I worked with Chad with Elite Roofing. The area I live in was pounded by golf ball sized hail almost a year ago. The entire area had damage. Because of this, there were supply shortages. Chad kept me updated on when they could get my stuff in and get the work done. I was very pleased with how everything came out and Chad went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Even the little details. When the guys came and started shucking the old shingles off, one happened to land on and break a deck step in back. Chad came out himself with tools and replaced the step. I need several window screens replaced from the hail damage. While those were all replaced, one of the screens also had frame damage. Chad took the time to get the frame replaced as well. I felt we had a very casual work relationship which worked well for me, and I would definitely use Chad and Elite Roofing again.

I am blown away by the professionalism and kindness of Doug at Elite Roofing and Solar. I needed an honest opinion of the condition of my roof. Doug provided me with a roof inspection that surpassed my expectations and let us know our roof was in good shape. The inspection contained over 60 photos and he didn’t charge me. Elite roofing replaced our roof and gutters after a hail storm. Phil was our project manager and he was terrific. They upgraded out singles and worked with our insurance company, so we did not have to pay extra. The installation crew was great. Friendly and efficient. I have worked as a home inspector for over 20 years, and I thought they did great job. I highly recommend Elite Roofing.

Chad has helped us twice now with new roofs at two separate homes over the past 5 years, and each time it is very easy and efficient. Chad always answers my calls and texts messages if/when a question arises. I called him one night when our skylight broke from a major hail storm and he was out at the house the next morning to assess and get going on the repair process. Elite Roofing arranged for an appointment for roof repairs after we experienced a leak from our PVC flat roof. They sent Mr. Juan Gonzales, who did the repairs, explained what he did with photos, and was courteous and gracious in his manner. The experience was very positive. We will call on Elite Roofing in the future for roof inspections and repairs.

Elite Roofing did a great job on our roof. Sean, our project manager, was a big part of the reason we chose Elite. We have never had to replace a roof and Sean was patient, responsive, thorough, and knowledgable with all of our questions. Further, our old roof was damaged in a hail storm and Sean was easily able to help us understand the process with the insurance company. My father in law recently had Elite Roofing and Solar out to re shingle his home and garage. They did have some repairs to do as well, but got everything done in a day! This was an insurance deal, and Elite stayed in contact throughout the process. They did great and he highly recommends going with Elite if you need a roof replacement.

I had a great experience with Elite Roofing & Solar. I worked with Walter White for the job and he was fantastic - friendly, experienced, and professional. He went out of his way several times to come by my house and pick up checks, etc. The work only took a day and they cleaned up very thoroughly. I had hail damage on my roof and Walter worked with my insurance company every step of the way so all I had to do was pass checks onto him from my insurance company. Very happy with end product - roof looks great! Highly recommend Walter White and Elite Roofing & Solar.

The quality of work was great, and our roof was complex due to solar panels. Some of the coordination was a little hit and miss—delivery and supply issues — they started late fall and it seemed like every time we had a plan to do something we got rain or snow. This is the second time we have used them, and I would again, but patience is necessary with a job like this.

I’ve used Elite Roofing on two separate occasions. The first was to address the damage caused by a hail storm, the second time to repair damage done by the builder when the roof was installed many years ago. In both instances Alan Rodriguez of Elite Roofing did a great job and the cost was very fair. Should I need roofing work in the future, Alan will be the first call.

My first HOI claim. I was referred to Elite by my insurance agent. Sam Ludwig called me and scheduled to come out that week. Sam showed up on time and did his thing. He recommended I file a claim, which I did and he personally walked me through the entire process. My insurance adjuster came out and he was right there with her. They inspected everything and literally within hours my insurance paid out. While speaking to my adjuster she made a statement that I "could call any roofer" but she would personally choose Elite to do her house. From there, Sam made sure I understood the products and made sure they were available. Like clockwork, materials show, a professional crew showed and busted out my entire roof in 1 day! The cleaned up perfectly and made sure things were correct. It was afterwards when a different adjuster for my insurance called about the supplements and just said " Hi, everything is approved, I love Elite." It felt great that I didn't have to worry about this company because they are on their A game! Also, for insurance agents "loving" a roofing company and loving to pay them out, speaks for itself. I REALLY appreciate Sam Ludwig, his professionalism, follow up and dedication. I truly did nothing as he took it all on and guided me with the one true task, (picking a color). I recommend Elite and feel like I lucked out!

