replacement of our ceiling and carpet from an upstairs neighbor’s failed water heater. All this in the last year and a half. They are quick to respond and resolve time critical issues. Their workmanship is second to none. The region was experiencing unprecedented rainfall and other companies were estimating an assessment weeks out (with inches of water covering the floor!!). Luckily, she was referred to ESS by a friend and they were able to get out to her house the next day. Communication was prompt and professional and the work was stellar. One word: PROFESSIONALSo my basement flooded and ESS restoration arrived in less than 24 hours and immediately went to work. They took moisture readings, the whole nine yards and by the end of the day had the whole situation under control and drying out FAST. They protected my hardwood floors with floor-guard and the carpet stairs as well. They really paid attention to detail. Their guys were super professional and kind. Calvin and Spencer were especially cool. They hustled hard and made a real effort to consider me and everything I would need to access my stuff while the restoration process was going on. ESS knows what they’re doing but they don’t make you feel stupid if you don’t and have questions. They’re patient and helpful and have a great positive attitude the whole time they were in my home. I hate writing reviews but these guys earned mine today. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jamin and team were professional, kind and delivered a high quality finished project that we love. Overall had a good experience and I’d recommend them. We had a bathroom and kitchen completely redone in a 1950s home. The timeline stretched significantly due to a family emergency with a contractor and I understand the need and situation. This obviously created strain and they worked to backfill with other contractors, and it added a lot of weeks. The quality of work was great compared to other companies I’ve hired. Post completion there were a couple of minor problems to resolve and they’ve all been completed. We’re happy with the final and this was a much needed update to our ancient kitchen.

Chris the installer showed up on time and they completely cleaned up once they were done. We will be using them in the future for more remodeling such as bathrooms and trim work. I had a specific look I was going for, very clean bright white kitchen was my idea. They have an amazing showroom, and the designer was able to show me various white quartz countertop designs to choose from. I am so happy with the outcome of my kitchen!
