I was thoroughly impressed with Energy Advantage for our solar project. They were professional, responsive, and very patient in answering my MANY questions. Everyone that came onsite for the install was super kind. Now, we are protected from the ever-increasing energy costs in Colorado! We'll be paying a fixed price for our solar every month, which also increases the value of our home, as opposed to paying into the pockets of the big energy companies. Win-win!

My experience with Energy Advantage continues to amaze. Our system hasn’t had any production issues but has had the occasional communication issue. I do my best to follow troubleshooting and resolve them myself, but on the instances where I haven’t been able to do it on my own, I contact Angelo directly. He is incredibly responsive, gives timely updates, and never misses an appointment he commits to. He has shown up the next day every time, without fail. Having a great system is great, but having someone reliable for service makes my decision to go with EA even better! Kudos to Angelo for service that would make any business proud.

It's with regret I must write a poor review for Energy Advantage.They replaced our roof and did a wonderful job there. No hassle with insurance. And they were quick and on-time. So if you need a new roof, I definitely recommend them!Because they did such a great job with the roof, we decided to install solar.Unfortunately, we had the opposite experience there.- Install took over a week.- The technicians constantly rang our doorbell, interrupting my work and causing our dog to go nuts every time.- The installation failed the first inspection which prolonged the install and caused more doorbell ringing.- They damaged our exterior paint and have yet to fix it.But the worst is I'm being charged $50 per month MORE than what I was promised.Apparently I was the first customer of a new lender. And they claimed I filled out the paperwork wrong relating to the tax credit. I filled out the paperwork to the best of my ability and would've appreciated Energy Advantage doublechecking it on my behalf since they are the experts.If I could return the product, I would and go with another company. But because solar installation is significant, that's impractical.Therefore, I recommend you shop around for solar elsewhere.

Energy Advantage is one of the few companies that could tolerate working with the City of Loveland. Their sales rep was thorough and a good communicator. Their operations manager communicated well through many city induced hiccups that occurred along the way. Their installers were efficient and did not proceed when roofing issues were identified long after their initial inspection. They wisely delayed the install until I addressed the roof. Their electrical contractor was spot-on in identifying tricky ways to get around some conduit placement technical adaptations.The whole team was honest, didn't take short cuts to facilitate quick payment. Highly recommend them.

Superb company! Being a single, female, homeowner, I am cautious about who I let into my home. Every single person who worked on my roof respected me and I felt safe. The sales guy didn’t pressure me, he just explained everything I needed to know about solar. He even explained hidden costs other solar companies didn’t disclose! I picked this company because of how I was treated and because they have a 25 year warranty on their work-no other companies offered that! The panels I got have a 40 year warranty too-no other company offered these panels.I’m very pleased with the care and respect this company gives to women, they have a female sales member you can request as well. I highly recommend Energy Advantage!

If I could rate this company a 0 I would. I am truly not one to write reviews because I like to give companies the opportunity to write a wrong they have caused. With this company that is not the case.We had multiple sales companies come to our door to replace our roof that needed it due to all the hail storms CO experienced this year. We decided to go with this company because in the beginning we had a very pleasant experience, (as you would with any company trying to sell you something). When we got everything worked out with insurance and were able to move forward with them and it came down to delivering shingles, they hire a third party company to do that. Said third party company delivered the shingles around 4:30pm one evening and around 5:30-6pm my partner noticed a crack in ceiling of our home where the shingles were placed (6-7 shingle packages high on one end of the home). I’m no structural engineer but I can use a little common sense when you place that many shingle packages in a small area of an older smaller home it’s bound to do some damage. We called the salesman who works for this company explaining to him what happened. He immediately drove over and was rearranging shingle packages on the roof at 8pm that same evening.With that we told him we don’t feel comfortable proceeding with the new roof replacement until we get the structure of the home looked at. A structural engineer that they hired came out the next day to look and take pictures. While he was up in the attic noticed one of the trusses was cracked where the shingles were placed on the roof. He couldn’t say if it was due to rot or weight from the shingles he had to go run numbers of everything. When we received his report back, it stated One truss had a damaged/rotten (which you’re telling me that’s the ONLY one in the entire attic that’s “rotted” out seems a little sketchy) diagonal member, which looked like existed before the boxes were placed over the roof.Consequently, the roof was subjected to an additional load more than its capacity, which has resulted in the appearance of cracks on the ceiling, especially in areas where the truss members were damaged.As any homeowner would we called for a 2nd opinion. That second structural engineer did the same observation and our report back from them showing no beams that could be seen were rotted out and the load from the shingles was far too much for the structure of the home. This company is not holding any accountability for their wrong doing on our home and it should be known for consumers who are looking for services in this industry to think twice about using them.

We used Energy Advantage for our roof replacement after a significant hail storm. We and a few of our neighbors went with them because they were professional and super responsive. Ours were the first roofs done in the neighborhood. This was our first roof rodeo and Energy Advantage made it so easy. Last summer, a strong hailstorm, damaged our roof and broke several windows. I was contacted by Jeremiah Broz to assess the damage. Although my intention was to obtain several estimates, I was so impressed with his explanation that I decided to sign on that day. Subsequently, the new roof was put on promptly, and the broken windows replaced efficiently. Throughout the whole process, the employees and staff of Energy Advantage were courteous, thorough, prompt, and a pleasure to deal with.

We're located in Arvada and went with Energy Advantage for our solar project, because of their competitive pricing, and liked the idea of a roofing and solar paired business. They also offered a generous veteran's discount for our install. The project completed two months after signing the contract, and the installation was excellent. We were able to size our project with a future option to add more panels, and EV charging if we wish. We're just a couple of months into production, and have no electricity bill.A couple of tips:Xcel does not swap out their latest smart meters. They simply reprogram them to run backwards during system production.Also, get with Xcel and turn off Average Monthly Payment when the system goes live. AMP can't compute solar production.We recommend Energy Advantage to anyone looking into solar and/or roofing needs.

I called Energy Advantage to come have a look at my roof because some high winds blew at least one shingle/tile loose. Instead of the replacing the shingle, they executed a full inspection of our solar installation as well. Everything was in great shape except the critter guard which was quickly repaired.It was great to see the install team lead Keland again who lead the original install. It’s nice to be consistently working with the same people but especially Keland in whom I have great confidence to get the job done right.

Energy Advantage made the entire process seamless. They kept us informed and updated weekly even if there wasn't any news. They made us feel supported and educated on the decision to use them to install solar to our home. We're already saving a ton of money and they have a really cool, intuitive app to give us an idea of how much energy we're generating. Jeremiah and Sarah with Energy Advantage are the best! Jeremiah bent over backwards to try and help me with getting my roof covered by my insurance company. He showed up at my house when he said he would. He was on multiple conference phone calls with my insurance agent and myself. He showed up to my house when the adjuster was here. He educated me through every step of the way and when it looked like I was going to pass and wait on doing the roof since my insurance didn’t cover it Jeremiah was still helping me and educating me. Jeremiah even came down on the cost to help my wife and I get our roof replaced. When it came to ordering material, picking colors, scheduling the dumpster drop off and work to be done Sarah was on it. She kept me updated with everything along the way and even sent me pictures of the completed roof while I was at work. He went through all of the roof shingle options with us, and spent quality time explaining why certain shingles were better than others for our roof in Colorado weather.