Amazing customer service, beautiful roof! I was in need of a roof and went to the Denver Home Show to shop for a company to install my roof. I gave my name to Deven Severson and he got in touch with me within two days.Elite gave me the best quote of the four that I received. There was a week delay in getting the new roof because of weather; Deven kept me updated at every stage of the process. The new roof was completed in one day and looks excellent! I am very happy with the job Elite Roofing has done for me!I highly recommend this company!Update: July 2023: The hail storm a couple weeks ago broke my skylight out, Elite Roofing did such a good job 4 years ago that I knew who to call. Sean Okland was here within 2 hours covering the skylight and inspecting the roof and the gutters for me. Sean came back out when the insurance adjuster came out and made sure he didn't miss anything.I am so glad that Elite Roofing works with all insurances and has a lifetime warranty on their work.Update February 2024Elite Roofing did an amazing job. It was a long process this time around, not any fault of Elite, but they stuck it out with me . I have a beautiful roof and new more efficient gutters. Thank again Elite Roofing!

Sean at Elite Roofing & Solar at Elite Roofing & Solar inspected my roof for damage from a recent hailstorm less than 24 hours after I called. He then personally met with my insurance adjuster on-site to make sure the adjuster saw all my claimable damage.This past Fall, on another matter, he stopped by to determine why I had water dripping from under my soffit. He found the problem and also inspected my roof in case there were other issues. In a week's time the issue was resolved (flashing was installed incorrectly), repaired the damage from the leak and didn't have any other issues since.Service: Roof inspection

I was swayed by the high reviews to go with this company when replacing my roof due to hail damage. They promised a lot and simply could not deliver. The project manager, Kevin, said that he could manage everything on the insurance claim including the roof, windows, and some drywall repair. When I signed, I was told that the project would be completed in 3-4 weeks. Prior to the start of the project, Kevin put a hole in my ceiling while trying to get photos in my attic. He promised to make it right. Apparently, that meant taping some paper over the hole for 2.5 months until the only drywall person he was willing to use could do the repair. It also meant trying to up charge the drywall part of the claim in order to pay for it. The roof replacement was delayed because of supply issues. When they finally scheduled to work, Kevin said it could be completed in 1 day. I came home at the end of the first work day to find that they hadn't even finished removing the old shingles. Kevin claimed that removal took a lot longer than they had planned. A 2 day job would not have been an issue except for the fact that I had to find a place for my family to go because the noise was too much for them to be inside while the crew was working. Kevin promised to have his crew back the next morning by 7am and be done by noon. The crew got started the next day around 11 and finished after 6. How can a project manager so badly misjudge how long it takes to complete a small roof? When I came home on the second day, I watched the crew spray paint my old exhaust vents. What was on the bill? Exhaust vent replacement. For part of the drywall repair, a toilet had to be removed and reset. Kevin had to hire plumber to do because his drywaller didnt' feel comfortable with it. The plumber charged $120 for the work, but the markup from Elite was 3x that. Between the delays, damage to my ceiling, and questionable billing, this company is anything but elite.

Chad helped us with multiple roof inspections over the years, and after a hail storm last year it was finally time to get our 19 year old roof replaced. Insurance was only going to cover about 25%, but Chad worked with them and insurance revised the claim to cover the full amount. Easy to work with, quality work.

Overall a good job. Could work on communication a bit more. Long delay for the supplies, which wasn’t their fault, but we would have liked more updates as to project start date as we were trying to sell the house at the time. The roof looks nice!
